Once you enter the store there is a plethora and an incredible diversity of antiques carefully sectioned according to theme. Owned by Sabbath and assisted by Laura, the customer can easily get lost and forget the time. I found so many interesting items I didn't have the time to completely see everything. Initially, I telephoned the store searching for an antique candlestick telephone. Laura advised me she had one and she'd place it on the side till I could get to the store and not to worry. When I went to the store I met Laura who was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and informative. Many of the antiques are subject to price negotiation unless otherwise marked. Once I called the store seeking an antique Edison wax cylinder phonograph. Although they had none available, I was referred to other antique stores in the nearby area that might have what I was looking for. The owner, Sabbath, is a very friendly person who owns this treasure land and is also very friendly, knowledgeable and will work with the customer. Laura is totally the same. She took the time to look up my Nordstrom rewards and apply them to my purchase. All departments are fully stocked and waiting for bargain shoppers like me. I find Nordstrom Rack prices exceptional for high end merchandise. Their in house brands are comparable and also provide good value. Although the lines were long and I feel they could use an extra register or two, it was a rewarding experience. They not only guided me during the scavenger hunt, but also educated me on the quality of the meats, the preservation process, and even explained the taste, texture, and best seasonings to pair with different cuts. The products themselves were so unique and exciting--things you don't find just anywhere, like ostrich, beef organs, tongue, and more.
