Got tired of waiting outside in the cold. I appreciate trying to limit people, but two sets of people left and we still weren't allowed to go in. I went to ask at the door and checkout girl said another employee was counting and as she added a snarky remark, I walked away so I wouldn't hear the rest. Don't get frustrated at me while we are waiting and watching people leave and still waiting. Got tired and left, which means you lost our business. Won't bother trying here again. read more

This store has very few shopping carts and the ones they have are on timers, so l couldn't use one that a customer who checked out had used. One of the clerks said it had a 30 minute timer and would stay locked until then. I just left the store and drove to Gilroy's 99 cent store to buy my merchandise. Having timer controlled carts is a really asinine idea in a busy store. read more

I was disappointed today shopping here. The party favor section is ALWAYS out if stuff. The lines r super long. The cashier watched me put all my stuff in the cashier counter & then told me she was closed & walked away! The guy that rang me up, after I had to wait in another line, did not bag my stuff up and I had to bag all my stuff by myself! These stores are aI ways great to explore. became aware of this as one of the first employees of the Hollister store. Those of us hired for the Hollister store received training at this location. The manager of the Watsonville store at the time (in 2001) was later transferred to the Hollister location and I liked her a lot. read more

I'm honestly blown away by how beyond awful the service here is! I've been in the store 3 times in the last two months and all three times my experience has left me not wanting to return. If I hadn't needed something I specifically knew the store carried and I couldn't conveniently procure elsewhere than I would have skipped it. The employees are honestly among the worse I've ever encountered. Rude, ridiculously unprofessional, oblivious... the list goes on! Maybe it's not everyone but it's everyone I've come into contact with. Then the line outside the store is very poorly managed. It honestly just feels like luck of the draw getting let in the store because there is no visible rhyme of reason to it. Most stores seem to do a one in one out kind of thing. I'm pretty patient but imagine the frustration of the people behind me as the watched group after group exiting without anyone letting us in. Finally the people behind me just went in and they proceeded to get yelled at very unprofessionally by a cashier. It was embarrassing and frustrating. I appreciate the store and have for years but the staff ruins it for me! Someone really need to take control there! read more

I don't usually yelp review but I had such a horrible experience here and I didn't even go in the store!! Store hours say that it opens at 8 on Saturday. Well I got there at 8:30 the door was locked and I stood there for a long time. I started knocking because I thought maybe someone was in there. No answer. Then as I turn around a girl that works there walks up with keys and tells me to "calm down" then unlocks it walks in and slides the door in my face locking me out. Needless to say I left and will never come back. I've never been treated so horribly. Sorry lady it's not my fault you're 40 minutes late to work. read more
