Of course this is one of the stores in the mall that's always crowded. Two of my favorite perfumes are Very Sexy and Tease. Lotions and perfumes were on sale for 3 dollars. That was a great bargain. So I purchased 10 lotions and 10 perfumes . Gave some to my daughter and sister. Customer service was great . Young lady greeted me at the door and assist with my purchase. I visited this store earlier today as they are having their semi annual sale. I had hoped to find…read moresome panties. Silly me. Sizes are all mixed together and despite digging though ALL of the bins, I found only one small....in the large bin, BTW. While I was searching, FOUR different salespeople stopped by (empty store) and offered 'help'. I asked if anyone sorts these things and from each I got a different nonsense answer. One girl told me that they must be out of small but couldn't tell me why the small bins weren't empty, but full of the wrong sizes. Then the manager...a man, came by to tell me that I'm rude and that I had scared away the salesgirls. Hmmm....by attempting to find some panties? Really? What a poorly run and staffed store this place is. He went on to give me some additional yap...but I waked out at that point. FTR...I am a long time customer of the brand, love their stuff in general, and have never had a complaint before. If this were the first time I had shopped at a VS store, I would have never returned to any. Maybe a district manager can take some time to teach this store how to do business . That would be something.
