The unit we stayed in was decorated beautifully. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would bring up is that they are doing construction, which can be a little inconvenient. Also, they promote that they have a gym and I would not classify what they have as a gym. It's a really small room with a couple machines. This location is great so I would consider staying here in the future.

Be forewarned that the umbrella and chair rental people will cover the beach solid with their pricey rentals by 6:15 am, leaving no beach front space for your own set up. Appears that they put out more chairs than they rent, one might think, to force residents to rent from them. Also there are threatening and highly, questionably, legal, signs along the "property line" that herd beach users into their overcrowded rentals. One of those signs was placed in the zone below the high tide line in violation of Article X of the state constitution. So take into consideration in selecting your beach vacation site, that you will deal with that. Also a $15 charge to use the pool that was unexpected. Take these things into your calculations and just be aware. Very nice spot to walk to the beach front Back Porch restaurant and dine on the beach.

It takes more than one spray to get rid of these pest, they are in the walls and a matter of time before they overtake the whole place! They micromanage everything you do! While in the bedroom, i had a cockroach crawl over my foot, and I was incredibly disgusted. The facility is obviously older, but the carpet situation needs to be addressed for sanitary reasons. Throughout the years I've stayed in almost every condo on the first floor, and 209 and 211 on the second floor. Every time it has been wonderful. Check in is at 4, which is kind of late. But if you show up early and your room has already been cleaned and inspected they will almost always allow you in. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with them. They always greet you with a smile and are super kind. Almost every condo has a king size bed, 2 bunk beds, and a pull out couch, so you can easily fit 6 comfortably. There is a full kitchen with cookware, 2 bathrooms, and one shower. From the living area there's a back porch that overlooks the gorgeous powder white sand and emerald coast. You're provided with 2 chairs and an umbrella. On the first day you go to the beach you can reserve your spot for the week so I would recommend getting to the beach early the first morning. There's also a pool and hot tub in the complex for when you need a break from the beach. One huge plus of staying here is that there is only 3 stories. The beach area behind Destin Beach Club is reserved for only residents so the beach is never overly crowded at this condo. Since you're right on scenic highway 98, you're close to everything there is to see and do in Destin. There's a plethora of restaurants, souvenir shops, and shops. You're also right next to the Destin harbor and all the new things it has to offer. Because of the great staff, amenities, view, and less crowded beach area, I would definitely recommend Destin beach club to anybody who is traveling down to Destin. Absolutely love this place, so many happy memories. Can't wait to be back!

It was a big expense losing our luggage, we had to wash 5 loads of clothes and dry on my family's last day there! It was stressful because we didn't want to bring them home with us! My niece went through her clothes and she found a roach in her bathing suit top, thank god because she would have taken it home with her. They should make it right. I didn't have internet in rm.812, the dryer didn't dry, the tv didn't work right in bedroom, the controller in living room didn't work, the dishwasher drain on sink got water everywhere when I ran it. There is no lobby and no bathrooms near by accept at the pool. The check in process was a nightmare. The door lock to Room 1630 is on its last straw. The hallway in the room is extremely dirty, I had to purchase slippers just to walk around the condo. The kitchen lacks most utensils, no napkins or rolling paper. Two rolls of toilet paper for 7 people....Each room was very dirty and the bedsheets were stained. I will attach photos of bedsheets in Room 1630. Most outlets do not work and the carpet in the living room is VERY dirty. Hot water does not exist so I had to take cold showers, seems like a common problem at this extremely old building. Two outlets out of the entire condo worked so my phone was constantly on 10% battery. Balcony is very small and filthy with a nasty carpet that gets soggy when it rains and starts to stink. The thing that shocked me the most is that at Jade East Towers was the fact that you could not have a canopy. This property wants you to purchase those old, disgusting, umbrellas that they sell. 45$ what a complete sham! It was 7 people in our group...Please future guests, make sure to read all of the reviews!

Ample parking. Elevator. Several updated units. We loved 108! They have two bunks with black out drapes so our kids were in their own sanctuary. They even both had lights, storage boxes, plugs and USB chargers!!! Beach service is included here and their beach attendant is on point. Very nice gentleman and very friendly and polite. Grills are updated and handy. Short walk to beach and since it's a small complex you always have a front row seat with plenty of room and no obstructions. Walkable to the back porch, a breakfast shoppe and Ruth Chris (happy hour)!! Pool is just ok but it works.
