Just returned from this store #4120 and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they increased the number of religious books-Bible Activity books from coloring to seek and find. I miss the religious sticker books for the younger children. They're rearranging shelves; hopefully for more $1.25 items-not the increased price items that are being brought up front. read more

The lady sweeping yelled at me for opening a snack, I get maybe not opening the snack in the store even tho I was going to pay for it she proceeded to yell at me when I talked to the manager she said oh I apologize on her behalf like no correct the behavior I'm a paying customer like everyone else, I had other things in my hand that I was going to pay for but due to the nature of her rude attitude I put it back and left the store DO BETTER will never be back here again will pay more money at Walmart or target. read more

Rude! The gal Lisbeth needs remedial training in customer service. Too bad you hate your job so much you have to take it out on the customers. At check out, I was not greeted warmly as I usually do at the Temecula locations. She seemed perturbed that I asked for bags. When she gave me my change I asked if she could break down the $50 but she rudely replied that she had already closed the cash register. As I was bundling my stuff & placing the receipt & change in my purse in the shopping cart she rudely yelled that I couldn't take out the cart. Duh! I yelled back, "I know!" No manners, no courtesy. Some kids are not raised correctly. You are a reflection of your parents. Sad. read more

Beyond well stocked! Found a lot of great items on my trip here. Very well organized location. Staff is attentive and seem like shipment is constantly arriving. Will returning soon. I was the third in line after waiting for about 10 minutes with a handful of items. The cashier then decided to move some customers out of her line to another register. She directed the next three customers in her line (including me) to move to the other register which now meant I was forth in line. I first thought she was closing her register until she proceeded to check out the person who had been behind me in line. The cashier was rude and non apologetic. I will pay a couple more dollars for items where I can have better customer service. read more

Fire the manager! There were long lines with three registers open, she was on one of them. She got off the register for ten minutes then came back lines were even longer. What was the point of shutting down the register knowing the lines were growing with more people in the store. This is the second time I've walked in and she has done that. She doesn't want to work. I am done with dollar tree, looks like 99 cent store will be getting all my business. These stores have become DISGUSTING over the past month. They are absolutely filthy, One day I went into this store because I figured it would be better than the other 2. It wasn't as dirty as the other 2 but when I went to check out there was a long line 1 cashier, and she left to go count out the other cashiers drawer. Leaving everybody in line standing there. Well needless to say 4 other people walked out when I did. At the other store I went to the same day, got up to cashier and he was calling for change to give to the women ahead of me, And she had to wait for over 10 minutes for change. Telling customers the bathrooms are not clean because you were too lazy to get a key is ridiculous why do you have bathrooms in the facility if you're not going to allow customers to use them. Staff is just rude and a couple of them are tweaking I know dollar tree is not a top in store but hire better employees please. read more

This location is very clean. The store is on the smaller side. It closes at 9pm, unlike other locations outside of Hemet. The people that come to this location are mostly seniors. So they are nice and I have not had any problems. The staff are friendly and the customers service is good. It could only be made better if they had more staff. If I need classroom supplies for art I stop by this location. read more

Management at the Sanderson/Stetson location has no clue about efficient customer processing. I have walked out without my purchases before simply because of the length of time in line for the cashier. Management seems to think that its okay to make all the people in line wait for the cashier to fill air in the balloons people buy. Even if they open more cashiers for an expanding lineup it doesn't solve the wait time for those in line behind the balloon customer. How about letting the cashier continue with other customers in that line while a new employee fills the balloons, that way only the purchaser waits for air instead of everyone else in line behind. One person waiting-or all people waiting...what makes more common sense? I am so tired of store hiring inept management with no common, professional or business sense. read more

I don't visit dollar stores very often because they are usually in odd areas of town. This dollar tree however is a great spot to pick up little things! It is near the Hemet Wal-Mart in the new shopping area. The building is spacious, clean, and well organized (for a dollar store). I always find little odds and ends. This is the perfect place to find party favors for kids birthdays, holiday parties, etc. Also a great place to buy cards! Much better than wal-mart and target. You can find brand name cards 2/$1. It's also a nice place to pick up picture frames. They have decorative and document frames. I like to pick up frames to re-purpose from this place. This location also has tons of silk flowers. The quality is great for the price! You'll save TONS of money from buying them here rather than Michaels or Joann's. This is the only dollar store in Hemet that I'd recommend going to. read more

This place is real clean for a dollar store and more often than not offer a pretty wide variety of products, some that still surprise me today. The staff are sometimes a little 'I don't like working here' but they still are quite helpful. Needless to say I come here quite often whether it be for a snack or something to drink, to a surprising collection of cards for any occasion! read more

I visited this store after the one on Florida Ave and let me just say the customer service here is awesome. Kyle who helped me was very nice and helpful. All of his staff was very friendly.
