Disgusting! Cinnamon sticks over cooked never enough toppings got a thin crust didn't order one

Worst location yet. Sure, the staff is friendly, but the service and product is lacking. My order is always missing something. Late. Cold. I've given them several chances. I'm done. And I haven't had issues with other Domino's locations. I don't know what's up with this one, but this frequent customer is not happy. read more

I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership/management over the few months, but either way the quality and service certainly has changed. I waited over an hour on a Tuesday night for pizza to be delivered. While I appreciated a call about 50 minutes into my wait to let me know they were going to be late I wouldn't have gone through with my order. I only came for the pizzas I ordered online, I didn't dine in. The workers that day were friendly. It's always a must when your working with consumers right? The lady that rang me up gave me plenty of plates. They do sell pepper shakers and such. Their pizza has definetly upgraded in taste and quality. They always have some type of deal online. I was actually surprised when I walked into dominos it had a nice small but welcoming dining area and the pricing was a lot cheaper than average pizza chains. The quality of the pizza has improved has a pretty tasty crust. My only dislike was that you had to purchase a parmesan cheese and hot pepper shaker for a 1.00 each which was absurd. Ranch and other sauces are understandable but cheese and pepper I thought it was customary to get those items but I'm afraid not. read more

I ordered a pizza using the site to be delivered to my kids at home while I was on the road. I arrived home 2 hours later and the pizza still hadn't arrived. I called and told them to cancel it. Second time at this location, clean small place. Both times my online order was perfect, but this time the service was exceptional. Was greeted immediately by Isaiah who made sure my order was correct. It was raining and my order was kind of big, maybe 3 trips back an forth to my car, but this did not happened thanks to his great customer service. Without me asking, he walk out with the rest of my order, saving me the trip back. Is people like him that make you want to come back and believe me I will come back just because of this. I always go there to order pickup and the young lady in glasses always calls me by name and she already knows my order by heart ! Never missed up my order and even when i order 2 pizzas they never take more than 10-15 minutes! Hands down the best place to order a take out read more

Dominoes has stepped up there game $7.99 for a large 3 topping pizza. They use something magical on the crust and it's always done in about 10 mins. $3 more than another pizza chain but WAY better! read more

I swear every time I call they have somebody dumber and slower than the last time I called. But not only that but this time they gave my pizza away to the delivery guy so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get another pie. Just Ordered pizza for the first time at this location, had an unpleasant experience. Our order took a very long time to be delivered and was barely warm . The pizza was an extra large specialty and was cut into only 6 slices we had to cut it up ourselves and it was a thin crust not regular like we normally get. Also my granddaughter likes to dip her pizza in ranch and it was not there and had to call and ask the driver to please come back with it. Needless to say I don't recommend it. read more

Ordered online and food was delivered very quickly and the pizza ( Hawaiian) was great. Loved the bread sticks ( jalapeño).

I hadn't had Domino's in about 10 years due to several horrible experiences with their pizza. WOW, what a difference! I love their 'new recipe' and everything, including the baked chicken with toppings, was delicious! The crust is flavorful and light, the toppings are tasty, and its about 20% cheaper than Round Table on average. I'll be ordering again, for sure. read more

Never going back. Pizza is sub par, You hardly get any toppings and the staff is rude. My dad is on bed rest after surgery, so he wanted to buy pizza for us all if we went and picked it up. Well we got there and the girl cashier wanted to argue with me saying I needed the card it was charged on. What is the point of paying online if you need to take your card in? I have my ID and you can see the pizza is for me. Would you do that for delivery? No! I have never been asked for both ID and debit card. So she said I need to come back with it. So you mean let my pizza sit there for 30 minutes while I get something that is unnecessary? I will never come back here and I warn others to not go to this location because they hardly put anything on your pizza and are rude. You have been warned. read more

I ordered a pizza today from this location. Medium Pan with pineapple and light sauce. The pizza arrived sooner than expected which was the ONLY positive about this experience. The driver arrived with his music blasting so loud I could hear it through my double pane window. While it was good music, it was still terribly unprofessional. Not to mention I could barely hear him over the music. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. She stated that she was the manager and asked how she could help me. I told her about the music and how irritated I was with my unprofessional driver. She wasn't rude per se, she just made it very clear with her tone and response that she could care less. She didn't even apologize (which is really what I was after) , she just said, "ok, thanks for letting me know" and then rushed off the phone. To make matters worse, my pizza is gross. It initially looked good but it was doughy and there was what appeared to be uncooked sauce just thrown on top as if they forgot the sauce and put it on as an after thought. Slow service! !!! Took over a hour for delivery after being told ONLY 20-30 minute wait. Food came cold... and they forgot the ranch.

