So yeah haven't tried online order since I live down the street but if you walk in it takes 15 minutes tops for 2 larges and garlic bread. Service, rocks (always gives me marinara for free, sauces, as much as I want) and food is top notch out of any pizza guys franchise I have been to... I think the issue is in the technology usage. I had one order messed up because of the touch screen system but it still tasted good as heck and I didn't care. Personally I would just check up on your order if your worried, but I have always gotten the coupon deals from the clerks and never had an issue. read more
