My Mother's Order Was To-Go, Food was Good Got 6 Pizzas For My 12th Birthday The Pizzas were nice and hot.

let me start by saying food is ok no issue there, the issues i do have is with delivery and hidden fees. as far as delivery, pizza hut has been seen delivering in my area AND naighbors have also claimed to have recieved delivery from pizza hut however, when i called them to verify i got 2 different answers on 2 seperate days and to be clear both days called were on fridays 2 weeks in a row. second again with delivery is the hidden fees, when i was in city limits i was charged $4 for delivery fee which you might think thats not bad and i agree except for when pizza hut is only 2 blocks away, but thats not all, the delivery fee changes yep you heard that right, sometimes delivery was $4 and sometimes it was as high as $12 with being only 2 blocks away. now however i live outside city limits in between ardmore ok and dickson ok and although i have seen pizza hut delivering in the area they claim they dont and my own eyes as well as accounts from others says differently. but even if they do im wondering how much delivery charge they are gouging customers for? i mean if it was $4-$12 in city limits within 2 blocks, makes me wonder if they would tak on $20-$30 or more delivery charge to area inbetween up to and including dickson Ok. i mean its already expensive to go with pizza hut in the first place but with this current development im thinking it might be best to avoid pizza hut in the future. i mean if i have to local pickup then spending $30-$40 on a pizza hut order is not worth it considering 2 people can eat with dinnertime pricing at the asian buffets or sirloin stockade for the same amount of money as i would spend on a pizza hut order and the drinks are included in the buffet pricing. so, my opinion at this time is to avoid pizza hut again it isnt the food that is wrong with pizza hut, it is honestly everything else from pricing to delivery to accurate information, etc. and like most companies corporate has decided they dont want you contacting them outside of e-mail which they can easily ignore your questions, comments, concerns, and cmplaints. read more

The people here are not professional at all. Everytime I eat from there I get bubble guts. It's always dirty, smelly and the people are usually in wrinkled or stained uniforms. I hope that the new place is not run by those same people. read more

Ate there after church for the buffet. They barely had any pizza out, salad bar was bare. We asked them for Ranch for the salad bar 3 times because it was out they never refilled it. There looked to be 3 people working, the restaurant was not even close to being busy at all, took forever to fix our drinks. There was 3 of us. Womens bathroom were very dirty. New Manager is very rude woman. They brought out bread sticks with cold sauce, and acted like it was suppose to be that way.

Went there for lunch and had buffet. Very cheap at $3.99 so can't complain. Had a lot of thin crust. Filling but probably not like if you were buying a whole specialty pizza. Overall, anymore than $3.99 might have been bummed. read more

What a shady location! Placed an order online for pickup and they failed to tell us they didn't have anymore large pizzas. They charged us more for smaller pizzas and failed to mention the price change. read more

Placed a carryout order; came to pick it up and had to wait ~15 min in the restaurant. They said it was done but the wings were missing. So they started to cook them and I wanted another 10 min. Got home and the cheese sticks were brown and lightly sprinkled with cheese and the wings were boneless not the bone-in I ordered. I called them up and told Jaiden she asked if I could hold for the manager then came back and asked for my # so Dustin could call me back. Dustin never said a word to me while I waited 25 minutes in his restaurant and I didn't think he was going to call me back so I just got his name and hung up. This is the second time we have had lousy service here in recent time. I have been a customer for 20 years and I'm done with them. There are better pizza choices in town. read more
