They were kind and professional. Very good service. Relaxed and chic. The front desk girl got me a water and was very nice. Once I was in the chair, I felt settled and the pedicure was great! Maybe a little more valid work next time I come in. Probably due to irregularity of my pedicures.

I walked in on a Friday morning. There was about a 10 minute late, which was perfectly fine. They were super nice and attentive and I have been to about six nail salons in Austin and this is the first one that I could honestly say K an absolutely perfect set start to finish didn't skip any steps. Did everything you want their price is more than fair and I got one of the best sets I've had since maybe I was in high school. I'm a big fan of black powder, acrylic nails, and a lot of places now I want to do pink and then slap Jell-O on top which I really just don't like and Anna Talk through it with me and ultimately did a fantastic job and I will never go anywhere else

This is my fourth time here and I received amazing service just like my last experiences. I've been here for pedicures and gel manicures. The booking process was very easy, I just called and 20 min I was in! They ask if you want anything to drink and serve non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. My nail tech, Mia, was very nice and I appreciated her attention to detail. She even helped me pick out a nail color from a picture I brought in because I couldn't find an exact match from the samples. She took the time to bring one from another book I haven't even seen. From the moment you walk in you can tell they have a well oiled system.

I love my nails, but this took 2 hours! Hated the tech insisted on using a manual file to remove my old GelX nails. Asked her to use the electric drill, but I guess she liked taking forever. She was about to send me off when I noticed my ring finger nail had a dip in it. Why did I have to point it out for her? I've been here before and loved the results, and the atmosphere but I will definitely avoid this tech in the future.

I went on yelp to find a good nail place to have pretty nails. I left and decided I needed to come back and have them fixed because they are crooked and just cheap. I asked for if someone could fix it because I spent good money on this and they said they wouldn't do it. And proceed to laugh about my concerns. This place is unprofessional and they don't do nails as good as what they put on here. It's cheap. Go somewhere else. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. And they said they look fine...I've had my nails done for years and I've never had this before.

An update- I emailed the owner who apologized for what happened. I told them I didn't expect anything from them, just an apology, which I got and was fine with. The first time I went back after my previous review I told the tech what happened and showed photos. She took her time and while my nails were still very thin, I left feeling good about the fact that they'd eventually grow out and I'd get my natural nails back. A month later I called to try and get an appointment with her either that day or the next, and they told me she was off both days. I went in that day anyway because I needed my nails done and couldn't wait on her, and she's there. Not sure where the miscommunication came, but I was bummed. I haven't seen her since so either I've been randomly going on days she's off or she left. I've been maybe 3-4 times since and I'm just done. It seems like they only use metal drill bits now (or at least I've had the misfortune to only get techs who do) and apparently you're never supposed to use those on natural nails. My nails looked, and felt, worse every time. Last time I went the edges of my nails weren't really filed and I had to go home and smooth them out because they kept catching on everything. I went somewhere else and told them the issue. They soaked off all the dip and said my nails were so bad they didn't even feel comfortable doing anything with them except just a regular polish until they grow all the way out. It seems like a weird thing to be upset about, but I love my nails and it's going to be such a hassle to get them strong again.

This used to be my go-to spot in the domain for two years. The last three visits I've see a change in quality but wasn't bothered enough to stop going. On my last visit, the manicurist (woman whose whole left arm is tattooed) would not show me the colors to select from. It was bizarre. She kept asking me verbally. ??? When I did pick a color, she finished the job and said something was wrong with the paint and it didn't go on right, but then walked me over to the cashier to pay. But she didn't seem interested in fixing it and charged me $60 for full tips that she cut all the way down. This was the first time in a decade I didn't tip for a manicure. I say that because I'm not a Karen. I didn't say a word the whole appointment but there was this feeling that they didn't like me. I'll let the photos speak for the painting job. I'll also add that I spent $1800 in two years and through their rewards program (which is a scam), I did not earn even $10 off a future service.

The guy that did my feet was amazing but the girl doing my nails felt rushed and she only did one coat of black polish which was see through when I left and is now rubbing off after 2 weeks. Sad that I can't guarantee good quality and I will not be returning. She did really good on the shape just not the service or polish, wish someone who knew how to do French tips did them.

Ask for Kim, she knows the pricing well and seems like she's been doing this for a while. The design turned pretty and well made. There was an older lady who did my cuticles and it was a tad bit heavy handed but when Kim took er, everything was very good. It was $25 for my design on top of $35 or $38 for gel nails. The place is run efficiently with a designated receptionist who asks you what drink you'd like to have. Plenty of choices too. The design and colors are a ton to choose from. Parking gets pretty full easily so take that into consideration if you have an appointment. Ask for Kim!

