Horrible horrible horrible. Make sure you read your contract very carefully people! This company is full of shake downs and shady backdoor deals. Reps tell you one thing, meanwhile you are roped into 5year agreements and shady contract language make it difficult to understand how to cancel and then BAM your contract "auto renews" for another 5 years. Then when you do finally cancel they charge you for subsequent weeks etc etc! But to my dismay they were willing to remove the buyout amount if I reinstated yet ANOTHER 5 year contract!! SCAM SCAM SCAM Ohh and the best part is that after I was sent a ridiculous bill for "buyout" of my contract and I complained I was told by their manager that if I wrote a positive yelp review that he would remove the buyout amount. What a scam these people!! Oh and the owner is a Lawyer... super scam! Bait & Switch! Some advice.... use another company....stay away I have my attorney looking into this and I'm sure I'm not the only person they have tried scamming so guess what I'm ready too pursue a class action law suit against Domestic linen supply Aka Domestic uniform rental What crooks!!!!! I won't tell you how to run your business but don't let these previous post fool you. This company is nothing but a sham. So read your contract before you sign, and maybe have it looked over by an attorney or better yet go find a different company. Please don't take me as sour grapes I truly believe this company ripped me off and then had their contract shoved down my throat. Domestic linen has serviced my business since 1990. Unfortunately, they have gotten greedy with price increases every year. Be careful to read the fine print before you sign your contract. It renews every five years and to get out you must send a letter to corporate 60 days before the contract ends or it automatically renews and you are stuck with price increase for another five years. Had to hire a lawyer to represent me in having the matter settled. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. read more

I have been with domestic linen for a little over 6 years, and have been very pleased with the quality of the items we receive. Your deliver driver Cam goes above and beyond his normal duties. Every other week I look forward to talking to him, he always has a great attitude and always makes time for a friendly chat.
