9/13/19 - changing this to 1 Star and only because zero stars is not an option. We gave them 1 more chance. The driver dropped the marinera sauce all over my front porch and forgot the breadsticks. After shutting the door, he knocked just a minute later and let us know that the breadsticks were under his arm the entire time. So he left us the breadsticks that was under his armpit the entire time(see pictures below). The pizza order was incorrect also. I called the manager and he said, "sorry I'll talk to the driver and comp your meal". That's it. Just ooops sorry. Every single time we have ordered from this location over the past 6 - 8 months we have gotten our meal comped because they screwed it up. I think it's time to move on. Consistently incorrect orders. Two times out of three I can guarantee they will either get the pizza wrong, burned, extremely late delivery, or missing items. Frustrated! So yeah haven't tried online order since I live down the street but if you walk in it takes 15 minutes tops for 2 larges and garlic bread. Service, rocks (always gives me marinara for free, sauces, as much as I want) and food is top notch out of any pizza guys franchise I have been to... I think the issue is in the technology usage. I had one order messed up because of the touch screen system but it still tasted good as heck and I didn't care. Personally I would just check up on your order if your worried, but I have always gotten the coupon deals from the clerks and never had an issue. read more
