I had a very frustrating experience at this Dollar Tree location. There was only one cashier working while a line of at least 15 customers stretched down the aisle. The wait time was extremely long, and it made the entire shopping trip feel stressful and disorganized. I attempted to ask the cashier if I could please have her hold my items and would return shortly, she would not help me so items were left and no purchase was made. It's surprising and disappointing that a busy store would not staff appropriately, especially during peak hours. Situations like this push customers away and make people choose the convenience of online shopping instead. Customer service and efficiency should be a priority, because long lines and lack of staffing leave a negative impression and make shoppers think twice about returning. I visited this facility this Sunday 11/30/25. It was around noon. I was treated very badly. There was a long line and only one cashier open. Customers had full carts of merchandise as it happens before Christmas. One lady in front of me expressed anger that there was only one cashier open and maybe 6-7 customers in line. Eventually another lady opened the second cashier and selected this angry lady to move there. Since I was behind her I followed her believing that I would be served next. Nothing of this kind. The second cashier lady refused to serve me saying that I should not wait because she was not going to help me. This was really shocking to me that the staff member would refuse to serve me, instead of apologizing for long wait. It was rude, arogant and completely inapriopriate. I wonder whether they are ever trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy. I just put away my stuff (two items) and left the store. I will think twice before visiting this facility again. It is walking distance from my house so I like to visit nearby stores on my daily walk but I don't like to be mistreated for no reason. I thought I was the only one with any complains about this store but there are lots of bad reviews. Came in today to get myself some snacks while I'm in town. I like the Dollar Tree stores because they carry many items that other dollar stores don't carry. Got myself some snacks and water for cheap. I'm giving this visit 3 stars because one of the employees saw me come in and didn't even say anything. I walked right next to this guy and it was almost like I was invisible. When it was time to pay the same thing. He went up to the register and didn't say a word. It seemed like he was zoned out looking outside. The employee almost seemed annoyed that I was even there. I asked for a bag and it was almost as if he didn't want to even talk to me. This dollar tree is a little unkept. The aisles can get a bit unruly. Your typical dollar store environment. They have a lot of school supplies for back to school. If I could tell the head of the company what a great job they're doing I would but they don't have any telephone number to contact them. The lady at the register greeted me.When I came in. Best Dollar Tree I have been into in a long time. This store was well stocked and clean. Most Dollar Tree stores have empty pegs and merchandise all on the floor and at the bottom of the fixtures, not this store. They had a lot of items I haven't seen at a the Dollar Store before because of the full merchandise they had around the store which made me pick up more items then what I went in for.
