Dirty and unkept store. Rude staff that looked annoyed with your presence. The girl didn't know how to do a return and went to the office to get her "manager" I suppose and she was incredibly rude. No smile, annoyed, rude tone, and she asked me "do you want your money back?". Uhhh no duh lady. That's what a return is. read more

Not the best Dollar Tree experience, although it has been a while since I have visited one. This one just felt dirty and unkempt; shelves were either empty or overstuffed/chaotically filled. Came here looking for Halloween craft material and they had some good options, but we ended up leaving with nothing. Long lines at checkout - looks like they are suffering from worker shortage like most places these days. read more

Came here to pick up a few necessities that were 5 times as much at the Target a few doors down. I mean, honestly: Don't tell me your $5 Chinese-made hairbrush at Target is materially better than the $1 Chinese-made hairbrush at Dollar Tree. Also, got a bag and glitter tissue paper for a wedding gift much cheaper than anywhere else. I was really thirsty, so it was a bonus that they had cold bottles of Grape Crush that I could score for $1. Recommended? Hell, yeah! read more

Good dollar tree and clean. People are nice and keep the store up and organized. Wish it was a little bigger.

Just left this location and it was trash. Dried dirt on the floor and debris everywhere. It was nothing but Nasty. Myself and a customer were talking and he said that it looked like a tornado came through. I also asked one of the employees there if they were moving because of the disorganization of the store. I talked to the manager, Gayle and she was not interested in discussing but did say that it was because of people bringing in their service dogs. I just sent a complaint to the CEO of Dollar Tree for him to check on this location. The way the store looks is a bad reflection on the employees who work there. I'm sure its hard to find good help post Covid! Maybe they'll get it together soon. read more

really bad location! i have been to many dollar trees but this one has by far the worst staff! their older staff was much better. employees ask other ppls kids to cleanup and managers dont give a crap about their employees behaviour and act like its not a big deal. i mdefinitely not going back to this location . read more

I like Dollar Tree and I won't fib. I can find greeting cards for reasonable prices, holiday specific items..I racked up on Halloween items and really cute books and $1 bags of Haribo Gummy Bears, all kinds of cute things for our precious little neighbor kiddos. First Halloween in 14 yrs we will have Trick or Treaters so I am going to have fun. They had the cutest ghosts to hang in the trees, as well. Fun items. Bleach is $1 for a gallon and anybody who has an Aerobic System needs that item. You can order online, have it sent to the store and pick it up. Their Awesome Cleaner is just that. It works great on my cabinets and other surfaces as listed. For Christmas, I fill up the Samaritans Purse boxes with age appropriate items from Dollar Tree. Last year, I bought a soft doll for a little girl that had not one piece that could break off. They had that just this week once again. Somethings are a good value to buy, others not so much. You just need to watch the size of the product for ultimate savings. Great place for gift bags, tissue paper etc. Can't go wrong. I must say, I have not tried anything from their freezer or cold case. Not sure I will, but I still like this store. read more

I have shopped Dollar Tree for years without a problem. But last week I purchased 10 mylar balloons for my grandson's graduation party. I put them outside about a half hour before the party started. By the time guest arrived there were 4 left. All the other balloons had detached from the ribbons a few away. I believe if my sister and I had not ran over and tied the ribbons to the balloons then I would have lost them all. After the party I looked closely at the adhesive on the balloons. It says right on the balloon that the ribbon should be tied on. So why Dollar Tree employees just fill them up and don't tie the ribbon is beyond me. I have never had this problem before so I don't know if it's just the graduation balloons that say to tie the ribbon but I will be looking on my next trip to Dollar Tree. I will also be speaking with management. read more

This store USED to be exceptional. I don't know what has changed within the last year, to make it spiral down to crap. The store is always a MESS, their inventory is non existent. I have gone 3 weekends in a row mid January to purchase balloons and there were none: when I asked why they were out of everything & why is the store is so messy I was told they haven't recovered from the Christmas season. Even though it's been like this for almost a year. This store needs new management! The cashiers are all chatting & joking around in front of customers One of the cashiers is always outside taking a smoke break, literally right in front of the store. He steps away from he register and goes outside then when he sees a customer go to the register, he quickly goes inside. I've called corporate multiple times to complain and never receive a return call. I live close to this store and it used to be my "go to", but now I just drive to King Dollar in Tomball. The store is MUCH cleaner, has better inventory and the cashiers don't smell like cigarettes read more
