We've visited this establishment many times and it's always packed, which is why we usually order takeout instead. Be prepared for a wait. The staff is friendly and the place has an older feel, though it seems fairly well maintained. A few things that might bother some people: not all of the food prep staff wear hair-nets and some have longer hair or longer beards/goatees. Additionally, some servers don't always have their hair pulled back. Regarding online ordering, we've had several issues. There were many times when the website couldn't locate the restaurant and we tried both Safari and Chrome. The site wouldn't accept any of our debit cards in Safari, though Chrome eventually worked. On multiple occasions we couldn't complete our order because the site wasn't functioning properly and when we called and pressed #2 to reach staff, the automated system just kept looping and never connected us with anyone. As for the food, it's a decent breakfast. I wouldn't call it the world's best but it's good for what it is and our kids really enjoy the chocolate chip pancakes. We came in for a late breakfast on the way to Tacoma and it was very filling! Our friend came in earlier so we didn't have much of a wait but there were plenty of people waiting for a table. I got the Wolffy's scramble and my boyfriend got the California Benedict. His friend got the Southwest scramble. I got a side of half a belgian waffle and it was my favorite part of the meal! The scramble was really heavy and greasy so I didn't eat much of it. My boyfriend's benedict was a lot lighter but the waffle was nice and light with a good crispy exterior so I was happy with that! Have been here a number of times with our favorite being the country fried steak and eggs. We went there for lunch today before dropping off our grandson at the airport. The food again was good except for his hamburger was way under cooked. When they brought the ticket I showed them the burger. They offered to make another but because of time that was not an option. So not only did they refund his meal but they also gave us our meals at a 50% discount. So yes I will still give them 5 stars because this is the first time we've ever had a problem and they made it more than right. read more

It was literally like a wet dish rag. Not toasted so I had to send it back and ask for it to be toasted. And it came back Dipped and slightly toasted. The hashbrowns were similar, super greasy, barely crispy on top. The eggs again about the same like they had been dipped in oil. Literally dripping. Oh, I almost forgot. Wow this place is awesome. Came here with my parents and grandparents today and was not expecting it to be so good. When we came another car pulled up next to us and went in just before us. Almost impossible to find under the chili. Which suited me fine. My moms waffle which I stole bites of was crunch and fluffy. The berry topping was sweet and tart and so good. I took most of the burger home because there was no way I could finish it. So I will have awesome leftovers. The servers were super sweet and ready with refills or whatever we needed.
