The retention has also been amazing. My lashes stay fluffy and full longer, and I've noticed little to no stickiness/fumes during the appointment which makes the whole experience way more comfortable (my fav nap). If you have sensitive eyes or hate that burning/watery-eye feeling from traditional lash extensions, UV lashes are honestly a game changer. The chair was comfy, and the person who did my pedicure was kind, but it felt rushed since someone else was waiting for a pedicure chair. While I enjoyed the experience, I didn't think it was worth $50 plus tip. Because it's so close to where I live, I'll likely give them another shot on a quieter day to see if the experience is less rushed.

However, when I saw the charge for over $100, I texted to ask if she had also gotten a pedicure, or had paid for her friend's manicure. She responded that no, she had just gotten a single manicure, but they charged her $15 to remove the old gel + $35 for new gel + $5 PER NAIL! because she had gotten a very simple design. (Design shown in the photo - they look terrible! Two nails just have wobbly circles!) So basically an extra FIFTY dollars for that poorly executed design! Also, no one else charges extra to remove the old gel. Of course, I had taught her to tip well in the service industry, so that's how we landed at $118. So the nail tech benefitted even more from scamming a child. Overall, I do not recommend giving them any business given their low ethical standards.

My nails look so clean, precise, and polished. Better than they've ever looked! Amanda explained every step and kept checking in to make sure I liked the shape and color, which I really appreciated. Especially since it was my first time getting russian manicure. The only thing is timing! This took about 3 hours vs my usual 1.5 for builder gel. I don't mind, but I wish I had a heads up, so definitely come prepared and plan your day around it. Also, booking is based on experience level and I chose a more junior tech, which is probably why it took longer. Next time I'd book with a higher master. I did get a small nick while they were cleaning my cuticle on one hand, which made me a little nervous, but they sanitized everything right away. They also started about 20 minutes late, but offered tea and chocolates which was a nice touch along with a gift bag since it was my first time at Yarco. Overall, amazing service and beautiful results. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait to see how they last!
