I went to this Dollar Tree on a weekend with 3 seniors and a child. They all seemed to find everything they were looking for. I'm not too sure seniors should be buying snacks from there since the options are not very healthy, but who am I to judge. They looked so happy with their purchases so, that made me happy. Ok dollar tree, staff didn't pay attention to anyone in the store, selection was less than other locations, clean and well organized.

My friend and I joke that this is our favorite Dollar Tree. I actually now call it the Dollar twenty-five store because the cheapest item is now $1.25 Come two months in advance for seasonal items and if you see something you like just grab it because when you return at a later day it will likely be gone I go there to stock up on gift bags and simple crafting items such as glue sticks, glitter and construction paper. I went back yesterday to look for these pins I saw last month but of course they were gone. It's also a nice place to find small toys to donate to school treasure boxes. I bought a bunch of Disney stuff for pixie dusting on my recent Disney cruise. Parking is a little tight. If you can find a spot down the main aisle, you have to park at the end of the strip mall at either end. The main aisle is one way only, so you end up finding a spot way on the end by Goodwill and walk back OR drive around and reenter. Either way, it works. Dollar Tree is a fun store. You just walk up and down the aisles to find things that you never knew you needed. Surprise finds!! Dollar Tree is the best price for helium balloons but the pickins' are slim. Good location Store is organized and clean Staff is friendly enough Came on a Friday afternoon and it was busy enough They only had one cash register open and the line got really backed up. At a certain point they finally opened up another register and that really helped. Good selection of things and like all of their other stores you can beat the overall value. read more

This is my go to location because the staff are super friendly and helpful. This morning I went there to buy some cards for a couple special occasions, anniversary and V-Day. This is a Dollar Tree, what can I tell you. For the most part, every time I go I find everything I need. Onceeee in awhile they'll be out of whatever I'm looking for -- like stovetop liners. LoL. The customer service here is good, employees are great with going out of their way to help locate an item, & from what I've seen they're always up & down-- stocking up, breaking boxes down, or scanning away at the registers whenever the lines get long. For your holiday needs, they always have a designated aisle or two packed with decor, favors, gifts, etc related to that holiday. That's always pretty convenient. I love the good deals on balloons, cards & random snacks. And how close it is to my house, if I need anything quick & for cheap: This is my go-to. read more

Every time I come to this location I get great customer service. It's that old school greet you with a smile and ask you how you're doing kinda service that I love and it's just not common anymore!! Have you ever been to a Dollar Tree that doesn't wrap your glasses? I was just told it was too much work for Alba to do because she was tired!! When does how an employee feels have anything to do with customer service? When I asked for them to be wrapped she told me had too many customers? As the ONLY African American woman in the line. It was only ONE lady behind me. Discrimination is REAL in Pales Verdes! She didn't know Ray Fox number from corporate. She complained to customers about me. She even said, " Oh, these people!" As soon as I left the store, the balloon came off the string and flew away, but the lady at the register said "It happens, you need to get in line and buy it again" and wouldn't refund or replace the defective product. I had to wait in long line again with my toddler. read more

Staff is friendly. Usually well stocked for the stuff I need. My go to place for Mylar birthday balloons which are $1 each! Go on a weekday if you can. There's usually only one cashier open on the weekend and the line can get pretty long. read more

Love that they have some items that some of the dollar trees by my house don't have (I.e.: Arm & Hammer deodorant). Glad they have the 6 feet social distancing tape markers on the floor & have the clear guard to protect transactions between cashier & customer in place. Came down here to pick up only a few things . I totally forgot it's almost Valentine's Day , so pulling up I noticed all of the V-Day balloons by the front door . Parked . Walk up the whole store looks like a party ! Balloons all over the store when you enter , the inside is flooded with pink and red balloons right now . It's so festive and fun ! I already had a feeling what was gona happen. Yup , I'm about to splurge on all the cute goodies they have paraded in front of my eyes . There's hearts in my eyes as I type . Being in here on a Tuesday afternoon made me feel so warm out of left field. I was only running errands . Glad I stopped by , felt like therapy . Found a lot of cool items. The cashier that checked me out was super helpful . The store is pretty clean and neat on usually and that's important to me when I'm out shopping . It is what it is. it's a dollar store but years ago, Dollar Tree had a better selection with better items. This one had a disappointing collection and it was after the holidays so it was messy but that shouldn't be an excuse. Organize it a little. I could not for the life of me find tissue paper. Yes, watch out for expired foods AND food that are randomly tossed in the refrigerator section. It could have been sitting out for awhile because some dbag customer decided they don't want it anymore and placed back in the fridge by the staff. Normally dollar store's non-refrigerated food are safe to eat as long as it's not passed the expiration/use by/best by date. I do live life on the edge and buy food here once in a blue moon. I love that they are close. My daughter loves this place. Parking can be tight, but I love that small-town feel. Park a little farther and get some exercise, if it's crowded. I feel like this dollar tree needs to stock up on their product faster. They are always empty in the baby sections. It seems like they dont have enough staff because the lines are always long and when they stock, the boxes are every where. You can hardly walk through the isles. This Store Needs Help! And, the new manager Carla is not the one to provide it. She has no sense of customer service, is argumentative and rude to shoppers. After witnessing her talk back to an older customer with a concern, I expressed one of my own, only to be met with the same bad attitude. As a result, I immediately returned my items, as I don't need to support the salary of someone like that -- I told her she could have handled things differently and everyone would have been happy. She insisted she handled everything appropriately, I told it was appropriate for a bi### and I would be calling the district manager. She said, "be sure to tell him you called me a bi### and I promised I would tell him everything.That really set her off and I walked out of the store to be applauded and thanked by 3 other shoppers who said they won't be back because of how they were treated and didn't have the courage to speak up. Unfortunately, there isn't a phone number to reach corporate employees and managers. I sent an email and I'm leaving this post. I understand people have bad days. The only dollar store you'll find in the area others are much further. I always stop by for thier office supply. Parking is tight almost all the time but the store does offer good items so it's worth the wait. The store is organize clean and pack of season items. I like their selection of cooking and school or office supply. This store only down side is that their under staff which make a check out time longer. read more

Very rude customer service. My son wanted a get well balloon for his grandmother and the clerk never spoke when she saw we were looking for balloons until we were ready to walk away. In addition she attempted to give us a damaged looking balloon, when I requested one of the newer ones she proceeded to tell me that this damaged balloon was fine. After the attitude that was given after a simple request I simply let the clerk know that I was no longer interested in the purchase of it, she then stated "seriously" as if I had the issue I replied seriously I wanted a non damaged balloon, customer paying, my money my choice. Disgusting. My son was hurt because he wanted the balloon for his grandmother who had just had surgery. Customer service is usually good, but this particular clerk needs a class on how to service the customer not herself. read more

Brand new location. It's a typical Dollar Tree, but people haven't discovered it so there are very few people shopping when I've stopped in. Some good finds if you're willing to hunt. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Every time I come in here I see Jennifer always being rude to her coworkers. She was so rude with me and very unprofessional. I have seen her throw stuff around the store and put items where they do not belong. Also Donna is very unprofessional and it always looks like she does not want to work there. She is rude to customers and coworkers. I will not be coming in until they are fired. They ruin the store, the store is also a filthy mess. read more