I came here once before and my gels lasted a week... came back a second time to give it another try. Unfortunately this place is just not for me. The gentlemen doing my nails is all over the place. He's gotten up to do other things no less than a dozen times. He filed my nails so unbelievably uneven, he's rushing. Then he started taking calls while doing my nails. I was quite pleased with our experience here! We were seated pretty quickly even though the spa was pretty busy and my friend and I got both the classic manicure and pedicure. It was about $140 for both of us and we also got drinks that were pretty tasty! They did a great job with the massage and our nails turned out really nice! The staff were all friendly and it was a very clean environment! Will def be back again! read more

I decided to try this new salon out for the Easter weekend and boy am I glad I did! The interior was really pretty and everything was clean. The staff all wear masks and they sanitize regularly. I called many hours before hand to schedule an appointment and was told that I'd fit right into the schedule, no problem. When I showed up at the time I called for I was told it wasn't taken down but it'd only take 15 minutes for someone to get to me. I ended up at a table for an hour, with techs moving around me and talking to other people like I wasn't waiting. So my 3:30 appointment started at 4:45 instead. Also when I asked for an accent nail with a base of the same pink as the other nails, I was told no that her way would be more pretty. And to add on top of that I was charged $110 for something I got for $85 the previous time I had gone. read more

Came back before my summer break. Completely blown away by the service still. Domain Nails was very detailed and attentive to what I wanted. They took a bit longer because they were busy this particular weekend since it was a holiday but it was worth it. I really liked how they offered to throw in some designs and I picked the flowers. I visited Domain Nails & Spa to pamper myself and my daughter. It's a rare treat and we were only needing a nail polish change. They were available, talented and efficient. Relaxing ambiance. Starting off, no one offered me anything to drink, not even water which surprised me given the prices and reviews. I got in the chair and the woman who did my feet was nice but impersonal. The woman who did my manicure was very nice but I decided to change my mind and get dip instead of the gel on my nails. It was the "same color" but not really as you can see from the photos. Overall they both did a good job but for the price I expect more customer service or maybe a discount given I was clearly disappointed about the color. Not sure I'll be back. :( read more

I have gone here twice now, once for dip and once for gel. Both were very underwhelming. The place is beautiful inside and super clean and the staff is super nice. However, the dip manicure I got was the wrong color because they were not correctly labeled and then they were unable to find the original color I wanted so I ended up with a color I wasn't too excited about. The manicure itself that time was very good and thorough so I decided to give it another shot with gel this time. It was very rushed, I have random bumps in the gel and I had a chip after four days. The nail was hardly even paying attention to what he was doing and my gel did not last as long as it should have. read more

This salon is perfection. When I want my nails to be a very specific way I come here. i don't know if they specialize in shaping, but I have never gotten a better shape than when I come here. I get a different person every time and never have I ever felt like something was off. They listen to your feedback, correct any mistakes in the moment whether you catch it or they do, and they always always give the best customer service. My wallet cannot take coming here every 3-6 weeks, BUT if you have a special occasion, design, or just want top tier nails come here. (My manicures are about $85 on average.) read more

I loved this place! Such a pretty spa with great amenities. The only thing I could say was that my service did take a little long. I got a gel mani with a design. The woman who started my nails said she had to get someone else to do the design portion since she did not have experience with it, which was totally fine. I did have to wait for ~20 minutes for the second woman to come finish my nails. Even with this little hiccup, I can't complain too much. I came in without an appointment on an otherwise very busy weekend, and my nails ended up exactly how I wanted them. Very reasonable pricing too! read more

I brought my girlfriend her for her birthday, and we enjoyed our pedicures. I had Tammie, and my girlfriend had a young gentleman not sure what his name was, but was wearing a head bandana, my girlfriend said that he gave her the best pedicure/massage ever. I went in for a pedicure only. When I sat down, the nail tech offered a manicure (as usual) and I politely declined. My fingernails are bendy and polish chips easily, so it's just not worth having them done professionally. She then proceeded to ridicule me for my fingernails also calling attention to them by the other nail techs nearby...humiliating me. Hint: if a customer is NOT asking you to do his/her (other) nails, keep your rude comments to yourself. read more

Wow. The best manicure I've ever gotten! The technicians were very up front about their pricing and took their time with my nails. My tech was super talented and gave me the best shape ever, was even patient with me when I asked to change plans with my nails. I will definitely be going back! All you need to know is one name and its Jan! This girl is an actual artist and surgeon when it comes to nails. I sport natural long nails and she's the only one in town who knows how to do them right. Not only that but her designs LAST! I get crystals nearly every appointment and not one of them pops off ever. I can tell her three random words I have on my mind and she makes my ramblings come to life in ways I couldn't imagine. More than anything though Jan cares and gives it all she's got wether you're a one time visit or bi-weekly client like me and that's why I tell absolutely everyone about her!! read more

I've been in here several times and while the manicures are always very well done and well priced, I've noticed things don't appear to be very clean and are oily/dirty (surfaces mostly). I've never seen one of the technicians wash their hands before starting on my manicure and the last time I came in, when I left, my hands smelled like cigarettes which is disturbing because I do not smoke, which suggests the man who did my manicure smoked and hadn't washed his hands before doing my manicure if it was that strong to transfer to my hands even with lotion and everything else applied to my hands. Sadly, while I've loved the manicures, the cleanliness protocols make me wary and I won't be returning. read more

As someone who walked the Camino de Santiago, summited Mount Elbert, and runs a lot of miles every week, my feet have seen some serious abuse. By the time I came into Domain Nail Salon, my blisters were awful and my calluses were thick, rough, and honestly pretty embarrassing. The team worked absolute magic. They carefully removed years of built-up calluses and transformed my feet from trail-worn and battered into unbelievably soft, smooth, and healthy-looking feet. I genuinely couldn't believe the difference when I left. What impressed me most was how thorough, professional, and attentive they were throughout the entire service. They didn't rush anything and made sure every inch of my feet was cared for properly.
