It was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, I left disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled but was later asked if I could come at a different time. I was happy to be flexible and later arrived 10 minutes early. When I walked in I noticed there wasn't a designated waiting area for clients. Then later I was told that my appointment had been forgotten and that a walk-in had been taken instead. I was understandably a little disappointed, but I remained understanding. A little after another nail tech. came from the back and was able to help me. Before we began, I communicated twice that I was there for a builder gel fill. I've had this service done many times, so I'm familiar with the filing process. However, much more product was filed away than I've ever experienced during a fill, which seemed to defeat the purpose of getting one. The filing also felt quite aggressive. While I understand the need to work efficiently, I experienced a burning sensation several times, and the technician even applied pressure to the top of my nail to help relieve the discomfort. After this happened repeatedly, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the UV curing process because I was concerned about the sensitivity of my nails. I explained that I had changed my mind and would instead like to receive only cuticle care and nail shaping. The technician asked a coworker to assist with translation, but unfortunately, the interaction didn't feel welcoming. I calmly explained again that I wasn't comfortable placing my nails under the UV light and wanted to give them time to recover. The coworker appeared visibly frustrated and responded by pressing firmly on my nail and rubbed her finger against it to demonstrate that the builder gel was still present. The original technician completed the cuticle care and nail shaping, and I paid for her time and service. I appreciate that she finished the appointment, but overall, the experience did not leave me wanting to return. I also think the salon could benefit from a designated waiting area for clients and some soft background music to create a more welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. read more

I've been to this salon three times now, and every single visit, my nails have turned out beautifully. The quality of their work is consistently excellent: clean shaping and good polish choices, and a clean and pleasant environment. The techs are friendly and detail-oriented. One thing to note for anyone booking online: if you're scheduling a manicure and pedicure to be done simultaneously with two technicians, to get in and out quickly, I recommend calling ahead to confirm. All three of my visits were specifically booked that way, but each time they assigned only one tech, which meant my appointments ran really long and I ended up having to cancel work meetings and be seriously late for another appointment. They continued to accept walk-ins, which I understand, but it was a bit frustrating that my 1-hour appointment took over 2 hours. It's still a great salon with wonderful service; just plan on budgeting extra time or double-check your booking if you're in a rush. I'll keep coming back, but I will be sure to call ahead next time to confirm. read more

I had one hour between my daughter's appointments to get a mani pedi before an event. I requested an appt and explained the time constraint. The owner said he would make sure there were enough people there for both my daughter (7) and I to have mani pedis in that short time frame. Long story short, we definitely were done in time, and the nails look amazing! I got glass nails and my daughter had strawberries painted on, and even with those extras, they were done on time, with a smile. Everyone we worked with was super kind, really sweet to my daughter, and worked efficiently. My daughter can be shy, but she was so happy and comfortable here. I just finished with a pedicure with Sarah. First when I told her my last pedicure was 7 weeks ago she didn't believe me. I had gel polish and said there is no way gel last that long. To me that was rude. Then I brought my own color, and when she finish, she had to be reminded that I wanted my bottle back. She painted 2 coats of color over the base. And then she left the salon. She didn't say I'll be right back nothing. I waited 10 mins. Asked another tech, don't you do top coat, she said yes but looked like I was asking for an additional service. I asked where Sarah went, but she said she just left. I paid for my service, but will never recommend or return to this salon. Terrible customer service. Who leaves a client sitting in a pedicure chair without a word. This place should be closed. read more
