Dominos Pizza, So 2 nights ago my local #Dominos on Walerga in Antelope really messed up my order. So I stopped by today to make the manager awere of the incident and to request a refund for the 2 of the 7 items that I ordered an did not receive. He not only gave me a refund but also threw in some Parmesan bread sticks and chicken pieces for my kids. He was very apologetic and professional. It's rare that we get a pizza from this location that is subpar. Pretty much every-time they are consistent and on point. We've been coming here for years and the kids love it. It is not a pizza place where you can really sit down and watch a game or anything. This is a pick up and take out, or get delivery. The seating is very minimal and it's not a place for much ambience. My youngest loves to come in to pick up and watch the Pizza being made. This is the best Domino's I have ever dealt with. I live about 10 min away from this store and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my pizza outside of major pizza holidays. Twice I've had an order issue from this store, one was with a delivery driver with an attitude that I think only worked there for a few more days. The second time they had realized the mistake prior to the delivery driver arriving and had another driver already en route with the order correction. Is Domino's 5 star pizza compared to all the options out there? Probably not, but I have not been disappointed by this store yet. read more

We ordered 5 extra large pizzas for pickup for a Christmas party we were having and ordered them 6 hours in advance. My wife went to pick them up about 20 minutes before the party started and just paid for them and loaded them and left for home. Upon arriving home we opened them to find a pizza nightmare. There were so few toppings we could barely tell the difference between the combo, veggie and mushroom and olive. It looked like the pizza crust didn't rise at all and the pizza was about as thick as a LP record. And why would you cut an extra large pizza into just 6 pieces? I ordered online for delivery. The prices were very reasonable, the order was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was awesome. When I answered the door, I was holding my 9 month old, he offered to bring the order inside for me since I had my hands full and talked to my baby which made him smile. 5 stars for the fast delivery and the niceness of the driver. The food however was not so good. The pizza had hardly any toppings or cheese and way too much sauce that didn't taste real good. The stuffed cheese sticks weren't very good either. Minus two stars because online it said that my pizza was ready, came in and they told me to wait 10 minutes, ended up waiting more like 20 extra minutes. If your online meter says that the pizza is ready, then it should be ready, not make me wait another twenty minutes. I'm so very happy to get a Dominos in our area. Although they have only been open a short amount of time, the staff, management and food are great!! I've been in a few times already. I needed a large amount of gift cards to pass out at a school function. I called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate me and they were happy to. This place constantly has the same issues with being understaffed. When I go to place an order, the time it takes to deliver a pizza is longer than the delivery estimated time it shows on the tracker. I ordered a pizza at 2 pm. It was close to 3 and the pizza had still not even been sent out for delivery. My estimated time said 30-41 minutes. The lady I called on the phone was very rude and told me on her side the time estimated is an hour an a half - 2 hours from when you ordered. We have one delivery driver. If that happens you should probably call your customer. Shouldn't be waiting an hour - 2 hours past the time it tells me. Bad customer service. At least offer a coupon or something for the wait. I won't wait two hours for 2 simple pizzas. read more

So, for the second time in a row, they did not have my order when promised. I sent someone to pick up order for me this time and when he got there, they told him 7 more minutes. However, my text told me it was ready. He gave them my name, but manager claimed that he did not, thus the reason for delay. She evened claimed that she called me! Crock a Pooh, as why did it show on my text that it was ready? The first time this happened, they were accountable and offered me a free item. Nothing like this happened this time. My point: be accountable if you screw up and don't lie! They knew enough to take his money, so he would have had to give my name. Hello! I called manager twice, and both times, she poopooed it and made us look like liars. The right thing to do would have been to give us a credit for next time, or even give an apology. After all, customer was right in this case. All she said, was how much she was running around like crazy. When my husband finally got here, the pizza was cold. The Dominos.com website accepted my order and charged me $108 and waited over a half hour before I received a call of them telling me the order was not going through because they do not deliver here. They said I had to call call another store. This store has delivered here before. The website took my money