Taking a star away from my previous review. While my burger was excellent and service friendly, the dining area needs some love. The floor in front of the entire counter was sticky enough to hear every step. Many of the booth tables were dirty and many of them have torn seats. Ate here for the first and last time this week with the family. Doesn't matter what we ordered because almost everything had at least one thing wrong with it, poor quality, poor ingredients, improper cooking techniques, unsanitary debris in food. Didn't finish much of it. What I will comment on is the state of the kitchen and prep areas. Here are just a few; unclean cooking areas like the grill and fryer, unclean prep areas with old food debris and dirty utensils scattered about, bread storage left open for some time, disgusting counters, cutting boards, floors and between every crack and crevice was old food and grease, staff was friendly and food did come out within a timely manner and lobby was relatively clean, however, half of the staff which were preparing the food was not wearing gloves and the staff which were plating the food were wearing gloves but also handling cash and cards, playing with and adjusting their hair, adjusting and touching their microphone, ear piece and faces. Several health codes were being violated and more than enough common sense food safety and sanitation rules were being ignored. I would think twice about visiting at least this location and be vigilant when visiting other locations but I cannot specifically comment on any other locations as we have not been to any others. read more

Sorry, no pics since we were very hungry and love a good cheesesteak! The ratings aren't great, but we thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches (steak supreme for me, pepper for my husband). We placed the order for pick up so very little interaction with the staff (brief back-and-forth regarding the pronunciation of "au-jus" ) but the restaurant looked very clean. My husband wishes we would have tried them sooner, he would have had them every Sunday while watching football! We'll be going back. read more

The server was friendly and helpful, and the food came out quickly. The meal itself was decent, but the unsweetened tea tasted stale. The cleanliness was disappointing--tables and windows were dirty, and the kitchen area, visible from the dining room, didn't look well-maintained. The kitchen was a disaster. Food and trash everywhere on the floor and the workspace counters. 5 employees were hanging out outside the whole time minus 2 of them to help ordering a making our food. One male employee yelled/screamed really loudly, didn't make our food right. there were tons of jalapeño stems in my husbands sandwich, no cheese on my daughters sandwich. A big bin of bruchis sauce was sitting out on the counter no lid.. the male that yelled was throwing sandwich bread across the kitchen to the trash. I guess this spot is known for their cheesesteaks but the so/so ratings made me pick a safer option. Their club sub is basically mixed cold cuts on a hoagie roll and it was damn tasty. Decent ingredients and under ten bucks. Server was sweet as hell and the place was clean. No complaints here. read more

Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time 3/31/23 and service professional refused to take our order.

Took use 25 minutes to get our food. After 2 attempts to get our order right. Then our hot food was just sitting there so it wasn't warm. Not to talk about how they were talk while there was customer in the store. One employees mom stopped by to have lunch with her and she decided to flip the bird to her mom as a joke but my 5 year old was with me so not okay. I have to give some props to the guy that jumped up when my daughter did spill her drink to get a towel but did not get a mop to mop the floor. Im sorry it wasn't even busy and still took forever. My husband ordered a 12 in sandwich and it wasn't even cut. I had to pick off onions off mine even though the chicken Malibu doesn't have onions. And how do trash cans be out of order? read more

Horrible place to get a burger . First they took our order down wrong and charged us for a more expensive item and I didnt look at the receipt but I will now and so here I was eating this nasty burger and noticed yuck its raw and so I took it back and ask for my money back and when they looked at receipt and it wasnt a burger on it but a meat sub , well they refused to give me my money back and the manager told me to piss off and call the cops and they even kept my raw burger .The staff sets outside vaping and I dealt there is any hand washing there .I will never go there again and the manager is rude . read more

Good food had the burger. Not a typical drive thru burger better than any I've ever had. Husband had the supreme chicken cheese steak he loved it but make sure you have napkins. We were in the mood to try out some subs, unfortunately at the time and later in the day the staff kindly let us know they were out of sub rolls. We tried their burgers instead and we were surprised, the burgers were well cooked but not dry, the burgers were presented very well with the toppings we ordered, the krinkle fries fresh and not overcooked with plenty of salt. Surprisingly the half order raspberry salad was fresh, crisp and nicely dry (not soggy/or wet) to enjoy with seasoned chicken meat! The staff was polite and patient with our order and even though it was close to closing time, the staff took their time to prepare the food first class, very fresh, clean non greasy burgers and fries from a fast food joint. This was a total disappointment. We just got this location in next to the Hilton by the Rusty Mouse and we're excited to try something new to our area of town. We ordered pepper steak and classic steak sammies and large crinkle cut fries. Unable to sit inside yet we brought it home, only being 2-5 minutes away. We opened the bag of fries and there were 5 containers of fry sauce that had completely busted open and covered many of the fries. The jalapenos on the pepper steak were not seeded, and so they were freaking hot. They left caps of pepperocini in the mix so we had to pull them out of two sandwiches. For some reason the sandwich was not hot being so close to home. I've had many people rave about bruchis and the bread, except this bread seemed old and small. Like smaller than a normal hoagie. The drive thru attendant was also not in a good mood and you could tell by how she yelled into the speaker and almost forgot our 3rd sandwich. I went to go pick some food up for dinner. I pulled into the drive through at 5:55 with four cars in the drive including myself and didn't get my food at the window until 6:28. There were about five customers eating inside, so they were not busy. and there were plenty of workers in there. I checked my food to see if it was all in the bag. And my fries were cold, like they had been sitting for a long time, and my sandwich was poor quality. I don't know why it took so long. I've had a lot of good experiences with other Bruchi's franchises, but I don't know if I'll be going back to this one. read more

I made my order at 8:20pm through the drive through, they close at 9. The only item I wanted to order was a 12" sub. i was told they were out of 12" subs becuae they were saving them for online orders. Not a big deal, first come first serve. But the customer service was horrible. I asked if I could do two 7" subs at a discount (I work a 12-hour overnight shift and need food on hand throughout the evening) and that request was denied They didn't try to be apologetic and when I got to the window after waiting 10 minutes for 1 car in front of me (ridiculous wait time), the same male employee didn't even talk to me. the whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward. read more

I used to eat at Bruchis when I lived in the Tri-Cities and it was pretty good. I don't know if it is just this store or if Bruchis overall have gone downhill but it wasn't good. First the positives - the store is new and clean. I also liked the bun. I ordered the steak classic and it was so wet I couldn't put it down in the basket without ruining the bun. It tasted ok, not great. The fries were hot but not much taste - they were the old fashioned crinkle cut fries. And for $2.50 you get a medium drink - but it was the inferior RC cola products which you don't find out about until after you've paid and gone to the drink machine.
