The dress was taken in at the waist at least 2 inches more than how it was pinned. I could barely get it zipped and it was unwearable. I had to take it to another alterations shop to have it fixed (the new place was able to undo what Classic Alterations had done). The dress has lace and the bottom of the lace where it was hemmed is terrible. Uneven and in places it looks like someone just ripped it. To top it all off, this shop was very expensive. And then I had to pay even more to have the incorrect work done here, fixed. I ended up paying more for the 2 sets of alterations than I paid for the dress. Would not recommend this shop at all.

While the comforter didn't improve, the staff was genuinely nice throughout the process and added $100 in credit to our account. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items.
