We used to order from here because little one likes Domino's, but we stopped frequenting this location a while ago after some subpar bakes, lengthy wait times, & large crust edges with smaller topping space. We tried it again to conveniently take advantage of a deal they offered for some BYO options. We got 3 large pizzas that overall tasted good. They were hot & ready within the time window. Bake on them was good & not overdone like in the past. However, I don't like when large bubbled up spots happen that produce bites without toppings & 1 pizza had a couple of those areas. We also ordered extra on some of our toppings, but the amount still seemed sparse. Because of the deal, we were content. Had this been the amount of topping without a deal, I would have been unsatisfied. First time to this location. Probably my last visit to any dominoes. I'm so tired of being nickel and dimed by establishments for mediocre food. They want to charge you $17.50 for a small gluten free pizza. Up charge you $2 extra to get wings in their $7.99 deal, so $10 for 8 tiny wings that don't even taste good, then charge you for ranch and for peppers and parm. What happen to the days when wings came with sauce? Or when they just handed out peppers and cheese!? Next thing you know we are gonna get charged for napkins! The pizzas were decent but there are a dozen other places better for the price. The customer service was meh. Everyone seemed like they hated their jobs. Place was clean enough. read more

The pizza is not cut all the way through. I work at a pizza place myself and if I were ever to cut my customers pizza like that I would get fired the same day. I actually cut a pizza once like that, thank god that my boss noticed that it wasn't cut all the way before we gave it to the customers. Late, Smashed & Soggy Ordered at 4:19 PM for delivery by 4:57 PM. Tracking was a mess -- kept pushing the time back minute by minute, then suddenly jumped to 5:23 and 5:38, never showing the pizza being made or out for delivery. Tried calling the store -- the AI said "4 minutes until delivery," yet 10+ minutes later still no pizza. When I chose to speak to the store, the line rang a few times and hung up. When the pizza finally arrived, it was smashed and the box was soggy. Totally unappetizing after waiting so long. This is exactly why I wait to tip until the delivery is actually made. Yesterday I had a pizza craving.....my local options are Domino's, Mountain Mike's, Little Caesar's, Round Table, and Papa Murphy's. I must have had a huge brain-fart because I chose the worst of those five....Domino's. I ordered a medium Extravaganzzaa (or whatever they call a Supreme pizza) which cost about $21....not cheap for a medium pizza but certainly not as expensive as Round Table and there is a reason why. It looked good....ham, sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, onions, bell peppers, olives, etc. It had all the components of a good pizza. So what went wrong? It had no flavor! Maybe my taste buds are shot? So I asked my roommate what he thought. He said "this really tastes like nothing". We broke down the ingredients.....try the sausage, it has no flavor. Pepperoni? Yeah, kinda. Certainly a bell pepper will have some flavor.....yeah kinda but everything was cheap ingredients. Put them all together and you still have nothing. Add a sweet tomato sauce and it makes it even worse. This is why Round Table is the king of franchise pizza; great ingredients, a zesty sauce, a lots of flavor...............but a huge price tag. I give Domino's a 2 out of 10......the service was decent and the pizza dough was acceptable. Otherwise, I'd rather have Little Caesar's or Papa Murphy's any day, at a lower price and better pizza. read more

We order from this location about twice a month for the last 5 years we have lived in this area. We have always had fantastic customer service. Only one time was are ordered not correct but they immediately sent someone back in less than 20 minutes. We are moving soon and I hope the domino's will hold up to the same service. My daughter mentioned recently that she and her husband occasionally order Domino's Pizza. It's probably been 35 years since I made a habit of ordering from Domino's. Back then it was the challenge of maybe getting the pizza for free; if it took longer than 30 minutes.... The pizza back then really wasn't very good. Well... it seems that things have changed a bit over the past few decades. The pan pizzas, stuffed breads, chicken, and salad we ordered tonight were all very tasty. Surprise; surprise! And, to top it off, the delivery came within the delivery window of time that was projected when I placed my online order. And, the driver was polite, friendly, and professional. Based on today's experience, I plan to order from this Domino's again! If you're in their delivery zone, you should give them a try. read more

Well, let's just say this one really dropped the ball. Put in an order on Saturday for a couple of pizzas, cheese bread, and cheese dip. After the delivery time had passed by 20 min, I checked the tracking and it still say "prep". Huh? So I called the store. Asked the employee for an update, and he said another 25-30 minutes (that was the original delivery estimate). So I said " so the delivery is going to be an hour late?" his response: "I guess so". I asked if the store was going to do anything because it was late and he said "there's nothing we can do. You have to call corporate." As soon as I hung up the order went to "bake" status. The food was delivered and the ONLY reason I'm giving this 2 stars is that my husband, who answered the door, said the delivery driver was nice. Food was ok, except the "cheese dip" looked like it had been sitting around half even, then they put it back in the over to heat it and burned it. Absolutely disgusting! Decided to order from this location and try. I had a 50 percent of coupon for a large specialty and was able to use a 20 % off total order. And ordered parmesan cheese twists with 5 cheese dip. The pizza was okay. Hardly any toppings. The twists were good and the dip great. But far to much dip for the little amount twists. Also they don't keep your pizza in any kind of warmer. First time I ordered from this location, I was forgiving because it was a Friday night - 2 pizzas were delivered 2.5 hours after ordering. Tried this location again on a Monday at 5pm and 2 pizzas took well over 3 hours. After an hour and a half, I called for an update and was told it was ready and was waiting for a driver.. I waited another 30 minutes and then called the store to see if I could switch my order to pick-up; I was hung up on before I even got a hello. I tried just cancelling the order and couldnt - food eventually arrived by 8pm (3 hours after ordering and an hour after being told it was done and waiting dor pick up). Yesterday I was in front of Delish pizza in north highlands and thought let's get Dominoes instead. I was excited to learn there was an online deal 50% off all pizzas. We ordered 5 pizzas for curbside pick up. When we got home we realized the quality wasn't the best. We frequent this Dominoes so I am not sure what went wrong. The thin crust pizza was over cooked it was like eating unleavened bread. The cheese and spinach was really crispy. The pizzas with tomato sauce had so much sauce my kids even pointed it out. The bacon chicken ranch was cooked well, but had hardly no toppings. A couple of the pizzas dough was not done. I don't know if they were overwhelmed with the online sale, but I wish now I would have just gone to Delish even though it would have been less for more moneys read more

Had Original Pete's pizza many times and all kinds of pizzas. I love pizza especially the good pizzas! My review here is for Dominoes Pizza not the best but not the worse. So I'll write this review based on Taste, Price & Service. Our daughter had a band concert and we invited some friends over after and we decided to order something more affordable and Dominoes Pizza came to mind. They have great deal this week for a Large 2 topping at $5.99 (nobody can beat that not even the cardboard Little Caesars Pizza). Price 5 STARS So I ordered the pizza at 7pm for pickup at 8pm. Got there at 8 pm sharp and the pizza was just getting boxed out of the oven! Perfect timing! Service 5 STARS Last but not least the taste. As many of you that tried Dominoes should know by now what their pizza tastes like. But I always like to mix & match my sauces and toppings. Taste wise is pretty good (not bad not great). Taste 4 STARS Here's my final conclusion.