I ordered two pizzas online. The ordering process was pretty simple and you are able to choose either one of their main pizzas or create your own. You can even add your own touches to their specialty pizzas. The app as a pizza tracker that tells you when your pizza is being put together, when it is in the oven, and when it is ready for you to pick up. I chose to pick up the pizza since I was out anyways. So the pizza tracker claims that my two pizzas are ready...My boyfriend and I head to the location and he goes inside to pay and pick up the pizzas. 40 minutes later he comes out with a cold Hawaiian pizza and a lukewarm pepperoni. The cashier took his payment, went to the back and never came back out until another customer came in. Then a line of people walked in and the cashier never acknowledged that he had our pizzas ready, so we waited forever for our cold pizzas. Sticking with round table from now on. read more

Ordered online mainly because when I called I was put on ignore. I had a gift certificate that I won from a nearby business quite a while back that I luckily found that day, which was awesome because I had no money and nothing to eat. I drive over to pick up the pizza, they had several people working & waiting, I give the cashier my gift certificate and she takes it to show the manager and comes back and tells me that she cannot accept the gift certificate because its to old, I tell her that in California they don't expire and ask for the manager, she comes over and tells me that she cant take the gift cert and I tell her there is nothing wrong with it and it was issued by a neighboring business, she said it didn't matter and that she wont take it because it has dominos "old" logo on it, not the new one!!! I then asked her if she is refusing to take a gift cert that was issued by a local reputable business strictly because it has the older logo on it loud enough for a couple of employees and customers to hear me and she said yes, I asked her if she is aware of the CA law and she said yes but that it didnt matter. I immediately left and sent an email to corporate and they responded a day or so later stating that they contacted the owner regarding the issue and that I should hear from that person, nope, so a week or so goes by and I send corporate another email letting them know that I have not heard from the owner and they said they would follow up, and another week goes by. This morning I called and emailed corporate to let them know that I will be doing this review and many more. Just so the world knows, I am not looking for free pizza or anything like that, I was treated poorly by the Manager and wanted them to know, but I did realize the emails to corporate were handled by "bots", thats why I called this morning, and was told they will look into it and get back to me...HA, yeah right! #disappointedbydominospizza #dominospizza read more

Look, it's just a pizza chain. But you still should receive some level of customer service with it. Like the last couple complaints, it appears that when you use the app or have a situation outside the norm, some employees there have a really tough time addressing the issue and extending good service. In my case, it was the free pizza I earned through the online app. In this case the app tried to charge partially and then removed and cleared out my free item. I called the store to see if I could place the order with them because this kept happening. I was told rudely to call corporate that there was nothing they will do here. After I expressed that if they are unable to help customers they will lose business, I was hung up on. Called back, asked for manager. Same girl - says she was manager - gave me the corp number. When I asked for her name she asked why. When I told her I would be providing feedback, she said "um, no" and hung up. I called the corp and local office to allow them the opportunity to extend some additional training opportunities to her. And since I have the feeling I'd be receiving pizzas seasoned with spit going forward, I've decided to frequent the Little Caesars across the street that just so happens to cost ten dollars less for larger pizzas and they threw good customer service in for free. I order from here A LOT. Normally everything is great. Tonight all I had on me was cash, since I was waiting for replacement cards to come in the mail. Order was about $25 and I would be paying with a $50 bill. I was called after waiting 10-15 minutes and told they cannot fullfil my order because they cannot provide change for a $50 I understand they can't carry large bills to protect their drivers, but if you are telling me at any given time they don't have $25 in change on them or $50 in cash...I would not believe it. I am extremely upset, as I had already been waiting for deliver and there was nothing stating what bills I was allowed to PAY THEM with. It was not a $100 bill. I am unsure if I will continue my patronage. This is upsetting because of the amount of business I give them, as well as the fact they did not offer any other options or even a call from the manager. Me and some friends visit this location at least 4 times a month to sit down and relax while eating some "Good" food. Each time we would use a coupon in which gets us free parm bread bites. We order online so the food is ready when we get to the location and we also input the coupon into the online ordering system. As we entered the store the manager (Moniche) very rudely approached us and said she had canceled 2 of our orders because her "Supervisor" had told her that the coupons were invalid at that time due to the online site having an issue imputing more than 1 coupon (The only coupon we used was the one for the bread bites). One of us were also denied use of their bathroom due to his weight which is INSANE. As we sat and ate our pizza we over heard the workers talking loudly obviously trying to make us listen on how they were losing about $5 per bread bite order which is BS, a previous visit we had overheard Moniche yelling across the store that our order had only cost them $1.75 which they made back because of the amount of pizzas we ordered. This clearly shows that she not only lied to our faces but also was breaking the law by not honoring the legally bound coupon that is still applicable. Overall not happy about this but if they were to start to follow their own policy and honor their coupons that they created then we may return but until then, No. read more

I live in Carmichael and the Citrus Heights and Sacramento locations are a disappointment to the delicious pizza the dedicated team at this location makes!!! Glad to see this place open near us. The only bad experience I had was when I ordered a pasta bread bowl and it was dry. I think I will stick to ordering it in the pan because if you order it with extra sauce, they don't put extra sauce in it... So it's still dry... Otherwise.... We haven't had a problem and mainly stick to ordering online read more

Pizza was okay compared to the many pizza places in antelope... One thing that sucked was why are you charging for sauces.. Thats like Taco Bell or McDonald charging for ketchup and ranch which they don't do..Really I order two orders of bread sticks and one ranch sauce. read more
