I walk up to a couple employees and as if anyones familiar with running shoes, the man asks me what he can help me with.. so I tell him I'm interested in Brooks. His name is Alex. He was a great sales associate. He gave me all the facts about Brooks, that I didn't know. He was quick to get sizes that I needed. He was super helpful. His recommendations were on point. He recommended the Glycerin which is the last shoe that I tried on and that's what I ended up getting. They didn't have colors that I particularly wanted, so he ended up ordering it online for me. What I did notice was that he asked if I wanted to type in my own credit card information and stepped away, so professional and never had that done to me before. I hope he gets commission off of my sale online, if not - I hope his manager sees this and congratulates him on his customer service.
