We're just traveling through (Seattle to Montana) and staying 2 nights down the road. Started craving sandwiches and thought there has to be a Subway nearby. YEP! It doesn't look like much. Not bad, just not a typical Subway store front. BUT!! We were extremely pleased the moment we walked in. Very clean, well lit, and a happy crew interacting with a number of customers. We had to wait a few minutes which ended up being very entertaining watching the crew make 3 sandwiches was like watching an artist at work. I don't know what 2 of the sandwiches were other than beautifully created with a wonderful amount of colorful veggies with the meat and cheese underneath. The 3rd sandwich was a customer creation. A Pepperoni sandwich pizza. The crew member followed the customer's instructions with meatball marinara, pepperoni and cheese, toasted. Looked delicious. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. I've come to this particular subway a few times before since I work close and use to live in that area of town. Went here again yesterday & I don't think I'll be coming back again. First off most of the staff is pretty friendly. I'm sure they're good workers and they are usually swamped with online orders so I get that. But I have noticed that this subway is pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning. The sign above the counter where you place your order has a nice thick layer of dust on it. It's right above the food so who knows what crap is falling on and getting into the food. Which is a good Segway into why I'm writing this review. Came home to eat my sandwich and found a long hair in it. That's unacceptable and because of that I won't be back. This is the worst subway you could go to. It's not a bad place it's just this location. The staff are absolutely horrible and rude. The manager is terrible to the staff, and will tow anyone's car. They have towed paying customer's cars before because there was more cars than they thought and assumed they weren't all customers and might've been inside the Beauty school next door. They have something against the school and everyone in it for some reason. There has been times where they refused to serve the students for no reason. Not to mention half the time they are out of everything, like bread. How is a sandwich place out of bread at 10am?? As far as a Subway goes this one is clean and employees are friendly. The product is what you would expect from any Subway. I dropped one star as there is usually just one employee on duty and the wait can be a little longer than it ought to be. That being said the employees are very efficient with managing the workload. Otherwise I'll continue to shop here. read more

I've always had good experiences with this subway but was very disappointed today. My drink only came about half full (see pic) and I asked for the military discount which usually takes 10% off the whole order but this employee chose to just take 10% off the $1.50 chips? (see pic). First time we went to this location we were in the drive through for about 10 minutes waiting for service and received no word until we were leaving. But we went tonight to give them a second chance and literally asked for one thing. "Please no tomatoes" on my sandwich but yall couldn't have guessed what I found. Tomatoes! She even offered a bag so we could write down our veggies when all we asked for was a standard foot long #8 with no tomatoes. Subway is.... subway! You get a big, decent size sandwich for a decent price! This location is one of the cleanest subways I visit on the regular, and their employees really seem to genuinely care about the product they kick out. I need to give a GIGANTIC shout-out to this Subway, especially the manager Ryan! Last night around 9pm I was at home on my day off, having a few drinks with my fiancée, and we both got the hankerin' for sandwiches. We ordered Subway from Uber Eats, and when it got here (quickly), i took a couple bites of mine and discovered that someone had put a vinegar sauce on it which REALLY ruined the sandwich. I was pretty distraught (some might say "hangry"), and called to complain... probably not as nicely as I would like to have, either (again, sorry about that Ryan!). The manager offered to not only replace the sandwich (and add cookies), but he actually took the time and effort out of that extra-busy closing hour to DRIVE IT TO ME HIMSELF! Now, it's been quite a few years since I've worked in food service, but I've been there - mistakes happen, and customers aren't always understanding about it - even worse, a lot of store managers can be pretty jaded by the time they work their way up to the manage rank. Ryan not only went way out of his way to make it right, not only was incredibly professional, he was super pleasant dealing with an unpleasant customer (me) all the way. You, sir, have restored at least a little bit of my faith in Subway, and ensured that the new Jersey Mike's location in Airway Heights has got some REALLY stiff competition. I am a delivery driver and I absolutely hate this location. The drive thru is a complete waste of time, as they do not even acknowledge you're waiting. You can hear them talking to people inside the building, but they don't ever actually talk to you. Their headsets are on all the time so you can hear other customers inside getting their order, but if you're in the drive thru, you won't ever get food. This has happened to me 3 times, and all 3 times a car pulled up behind me and a car was in front of me, so I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Today when we went, We could hear someone screaming and banging on something in the back of the restaurant, all through the drive up intercom. Inside isn't much better. read more

What DID go right when we visited this Subway? Uh. I think nothing. Yeah, the floors were sticky, nobody greeted us when we came in...and we only came in because we sat at the drive through ignored for too long. The first girl who was making our sandwich didn't ask us what we wanted on our sandwiches, she just stared at us until WE told HER. Then she yelled at the people behind us when they didn't answer her "what can I get for you?" the first time. (I don't think English was their first language, so it was possible they were still determining what she had said). Then the second girl said they didn't have any spinach, and the first girl walked out just then with a whole new vat of spinach. Also, they handled money and then food with the same gloves. Standard subway quality. What ruins this location for me is the consistently poor customer service. I went to the drive thru once and they literally never answered. I had to go inside and the guy just laughed and was like "yeah, its broken." Other times I went, they took forever to answer the drive thru when it worked. read more

I have visited this Subway twice since I moved here. It's close to work and has a drive through. First time around I sat in the drive through for 20 mins, decided that my time would be better spent inside. There were 12 people in line and two employees, they were busy so I understood. Today however, I pulled up and again was told to wait. 15 mins later I decided to go inside. 2 people were in line with one employee. I learned it wasn't a busy problem but a lack of effort. read more

Forced to give one star. Would be zero if I could. Just got back from sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Drove around the building to exit, and there were zero cars out front. I didn't go inside at that point, they don't deserve my business. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened either. Dishonest management. Priced higher then other subways. Avoid this location. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Food was ok.

They did not send one of our two sandwiches for Uber eats, so we had to go to subway ourselves anyway after paying the $6 fee delivery for uber so that we didn't have to go there. when we got there the second sandwich was not only the same as the sandwich they had already ubered to us (I ordered something different than my boyfriend did) but they had made it wrong anyway. we both ordered different cheese, but we both ordered (and paid for) double cheese, but mine was the wrong cheese and not doubled. the lady there was very nice and apologetic about it, but we still paid and extra $13 to have to go there our selves any and still get the wrong sandwich, which is not the point of uber. There is always something wrong with at least one sandwich. (We always order two) and I'm not picky, but when they have never ever gotten my full older correct, out of at least 6 or 7 time going there, uber eats or not, you get why I get annoyed.
