We had an issue with a comforter and two decorative pillow shams that came back faded and with stitching damage. Tide Cleaners at Cypress Terrace was very kind and helpful when we brought the items back in. They ran the comforter through a special color‑enhancing batch and repaired the stitching on the shams. While the comforter didn't improve, the staff was genuinely nice throughout the process and added $100 in credit to our account. We had several shirts,a long dress and a jacket cleaned. My partner picked up the items,the jacket was hung in the closet with the plastic still on until days later.The lining on the jacket did not line up with the outer fabric,ironed wrong. The main reason I sent this item to be cleaned was to have beautiful seams on my collarless jacket.I. was so mad when I saw it and even madder that now there is a shiny spot ironed on the shoulder seam and the offending collar area. The audacity to return an item in this state is mind boggling. There was also a note pinned to the label saying that the jacket had a defect before cleaning,zipper. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my zipper,a bunch of crooks. The prices are also very high,will never set foot into this place again. read more

I find that dry cleaning needs to be done more often in Florida than we did in Arizona. The humidity causes me to definitely want to dry clean and wash clothes more often. Not sure why people complain about the pricing, it's seems pretty standard to me. I also don't mind the Tide scent because I don't wear perfume often so I like the smell of clean clothes..Staff is courteous, that's all I expect but I also don't give them a litany of instructions and preferences. It's like when you go to the deli at the grocery store and someone actually has an inch thickness they want their ham sliced and then they wonder why they are always disappointed. So for me , this is good...But if you get your dressing on the side, and need your bologna sliced 1/2 inch thick, maybe not.... read more

My mistake not asking prices beforehand. $9 per golf shirt. They did a very poor job of cleaning the shirts (still had rings in the neck area), after i had specifically requested special attention to that. Poor quality/very expensive, I will not be back. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Dropped off a down comforter and when I got it back it smelled clean but didn't look clean, I've had it cleaned in the pass at a small ma and pa dry cleaner and they were able to make it look brighter, whiter, and super clean for less than they charge. I dropped off a romper there to get a sleeve repaired and they charged me 32 dollars! The romper didn't even cost me 32 dollars. ‍ The girl that works there is a moron and has no people skills. I wanted to pay cash but couldn't because apparently they didn't have change. My items would have sat there for months if I didn't call to see if they were ready because they don't give you a call when there ready but yet they didn't give me a ticket for when my items would be ready by, so it was a guessing game. read more

I was going to try Tide Cleaners for the first time. Super conveniently located. Stopped to drop off several items that are very important to me. I got a horrible attitude from the the lady that treated me. Still, I was going to try them out. I was trying to give her my preferences and she would not stop cutting me off. Still, I was going to give them a try. I tried to explain that I wanted heavy starch on my husbands shirts, but not on my silk or lace shirts. With apprehension, I left many expensive items, to pull away and see that she had completely disregarded my preferences on the claim check she gave me... I parked and collected my items. I will go somewhere else that's less conveniently located to make sure I, and my things, are treated with respect. read more

I rarely need a dry cleaning service but I was injured so I had my husband shirts pressed. I am all better now and they are still doing the shirts. I could compare prices to a place closer to me it was going to cost over three dollars to just get them pressed. I spent under two dollars, and they were done beautifully. read more

The convenience and one-day turn around time are great! They are a bit pricy, though. The reason for two star rating is that I was not expecting my clothes to be so heavily perfumed with that "Tide" scent. It's been days and that smell is still pervasive in my home and is giving me a headache. I've had to resort to hanging the clothes outdoors to air out, which defeats the purpose of getting them dry cleaned. I don't know if they offer an unscented option but it really doesn't matter because I can't and won't take my clothes back to them for cleaning. read more

I took in a futon cover that had a stain . I was told there should not be a problem . I went to pick up and was charged $70 got home and stain looked the same . I don't think they tried to git stain out. I could went on Amazon and bought a new cover for $ 50 . I would never go to Tide Cleaners again. read more

More convenient, better cost, excellent quality- it's a no brainer- Tide has become my new Dry Cleaners! I set up a profile with an attached credit card- the profile outlines how I like my shirts pressed, the crease is my pants, amount of starch etc. I get my own personalized laundry bag. At any time of the day I simply drop off my clothes in my laundry bag in the outside bin. In 24 hours or less I get a text saying my clothes are ready. I drive up in the covered parking and simply type my personal pin into the pickup machine and Voila! My suits shirts and pants get automatically delivered to the window- just pick up. And did I mention this can be done at anytime of day 24 hours a day seven days a week? No more standing in a customer line waiting for someone to drop off 30 items or counting their dollars or complain about a lost item etc. it's fast easy and much cheaper than any other cleaners I've been to. So far I've been happy with the quality of the job as well. Plus it's usually done in 24 hours ! And- if you show up during open hours- you get offered a free bottle of water and a small detergent sample. Very friendly staff! Did I say this is a no brainer? read more

They do a great job on my dress shirts and make it easy on us to let them do so. Covered valet service is really considerate and convenient. Shirts are done well and wrapped appropriately. We like the sturdy bag they provide for return trips. We find the cold bottle of water being offered a very refreshing courtesy that provides a differentiating and unexpected experience.
