Looks like there's only 20ish units total in the whole building. The building, it's green areas and surroundings was clean and very well kept. Balcony of the unit was good sized with a bench plus a table and 4 chairs. There is also a beautiful view and access to the balcony through the master bedroom . You can see the dolphins swimming often from the balcony or while seating at the beach. Overall this place was excellent!!! and we will be returning!

The door code for both the unit and private beach access makes the process fast and contactless. The home is better than pictured! It was very clean with not a trace of sand! The community pool has a restroom facility and hose to wash feet if you have beach sand! There are some shaded areas and plenty of seating! Cons: Cleaning: we walked in and the floor still had sand- I know it's a beach but we pay for the cleaning fee: almost $200. The master bathroom needed a new shower curtain (the inside one). The one it had was disgusting! I called twice to seascape they said they were going to bring a new one and they never did. The beds were so uncomfortable both the master and the guest full size bed. The appliances and devices need major updating!! No smart TV's we were only allowed to watch cable!! What is this 2010? LOL! The building lacked awareness and safety about COVID-19. I know I know- you may think I'm a snob, but when they charge you $200+ a night plus all these rental and cleaning fees you expect nice things right? So the questions are: Would I rent this condo again? No! Would I rent with seascape again? Nope!!

I went through the expense and hassle of translating, notarizing, and revising the letter exactly as instructed. After waiting days, I was abruptly informed my documentation would not be accepted simply because my husband serves in the Israeli Army rather than the U.S. Army--a fact they knew from the very beginning. Instead of being upfront, they misled me into wasting time and money, making me believe compliance would resolve the matter. To make things worse, Melissa ignored my emails and calls entirely. I had to send multiple follow-ups just to get a partial response from Jamie, while Brittany also stopped replying. This is the type of customer service they provide--unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. I was transparent from the start, but Primrose and Olympus Property were not. Their lack of accountability has caused me unnecessary frustration and hardship. I would never recommend doing business with them.

We were not able to get our wristbands until the next morning but you had to have a wristband to be on the property. Our room was on the 5th floor, view was decent. The only downside is all pictures from balcony will have electrical wires through pic. We originally booked room for Saturday-Wednesday but was able to get the week off work, the owner let us extend until Friday for a small fee. If we would've known we were staying longer we would've booked a bigger room. Even for the 2 of us this room was small. The furniture took over the room leaving very little space for luggage. More than half the closet is taken by fridge, microwave and safe. When we arrived our toilet would flush but not fully, you had to wiggle the handle and flush multiple times. We reported this to the desk, a few hours later a repair man came to snake it and destroyed the inside of the toilet with the metal snake. He showed us that we had to hold down flush it, wiggle handle 3 times and then flush again. First time I tried this the toilet overflowed and water went EVERYWHERE!! We went back downstairs and they put in 3 tickets, 1 to have someone look at toilet, 2 for someone to clean up the water and 3 for more towels since I used everyone to stop the water from leaking. Long story short the manager came up to clean bathroom herself and the toilet was never really fixed, we had to use other guests bathroom or the one in the lobby. We sent the owner a text and all they did was thank us for the feedback... the wedding was beautiful the rooms not so much.
