Since the on-site personnel indicated there is no direct email available to contact the owner, I am documenting the incident that occurred on April 30, 2026, at Harbor Boulevard Car Wash (1111 S Harbor Blvd, Santa Ana), where my vehicle (Mazda CX-90) sustained damage to the windshield while under your care. On the day of the incident, the supervisor informed us that we could return the following day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM to review the security camera footage with the owner ("Jimi"). When we returned at approximately 10:30 AM, we were told that the owner had just left. The supervisor then showed us, on his phone, a screenshot from the security camera footage clearly showing the vehicle prior to entering the car wash tunnel, without any windshield damage. The supervisor subsequently contacted the owner and informed us that he would be on-site on Saturday, May 2, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, at which time we would be able to review the full security footage together. For the record, the vehicle was delivered to your facility without any windshield damage, and the damage was identified immediately after the service was completed. I look forward to reviewing the footage and resolving this matter promptly, including repair or replacement of the windshield, or reimbursement of the associated costs. I got it detailed with clay and wax and by the end they had my beauty fresh and shining and ready for her Qunciñera lol but seriously they cleaned in all the nooks and crannies and found stuff I didn't even know/forgot were in there i.e. loose change, several pens, balls, car parts and even a five dollar bill (pictured) - bonus points for honesty! Hands down the best car wash in OC. I've been taking my family cars here for 3+ years now. They do a fantastic job inside and out. Went in around 11:38am for a clay and wax which was $120. The lady tried to upsell the wash but I refused. My first red flag should've been that they said my car would be ready in 1 hour. It was ready by 12:48pm. It was a sunny day and my car looked great in the parking lot. When I got home I started inspecting it for the job that was done. I was a car wash manager for 5 years and was disappointed with the results. The grill of my car wasn't done. There was still bugs and dirt on it. That's why I paid $120 for a clay, to help remove these bugs and stuff stuck on the car. My car was some light scratches which could've been removed or appear less with the wax. I found a piece of clay still on my car. If not I would've assumed they didn't even do the clay. Paying a lot of money, one expects them to do the roof. But they didn't even touch it. I had to wipe it down myself. The supervisor was watching when I picked up my car. But when I returned he didn't approach me to ask why I returned. My props to the worked who approached me and asked what was wrong. Who went to get the man who did my car. When the guy came back, he said he would re do my car. Charges so much for mid clean. Came in about 3 days ago to get my car cleaned for the holidays and they barely vacuumed it, interior still had dust and residue that should've been cleaned. I took my car here for the detailing, 1 hour later they called me that my card couldn't start. I went there the battery meter shown, I thought it was battery problem. I called my mechanic, he came and couldn't do anything either. We towed to his shop. 3 days later, they took inside apart and found out the water are everywhere in the bottom of my car. He didn't notice until Tuesday when he went back to work and couldn't find them. He realized that the last time he had seen his AirPods were at this car wash. We went back to speak to the manager to see if anything could be done and the manager was apathetic and said nothing could be done and that if we wanted something to be done to call the cops. So we did. We tracked the AirPods which led us to a house in Garden Grove. We were accompanied by an officer. A nice elderly man opened the door and let us know that someone who also resides in that home works at a car wash. We can safely assume that's the worker who stole the AirPods. When my interior plastic sections right above the carpet got lots scratches from the man who was doing the nasty vacuuming on the carpet he hit lots of sections right above and got all scratched. Be careful of overcharge. I often bring my car here to wash. Today I brought a Tesla model Y to wash. I choose the #1 wash which is $24.99. When I got to the cashier, she charged $26.99. Luckily I remember is $24.99. I asked why are you charging $2 more. She said the manager marked the box truck/van and it's $2 more. I told her my car is a sedan, not truck or van. She said the manager went to lunch and she had to charge me the $26.99. I said look at my car it's a sedan. Another girl walked up and said ok I will ask and let you know later. I said no, you need to charge me the right price then she said ok. I felt like they are cheating. If you don't look at the price, you will be charge extra. So sad. read more

Realized what it was and was upset (have other words to describe it better but can't use profanity). They managed to somehow damage my window tint when cleaning the interior of the windows. Brought my brand new car in today 12/17/22, for its first official car wash since I've been just vacuuming it myself every few weeks and taking it to the drive through car wash, so my car was not dirty or messy, it was pretty decent and I just wanted a more deep thorough cleaning. Don't bring your cars here. The guy who was supposed to be drying and cleaning the inside of my car seemed to be just joking around with the other guys. He would randomly just stand by my car chatting with the guys around him (should have gotten his name, but for the owner, the guy with the longer curly hair). My car was not even vacuumed properly l, still had to vacuum it myself and had to wipe off the sides of my doors which did not even seem to be wiped at all!
