Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

Donated items are given to individuals and families in the community in need and profits are distributed through the church charities. To date they have donated more than $1 million to charities that provide human services locally and globally. They have also partnered with 30 local Collier County charities including Neighborhood Health Clinic, Healthcare Network of SW Florida, Meals of Hope, Baby Basics, Echo, Dental Outreach, Grace Place, Literacy Volunteers, and Habitat for Humanity. I was pleasantly surprised to see the store was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside. Several rooms are filled with gently used furniture, a ladies boutique with name brand and designer clothing, accessories, men's clothes, children's clothes, jewelry, art, holiday decorations, books, and more. Prices were great and I loved the selection of like new merchandise. The volunteers were so friendly. Furniture prices are negotiable and they were having an additional sale on select items. Hours are rather limited, they are only open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10-3 so it makes it difficult to shop here if you have to work more traditional 9 to 5 weekday work hours. In any case I am glad that I finally got to stop in and support the great work that they do for this community.

I found the staff at the fitting rooms, and the checkout counter to be helpful and friendly. In addition to the Lily clothing, there are racks and racks and racks of other clothing items. It is literally the size of a department store! They also have an entire wall of shoes and a section devoted to furniture and small household items. I didn't have time to shop too much more because we were there literally 20 minutes before closing, but I will be back the next time. I'm in Naples.

And you see other people just walking around. The attendant at the tryout rooms are rude. In checking out to today I was asked by the attendant to donate money she pointed to a sign on top of her register, I could not even understand her, I said no, then again in very broken English she asked for me to round up...I again said no. Where upon she told me she was just doing her job, and the manager came over and stated the same. This is classless and rude. I had already said no, why was I asked twice. Oh, and get this a couple was walking around the store with a dog on a leach, not even in a cart. they were taking the entire isles with their animal. Where is management why did she not focus on that?
