Copy and pasting my review from Google: Ordered delivery and got our food. Missing drinks and sauce, called up there and the lady was very kind and said she would have him bring them to us. Called again just to see if he was on the way and a man answered, said his delivery driver, Christopher, dropped it off and I explained he did not. Argued with me over 2 20z drinks and 6 sauces. What happened to customer service? The driver was begging for a tip as well before we even had an opportunity to give it to him. Do better. read more

Copying from my Google review: Reading previous reviews about the delivery issues with this Dominós and I've been timing how long it takes to deliver, it's coming up to 30 minutes and the store is 7 minutes away from us. The pizza is great, but the delivery driver is a lazy ass so please look into getting a new driver. Called the store because my app said that my pizza had arrived, and it hadn't. The girl was super rude, didn't want to let me speak to a manager, and when I asked her to cancel my order she hung up on me. Had an awful experience at your store in Ardmore Oklahoma. Both managers yelled over the phone and the delivery driver did not have the correct information for my order. I places my order over 2 hours in advance to get it on time and it was still over an hour late being delivered. I had 4 other hungry dance teachers to feed and all I got when I called the store 3 times was we are busy. Last Friday was my daughters 4th birthday, we ordered over $50.00 worth of food. I have to pick up because they don't deliver to us which I knew. The website says your pizza is ready so we go to get it. "Oh we are waiting on your last pizza". Ok it shouldn't say ready then but sure we'll wait. 15min go by and nothing. We ask the kid standing by the oven and he hasn't even put or chicken wings in yet. So all our pizzas have been sitting out and they haven't even put out chicken in yet seriously!?!? Insulting, disinterested. I came through Ardmore to visit my Brother in Law and told him I would take him out for pizza, yet when we arrived to Dominos at 10:40 the rather testy woman came out the fully lit store and told me they were closed. My Bro' in Law pointed out the time and she simply shut the door and locked it in our hungry faces. I suspect, considering the peculiar behavior of that rather uneducated woman, I should be glad we weren't actually subjected to the store 's food. Ordered a 6 cheese pizza with no feta and add double mushrooms, onions, spinach, and roasted red peppers. When I got the pizza there was maybe a total of one mushroom on it. Also the other vegetable items were barely visible as well. Had to wait another 10 minutes on the phone, and then another 25 minutes for a replacement pizza to be sent out made the correct way. Okay... this franchise owner needs to shut down operations because they clearly don't know how to run a business. I am shocked at the service and quality of product. Put yourself out of your misery. The order arrived two hours after the order was placed. They also messed up the order. When I called back to the store to say the order was cold and late, the manager said "We can send a new pizza but it will be two hours". Okay... Ardmore is not a large metro area..... not sure why such a hassle to get order out on time. Meh, the pizza arrived fairly quick but it didn't have that "hot and fresh" taste. It was pretty bland. The Brooklyn style is what I got but it definitely wasn't worth it. The two stars are for the two two liters of Coke. That's all that really tasted good. read more

I swear they shouldn't even get 1 star! I'm so mad, I ordered wings at 10:37 on august 22 nd an asked for BONELESS BBQ WINGS! IT WAS AFTER 11 an they we're finally delevered. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the girl at the counter could not find it. Then another customer came in and handed her two pizzas and said these are not my order. She looked at the pizzas, took them to the back and came back and tried to hand them to me. (rain drops on the box and all). I told her that I wanted new pizza because I was not taking the ones the guy just brought back in to her. She told the manager on duty to make two more pizzas and he wanted to know why and when she told him "He saw the guy bring them back in" He, was not happy but remade them. I guess these two employees do not know Health Dept rules or have ever been trained on food safety. I will be contacting the Health Dept myself on Monday and hopefully the 2 employees will be looking for new jobs then also. Will not be going back to this store. read more

Pizza finally arrived at 1:26. Driver said sorry, he had 10 deliveries. Asked him for crushed red peppers, like the instructions said, was told dominos doesn't have red pepper anymore. Dominos is the ONLY delivery we've used since moving to Ardmore 12 years ago. Until recently, including today, for the 2nd time in a row, we place our order using the app as always. Before an hour is up, they automatically mark the order as delivered WHEN IT HASN'T and then we have to call and get excuses. Last time it finally arrived COLD. And right now as I type, it's now been 1 hour and 30 minutes and we still do not have our order, so I'm sure it will arrive cold AGAIN. Time to use a different pizza delivery place. These guys are so prompt!!!! I called late one night and they did their best to help me and they made it happen!!! They don't carry more then $20 in change on them, but, the delivery guy took my $50.00 bill went up to the store got change for me and brought it all back so quickly!!!!