and reward points. I was supposed to get a pizza at no cost due to the points i had earned. Since I am not getting the pizza, I call Moniche at the store and she told me I had to go through a long drawn out process to get these reward points done. The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Trash. I gave them a second chance because I had dominos at my brother's house (from the Fair Oaks location) and it was FIRE. Big Mistake. Delivered to my door cold. So dry and flavorless it tasted like cardboard wrapped in shoe leather. I ordered 5 pizzas for a gathering and ended up with 3 pizzas leftover. Little Ceasers is better, and I don't really care for Little Ceasers like that. I wouldn't feed this pizza to my worst enemy. Had to wait while 6 employees asked each other if they knew where the order was. After 10 minutes of talking they started to make it over again. Last time I ordered they said 35 minutes...in hopes that they would redeem themselves...I arrived at 45 minutes after. Their screen said 25 minutes until ready. Seriously! Asked for them to refund online order and suddenly "OH! SORRY, it's in the oven I mean!" Saw them talk to each other and they then mad my exact order then and there...so not in the oven.. Still waited 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one on Foothills! Rather spend more in gas than give it to this location. This dominos sucks so bad. Every Time I've gotten my order they messed up in some way. I ordered a pizza at about 6 and 1.5 hours later... No pizza so my boyfriend calls back they said the driver knocked on the door and window my dogs never barked and my roommates were in living room and didn't hear anything so the manager said (after being on hold for 6 minutes) tells him they're bringing out a new pizza okay whatever so at 9 pm still no pizza so I call them and he said its out for delivery and finally get the pizza 5 minutes later whay looks like bites were takes out of the crust and they forgot out Damn soda. Pizza was gross and not cooked all the way and the toppings were skimpy and the pizza was cut so poorly I had to try to fix it and the sliced were so large that only enough to feed 2 people for a large. So an hour an a half went by my order never came, I called they said it was out for delivery.. called back 30 min later because it never came! Our food was delivered to an apartment complex with the same address, mind you there is not an apartment complex in my neighborhood with the same street address! And ... Um I have been out side the whole time and never once seen a dominos delivery guy! They proceeded to tell me it was delivered to my address and apartment 154, I do not live in an apartment complex and a man signed an left a $25 tip on a $13 dollar order! Are you shitting me? The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was because a female employee was cursing and yelling in plain sight of the customers. after years of not having a Domino's because quality went down. Yesterday evening 7/16/205 some of us decided to try it after all the hype about how good they are! so I went and ordered a large extra cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. go it home opened It up, there was few pepperoni and mushrooms, not like the picture outside the store! it lacked pizza sauce, it lacked flavor except for the hint of garlic that must have been cross contaminated from them making garlic bread or pizza with garlic in it, it wasn't pleasant.. they do have a policy of.. "If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right!" so I posted my feelings on their Facebook page to see how long it takes for them to respond.. not yet! Disappointed!! There is no consistency at this location what so ever. It's pretty hard to screw up pizza and pasta but, yesterday the employees at dominos did just that. My husband and I ordered from the fantastic coupon of pick any 2 for $5.99 so, our order consisted of the following items; the chicken Alfredo pasta dish, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a medium pan pizza with salami, pepperoni and mushrooms. Our pizza had a whopping three mushrooms and I'm being generous unlike dominos in saying that there was three. I'm not one to complain about a cheap easy meal but, we paid extra for the mushrooms. Why don't they measure the weight of the toppings accordingly with the size of the pizza and make it right? Is it really that hard! Then the Chicken Alfredo pasta again, there was maybe two or three small slices of chicken and the Alfredo sauce was almost non existent. Why? Seriously why? The Philly cheesesteak was amazing my husband was so happy with the taste, freshness of everything and the portions. So one out of three was great! It's just like I said at the beginning disappointed in the fact that, a company that makes pizza and pasta could screw it up. I want to be a customer that will come back but, at this time we might just go back to papa johns or take in bake with papa m. Especially with football season being here. If we do order from Dominos again we are going to order from a store that's further away since we have to pay for a delivery charge anyways we can see if it's truly just this store in Antelope or it's spreading like a bad wild fire from chain to chain.
