Awful experience overall. Pizza took over an hour and a half to get to me and I live 5 minutes from the store. When I called support he said he would call me back and never did. So I had to go through the AI help line and another 5 minute wait just to get in touch with him. Delivery driver would not even deliver to my door or hand me the pizza I had to reach in the car to retrieve it and it was only slightly warm. Delivery driver was extremely rude. Walked in and I was greeted IMMEDIATELY and staff were all very friendly and all gave great customer service (very rare these days). I wasn't sure what I wanted and staff were very patient with me while I decided and were very prepared to answer any questions I had. I ordered 2 of the oven baked chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and these were THE BEST sandwiches I've ever had, EVER!!! Great amount of cheese, a little cheese crisps oozing out on the sides and it was piping hot when I got it! Just the perfect sandwich altogether. Please, if you want a late night pizza, avoid Domino's Pizza on Marietta Street in Midtown Atlanta. I have tried to order a pizza three times. Twice I was told that the delivery person was on the way and no one showed up. I just ordered a pizza an hour ago, and the tracker was not working, so I called the number which apparently is not in service, or the employees are simply leaving the phone off the hook. I get the impression that after around 9:00 or 10:00 pm, quit the employees pretty much quit working There are many other very good pizza places in Midtown that you can use such as da Vinci's or Goodfellows, which are both very reliable and prepare great pizza. I went to the restaurant and they said it was another 6 minutes and that the delivery driver would take it there. It has now been 45 minutes and nothing has happened yet. Ordered here a few times a year since 2014. There are always issues with delivery (one time waited two hours for an order that was supposed to take 30-45) so switched to carryout and last two visits had issues as well. First time ordered a 3-topping pizza and got a straight cheese pizza so had to wait at the store while they made another. Second time I showed up at the latter end of the estimated pickup time and found they hadn't even processed my order, so they started making it after I arrived (which was 30 mins after I had ordered). Walked outside to wait and saw it was ready on their screen after 15 mins but by this time four other people had walked in so I had to wait about ten more minutes for them to fix another order that had been screwed up and serve the other three people. So basically my order was ready almost 30 mins after the estimated ready time. Got home and my order was undercooked and doughy, pizza was stuck to the box and fell apart when I picked it up. They also forgot the side marinara I ordered and paid for. So much for the so-called quality check. My fault for not checking before I drove home, but still. Will not order here again. As a sidenote their website says no-contact pickup but there doesn't seem to be any difference than before. Most employees had masks but one didn't and another just had it around his mouth. Hard to capture just how doughy the pizza was, but here is what happened to a slice by just picking it up and moving it to a plate. Yeah that's an entire slice folded on itself. read more

Okay unfortunately I have to agree with the 2 star rating. Such a disappointment! I've been intermittent fasting all week and wanted a "cheat day". I looked at some of the other pizza places in the area who had a 2 hour wait and thought Dominos would surely have us covered. They have theee best garlic knots and I typically prefer those over pizza these days. I actually placed an order online and fell asleep. Low and behold woke up around 9 pizza status was still not showing out for delivery. I called the store and a female informed me that the driver was on his way out. Called back around 915 and spoke with Ben who found out what really was going on and told me the status showed out for delivery around 740pm but it was still in the store. The reason it should have been 2 stars. Because Ben apologized, took time to reorder my items and got his manager to get a credit going, I felt a little better about their screw up this evening. The only downside was it would be anputher hour for delivery so I went and picked it up. Got to the store still missing the garlic knots/bread twist! If I didn't have other mouths to feed I would have surely just forgot about them all together. I most likely won't be ordering any time soon and most of all - seen all the hassle for a "cheat day" - won't do it again :) The manager did apologize and told me that he put the garlic knots in the oven for me. By the time I get home it'll be midnight and who wants to eat that late? :/ Really disappointed and wanted better from the rip. Oh and check this - it's off Howell mill. CheAp cold domestics. And the icing on top? Shitty pizza. 