The most annoying thing that bothered me while here was a lot of stuff didn't have a price or price sign on it. No price checker scanner in the store so I could check the prices on a couple items so unfortunately I had to have an employee scan the stuff & then remove stuff I didn't want due to the price since not everything is $5.00. They have a huge candy selection & most of it is over priced as you can get it elsewhere cheaper. I did find a couple of things to put in my Vegas bestie's Easter basket. I was also glad that I just happened to bring in my own bag because they no longer give your bags for your items. They have removed all the plastic bags @ the self checkouts & have ones that you can purchase. Not sure if they had a sign on their front door letting customers know this??? If I didn't bring my own bag in I would have just ran out to my car to grab one as I always carrying them in my trunk. Well, besides office supplies, Daiso has cute merchandise, kitchen gadgets, household items, bags, utensils, pet toys, snacks, paper goods, etc. I actually found a pair of bunny socks... and some Easter decor. For the price, it's hard to resist. It's not $1 per item anymore. Just look at the yen conversion chart and check the price tags. This particular Homegoods is located in one of the many shopping centers on this main strip in Henderson. Inside is all kinds of edible things, nick nacks, glassware, plates, decoration items, holiday goods, furniture, linens, towels, tablecloths, pet toys, pet treats, and MORE! Near the entrance I saw a fun llama bench and some decorative giant toadstools or mushrooms. They had at least three rows of edible things. I found the pink Himalayan Sea Salt Chunks I was looking for. I also saw very expensive imported boxes of chocolates. (one box was $60.) They had so many chocolates and lots of fun different snacks I never saw anywhere else. I also enjoyed looking at all the fun decor. Checking out was easy and efficient. (unlike the Ross by me that could have been at least an hour)

TJ Maxx offered clothes, body products, makeup, home goods, snacks, and more. The downfall was the customer service. Going to the perfume area, a separate customer and I got the same perfume bottle coincidentally at the same time. I observed that the customer opened the box to sample and smell it, which required several pumps of spray. One of the staff members asked for our names and indicated that the perfume bottle would be available at the front counter. When finishing the shopping trip, the staff member left me the perfume box that the other customer used and took the new box that was supposed to be for me. The perfume box provided to me at the counter was slightly tampered with. Even with this situation, only an apology was given with no sort of accountability. No intervention was offered, not even a discount. Overall, this TJ Maxx was nice and well-stocked. However, the overall customer service did not meet expectations as anticipated.

I found some Stonewall Kitchen merchandise right around the corner and of course I bought a couple Jars, one for a Christmas gift and one for a friend. (Blueberry was the one for the friend) They had Christmas and Halloween Decor but were just getting around to the Christmas stuff so the Halloween stuff was discounted, in fact so were the Jams I bought, 25% off! I was greeted by another woman who welcomed me into the store.... and then a man and then another woman behind the counter, all very friendly and asked if I needed any help, I was pretty amazed by this because some stories you go in and are ignored.... They had diffusers and oils and candles, usually my thing but spendy, around $45 for a single candle up to $60 and not knowing if the brand has a good throw or not when lit makes me hesitant to buy, I am sure for that price it would mind you but again, not knowing for sure..... that is a lot to spend...PM me though if you have tried any and they have excellent throws, I will go back this weekend and buy a couple (Thanks) All in all, I would go back because they were adding more items and Id like to see what they add next.
