I work nearby and frequent this location fairly often. Typically I order on the app and pick up through the drive through. This has always been an efficient way to get a meal quickly. You can even order well in advance and state the time you want to pick it up. I've never not had it ready at the allotted time and it's always been handed over by a friendly employee. On occasion I also purchase box lunches for our well deserving employee group. Again, sandwiches are always ready on time and the staff are always friendly. The quality of the sandwiches has been nothing but excellent. If you want a sandwich that is just massive, the Gargantuan is just the ticket to prep you for a nice nap. The interior of the store has always been clean and organized. The only improvement that could be made is to shovel the front sidewalk during snowy times. I know that is probably the responsibility of the property owner, but they clearly aren't getting it done. Overall a pretty top notch location. read more

Placed an online order at 11:50, I ordered an 8" sandwich with a fountain drink and chips. I arrived at the Jimmy John's and waited by the pick up area, then proceeded to wait another 25-30 minutes for my sandwich. I then had to ask someone at the counter about my order for them to even give me the sandwich. I asked for the manager when I was clearly already talking to her, and she said there was not a manager or supervisor there. I simply told her I wanted to see if they had my order and she just turned away and had someone else answer my question. Shitty Service and the Supervisor don't give a Fuh. read more

When I order at this location I always begin by saying, "I have a special order request". I do this so they listen carefully and don't start immediately adding the things I do not want....mayo, tomato, onion. However they continue to ignore my request more than half the time. Now I only go inside to order so I can watch them make my sandwich. I often ask for hot peppers and they don't do it. I have asked for pickles and they forget to put them in my bag. Overall I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches but really struggle with their attention to detail. I will continue to eat there, but really don't think it's fair to make my order incorrectly so many times. One time I even bet the manager that my order would be messed up. I bet him to a free lunch. He didn't take the bet, but did watch the food being made to ensure it's quality. After handing my card to a male employee who decided to not speak at all, the employees (one was the manager named Amy) proceeded to clearly DROP MY SANDWHICH ON THE GROUND and then bring it straight to the window as if I hadn't seen this. My friend and I came to this location for lunch today at the drive-thru. The staff was courteous so I don't have any complaints there but my order was wrong. I asked for provolone cheese on my tuna sandwich, no cheese on it and the tomatoes were a bit soggy. Ok, so I can deal with that mistake. Terrible service on delivery or inside. Every time myself or my roommates have ordered a sweet tea they have brought regular that is watered down by all the ice that melted in it. Then if you call in to tell them they sent the wrong kind they tell you you're wrong. They also constantly forget to give you parts of your order and seem to care very little for making their sandwiches balanced. I took a bite of one that was all bacon and cucumber in the middle but only tomatoes were left in the rest of the sandwich. Every other jimmy johns ive been to in cheney and Spokane are great! Very disappointed. I ordered a Turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on nine grain bread, what I got was a lettuce sandwich with tomato and very little turkey. All the ingredients were fresh and the store was clean. If you want a good turkey sandwich you are better off going to Arby's for one of their MarketFresh sandwiches. Veggies requested are put on the wrong sandwich, and it is VERY apparent the employees do not use a scale to weight out meat/cheeses. Worst jimmy Johns I've ever been to. Ordered a #15 which is the tuba club...the same as the smaller one yet MORE on it is what they say. Come to find out I should have just ordered a vegetarian. This past week I stopped in to place a large order for the next day, and the staff was very professional, helpful, and attentive to my needs as a customer. The staff even suggested a slightly different order saving over $25 in total costs.
