We ordered these wings on DoorDash. We got the buffalo, the Parmesan garlic, and then some honey barbecue ones. They arrived hot and they were good. But for being a place, that's all wings, I expected more. The drumstick wings were really fatty, and so I stuck to the flats. The flavor though was really good. I'd like to give them another try, maybe in person, when the food isn't traveling maybe the skin and stuff would be crispier and less fatty. Though, in some cases order can take longer than 30 minutes to be fulfilled due to the sheer volume of orders they can receive. Patience is key. The dining area is a mixed bag. Since this chain has no customer facing garage cans, usually people will leave their unfinished meals on the tables. I've been told by some of the workers that the employees are suppose to clean up after customers leave. However, sometimes because of how busy Wingstop gets, and low staffing, the dining area is left uncleaned. The sit-down experience leaves something to be desired. If you order take-out your experience should be acceptable, if not good depending on your individual taste. I usually order boneless wings with no sauce, fries, and ranch dipping sauce. Typically they season them with Cajun seasoning, but on the website you can change it up and do Parmesan or lemon pepper or plain. It was super juicy and sweet! Do not trust any of the "reviewers" who are easily spotted by their "Idiot's Guide For Wanna Be Food Reviewers, Thesaurus Version". You can spot the ass-hats by them treating a star like they cost a kilo of Gold. This my extended family and friends favorite place for orders to go. the fries are my absolute favorite in existence, including Heston Blumenthal's triple fried chip which if you have been to any of eateries in London you know are mind blowing crisp with a shattering glass like fried exterior and the fluffiest interior but fail on the seasoning of simple flaky salt. Wing Stop's fries are seasoned perfection and I am usually food texture over flavor as flavor is the sign of research in a scientific approach involving ratios including salt types, forms, along with salt composition and form dancing a dance of trial and error science. they get all of them perfect but the most perfect being those of the fries and their house made ranch in second. I wish they sold it in store's. there are levels of the humble wings and fries that can be dry and and soggy as they drown them in too much sauce and fries not cooked properly by not letting the water content in them out via the fry being too thin or thick to not turn ALL of the fry's water turn to steam either too early resulting in a stiff and fluless fry or undercooked and gummy fry from frying half the water out via steam leaving the rest of the water to form a gummy starch. fries must be properly sized, uniform, and fried to within a ten second window of perfection via either par boiling and then freezing and frying again to order perfectly seasoned which is enough to be served along side still frozen wing for a 4 star but their wings, especially the Cajun and dry seasoned wings being as perfect as they get. with perfected spice blend. they either paid a spice mix contractor millions or were made by someone who cared a lot and spent months of perfecting them from a place of love. either way they are 6 stars but I can only give them a 5 star review. My review is honest out of love of Wingstop and hatred of reviewers who are wanna be snobs despite ever traveling the world to find the best. Wings were not invented in Buffalo, NY the half Frank's half butter wet Buffalo seasoning was which is vinegar, butter, and fried food with a tiny amount of a pepper blend masking the taste of chicken which is an easy beginner move for a lazy cook at dive bars not of a chicken texture, flavor, and spice savant. And to the reviewers not understanding it is a franchise that is only as good as the manager, they are burning a church of meat with all the good and noble members immolated for the sins of less than .001% of the congregation. Nothing short legitimate crimes are to be met with less than a 3 as this app can render a business unable to right their wrongs in trusting a manager enough to not fuck up a franchise, let alone they aren't given a grace period of 6 months to bring in a new manager and train them while they work 16 hour days, not get paid for it, and not having a day off, and having their trust of employees to at a bare minimum to not steal and be a cool boss for inviting 16 year old girls to their apartment and ply them with booze and blow in exchange for a raise while ignoring the 40 year old employee who lost a corporate job as a higher up just trying to put food on his family's table between jobs. Horrible customer service! I get it today, you were busy. I'm sure it was your busiest day of the year. Being honest with your customers makes a world of difference. But don't tell me that my order will be ready in about 20 minutes. And then even send me a message saying that my order is ready, only to find out then after driving twenty minutes to get there. I am told "we don't have a time for your order". What does that mean? Will my order be ready in five minutes or two hours. So when asked that question, the response was, we don't know. If you would have told customers the truth when they placed orders, letting them know that it would take an hour and a half for the order to be ready, then at least they could plan accordingly. but don't lie to your customers . If you lie to your customers, you run the risk of them not being your customers anymore. Very sad and disappointing! read more

Ordered online. Payment was took but order failed after the load randomly. Called store to say order failed but it still pulled from account. Manager replied it's pending but won't pull. Looked a few days later and it did pull from my account. Called store. They said they would refund but would take five days. Almost two weeks have passed still haven't been refunded. Third attempt to get money back I went into store. After a 15 min wait I was told I would not get a refund because they said it failed. I showed them my online banking showing that it was pulled and they smiled/ laughed saying there's nothing they can do and to have a nice day. Went in to grab the lunch special and was completely shocked when the girl at the counter handed me a cup by putting her nails inside my cup. So I changed out cups when she turned away and after paying realize that they were out of ice. The front of the store was so filthy sticky dirty I was going to just walk out and leave my food. I waited 15 minutes and had to ask the girl at the counter if it was ready as I could see it was and she was just standing picking at her long fake nails. I asked her if she could throw away my cup plus the garbage I picked up around the soda machine and she looked at me like that was gross. She did so begrudgingly. She handed me my food and I asked if I could get a ranch with my wings and she said I'd have to pay for it and I didn't have any change so I asked since I didn't have a drink that maybe she could give me a dip in exchange since there was no ice.
