From the first correspondence with Lenny over the phone until the end, he was professional and prompt with his service. Although I lived at the North OC/LA County border, he was willing to make the drive out to where I lived. I requested interior auto detailing and odor elimination service (due to lingering paint smells from an auto body job that was performed on my car back in April). Because I am sensitive to paints, smells, and vapors due to prior lung injury from previous work, I was able to ask Lenny ahead of time what chemical products he used. He was respectful and answered my questions promptly prior to the day of service. On the day of service, he arrived about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Both services together took a little over than two hours. The job was amazing, and my car interior looked brand new! He vacuumed and steamed the interiors, and also shampooed the carpets. He also used a standard odor removal chemical as part of the odor elimination process. For mobile, high quality service, I thought the price charged by JLK Detailing was very reasonable. I had looked into other places in LA county and they were charging about twice the price for the two services (and on-site, too). All in all, I highly recommend JLK Detailing for good quality mobile interior auto detailing service and excellent customer service!!! I would recommend Lenny to friends and family and would also repeat service when needed. I don't have any photos, but it really looked like I just bought the car. It's no wonder that there are only 5 star reviews on this site as of the writing of this review. Side note related to the odor elimination service: While I would recommend every other aspect of the detailing service, I cannot recommend the odor elimination service, even if you are not sensitive to odors and vapors, unless the smell in your car is so overpowering and you are truly getting sick from the smell. Then, I would suggest only a very mild treatment, 5 to 7 minutes, tops. I had to blow out the interior of my car for several hours using high-powered fans. I also needed to run my heater on high to break down the chemical and remove it from my car for an additional 30 to 60 minutes and then let the car air out. read more

This man does absolute magic. Lenny responded very fast after they detailers that I initially scheduled canceled due to sickness. Lenny was able to squeeze my Suburban in last minute and boy am I happy with the results. In hindsight, I wish that I was able to take pictures before and after. Our kids had trashed our Suburban and there was a number of stains, sticky substances stuck all over, and just overall destroyed the inside of the car and the outside was filthy due to having it shipped over from the East Coast. I know that it is cliche, but our car came back good as new. The best part is JLK Detailing was able to come to my jobsite and do everything in the parking lot. My dad gave me a handy down car from a person that did not take care of their car at all, the seats were so dirty, worst I've ever seen. It was also very dusty/ dirty as the car use to be from the high desert. Also, the smell was unbearable, I could not stand the smell, which was my biggest concern. Leading me to look on yelp for a detailer. I found JLK detailing and sent a message through yelp. I didn't realize it would send a mass message to other detail businesses but JLK Detailing was the only one that replied with an answer to a solution with the smell, so I decided to go through the cleaning with him. When everything was all said and done I got the headlights, interior, and exterior cleaned and I'm so happy. The smell is completely gone and replaced with a clean scent, the car was soft and shinny, and the headlights were a world of a difference. Lenny did an amazing job! This review comes super late. I called Jlk Detailing about my car. My 2009 Acura TL has never been washed once, since I bought it in 2014. It was just a commuter car. Nothing to show off in. So you can imagine how much love it needed. Just stained all the way into the paint. Couple hours and the car looks totally new (and feels smooth). I came home and was floored by how good it was. I am sure we could of fed a small army with the amount of Cheerios and other miscellaneous snacks Lenny found between and under the seats.
