When we contacted the store manager, we received no apology and our options were a credit for a future order or wait for them to deliver a new pizza when it's convenient for them. We order from this location a lot and haven't had any issues. Usually good customer service. Until now. They made our pizza wrong and when we called to let them know and figure it out the girl on the phone was extremely rude and sassy to us. They offered us a new pizza but it was completely unprofessional and unnecessary how we were spoken to. Edit: In addition, we received a new pizza that was made wrong again. Not worth calling again to be met with rude costumer service and make the delivery driver go out for a 3rd time when it's not his fault. We've gotten pizza from this location a few times and it's not too bad! Mess ups here and there, but nothing crazy like tonight. We went on the app and seen that pizza was 50% off menu price. We tried to order or normal, but there was an issue so we just called in the store for delivery. The first girl we talked to was so rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. Ultimately we just went back to the app and ordered due to her demeanor. Our pizza got delivered quick as always, but it was the wrong pizza. We called to get it corrected and the same girl answered, annoyed. She put us on hold for over 10 minutes (maybe they're busy), someone else answered, then back on hold. We talked to 3 different people before our order got fixed. When our new pizza came, it was wrong again. We decided to just speak to a manager at this point, and the manager also made us feel like we were the problem telling us the pizza was right the first time. 10/6/23 Approx 5:30pm ( to make a really long story short) I used my points to buy a sandwhich online and also purchased a large specialty pizza during their 50% deal. I received a text alert that my driver was on their way but 20 mins later they still weren't here so I called to see if maybe they had gotten lost. I originally spoke with a male employee and that went fine but when he put on a female employee that woman answered the phone rudely before I even got a chance to speak and it just went down hill from there. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional and seemed like a very angry individual. She had absolutely no reason to talk to me in the manner she did and it left me confused and quite upset. After her cutting me off several times repeatedly, I asked for her name and she said no, so I hung up. Today, I called to try and find out her first name to make a complaint and the guy who answered refused. I made a complaint to corporate and won't be shopping here after being a customer at this location for almost 7 years without an issue. I suggest everyone who deals with this awful person and gets treated the same also make a complaint to corporate because the local store will not help you. There is also no store policy to refuse first names ( I checked) and obviously your are trying not to be accountable for your deplorable behavior! read more

Ordered online at 6:pm, pizza left the store for delivery at 6:38 pm and called at 7:05 pm to ask where the delivery person was and if he was lost. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and when the girl came back I was told the ETA was 7:25 pm. They are literally across the street from my apartment. The Airway Heights location was outstanding for us the last 6 years ago but recently went to hell. The last two times we ordered the first was delivered to the wrong address they finally figured out after an hour or so even though I was told it may still be on the way even though it was marked delivered on the tracker. I was credited back the charges after being told it would be another 45 minutes. Went to KFC and was back home in 20 minutes. Last time it took an hour and a half the delivery driver was lost unbelievably since it is like two miles. I called and asked to talk to the manager and was told did you just call to complain because we are busy. Rude unprofessional and will not be ordering again. Craving a bread bowl with pasta, I stopped in yesterday around 11:00, and there was only a young blonde woman working; the only other staff member I saw was handling deliveries. She was bustling about with some urgency when I walked in, but took my order with grace and a good attitude and apologetically told me it'd be about 20 minutes for my order, but she'd try to get it done quicker. I returned to my vehicle and watched her toiling to keep up with the orders coming in, rarely standing still. I kept wondering where her help was, as she was doing the work of at least two, probably three, people on her own. After about 20 minutes (I didn't actually keep track, as I was transfixed by the level of hustle and focus on display), she brought my food out and I left. The bowl was excellent, as always; she even added some green peppers per my request. I regret that I didn't take a receipt, as I didn't catch her name, but I hope somebody who knows who she is recognizes her hard work, especially as we were approaching lunch time and she was manning the fort alone, and was kicking butt from what I could see. Well, the delivery drivers are always great, and usually get the pizza to me in a timely manner. The management on the other hand seems questionable. Sometimes they tell me I need to so be $20 for delivery or they won't deliver.. other times there is no minimum. Seems strange. Also, I placed an order yesterday, and the girl was very sweet but had trouble. The computer took half of my payment so I had to give my card a second time.. then it glitches and I had to give it a third time. She said it went through and my delivery would be out. Then I get a call back 10 minutes later saying it didn't go through and I needed to pay a fourth time. I Checked my account and the money (while yes still pending) had been taken out of my account.. in two transactions just like she said. They assured me it was voided and would be put back in my account. Then the girl apologized and told me the order would be free, which did seem fair after all of this trouble. Or at least a discount. I was grateful. Then the phone went silent for 30 seconds and someone else care on the phone and told me it would not be free or discounted.. and that I needed to pay for the order again... so I gave my card info for the fifth time and am now waiting 3-7 business days for the first transaction to return to my account. Please understand, I am not upset that there was technical error. I am not upset with the girl that took my payment and order. But as someone who has worked in customer service and management, when you inconvenience a customer, you make it up to them. And you certainly don't tell them you will discount them or comp them and then change your mind. read more

After ordering pizza, was told it would arrive be in 15 min. We were left without dinner. After two calls and speaking to manager, Domino's was unable to deliver a pizza to the airport hotel Ramada approx, 3 miles away. Manager was nice and offered to remake Pizza and send out for delivery, but it was too little too late. All the commercial advertising dollars cannot make up for poor service. Problem 1. Person taking order asked for ext number after giving them hotel address. Extension - room number. Problem 2. Called after 40 minutes check on delivery- out for delivery. Problem 3. After 1 hour called and spoke to manager who blamed inability to deliver based on no phone number or name. Explained that information is the person who took the order failed to get the information since she only asked for extension - room number. Excuses don't change that employee failed to take care of the customer at the first encounter, and failed to catch the error when the customer called a second time to check on delay as to why the pizza was not delivered In the time specified by the employee when order was placed. read more

I love Dominoes pizza and love pizza in general but pizza's are beginning to be ridiculously priced. When i order a pizza, that is one pizza, with few toppings, it is always over 30 dollars. So, i'm gonna watch out for this and keep track of the trend of these pizzas. read more