6:53 PM - We go online, order our discount fast food pizza. Excitement filled the room. Estimated arrival? 7:23 PM. I couldn't have prayed for a better afterlife. 7:23 PM comes and goes. No worries, maybe they got a rush. It is Thursday night football after all. Game after game of FIFA; my cousin and I look out the window with boyish wonderment. Here's where I am going to s*** on this trash as* location. 8:40 PM: I call the main customer service number. To my surprise, I got someone on the phone almost immediately. "Hi! We ordered our pizza nearly two hours ago.. what's going on? The tracker shows them getting further and further away.." "I understand, we are very busy and it looks like your driver is only 19 min. Away." "We ordered almost two hours ago." "I understand but it should be there in 20 minutes." "M'am. The time keeps going up. Can we just get a new order?" "I would have to ask the manager.." "Not a problem! I'm not upset with you, I get it, y'all are busy. Can I speak with the manager?" "I would be happy to transfer you to the manager." "Why would you transfer me to the manager? Mind just handing your manager the phone?" "We're in a customer service center.. but I would be happy to transfer you to the manager." "Okay, but please don't hang up. Getting the store on the phone is impossible." "I will transfer you to the manager." To our surprise, we actually got the store on the phone. The manager answered and was super cordial. I let her know what the issue was and she mentioned they only had one driver. All the orders were now out. I understand being busy. No worries. I mentioned that our order had been with the delivery driver for over an hour and a half. I then asked if we could just get a fresh order and WE would come pick it up. She told us that she would need to wait until the driver arrived, because our order may still be, "fresh and hot." Okay. Look. This is a simple situation. Our order was out of the oven (based on their tracker app) 20 minutes after our order, 7:13 PM. It was 8:52 PM and the managers solution was that we should wait for the driver to arrive? I don't blame the kind customer service rep, I don't blame the driver. Shit, I don't blame anyone. What blows my mind; you couldn't bend a finger to help us out. What a joke. We OFFERED to come pick up the order and you ended up hanging up on us. I guarantee this will do absolutely nothing, and this "manager" will continue to deliver "incredible" experiences. But I can't begin to understand what is wrong with someone who goes to the Nth degree to s*** on customers instead of giving the bare minimum. Either get another job or do the one you have. After going years without ordering from dominos, I decided to give it a try one night. Delivery took two hours when they said 45-60 minutes, but given everything going on with COVID and the fact it was a Saturday, I was aggravated, but I couldn't hold it against them. A few weeks later I tried again. Same promised delivery time, but this time it took 3 hours. I wanted to cancel it an hour and a half in, but couldn't reach anyone so I was stuck. Ordered at 8pm and received it at 11pm. We just waited and ate our cold half cooked pizza. This time I complained and they gave me a free one and apologized. I ordered my free one this past Friday at 12:30, was told 30-45 minutes but I didn't receive it until 3pm. This time I did reach someone by phone and he was extremely upset because their ovens failed and they had to remake everything. I felt bad for him, he was clearly overwhelmed, but aggravated still that nobody reached out and I was just stuck waiting and waiting. The pizza went straight in the fridge, we ate something else in the meantime. I can't order from them again. If I can't receive an accurate wait estimate so I can make an informed decision or be able to reach someone by phone, it's just not worth it. There are so many other options out there. I hope this review helps others avoid the same problem. They just don't have the ability to meet their demand and I'd recommend ordering elsewhere. At the end of the day, it's just food. It's no big deal, but when I have guests over and tell them I'm ordering a pizza, I want them to come hungry and I don't want to spend my time with them trying to track down a pizza instead of having a fun night. read more

The worst Dominos in life. The food is never ready on time. You'll get notice to head to the store just to wait an additional 30-40min in the car. The app and what the store associates say never match. The store manager William is a complete jerk. Instead of explaining the delay he just refunded me after i had already waited 30+ min. I'll never return to this location. Over the years the pizza has had undercooked dough slightly melted cheese but most importantly they consistently have the worst customer service for simply picking up pizza. After many many attempts I've come to accept the following conclusions about our neighborhood Domino's location: 1) The minimum delivery time even during non-peak times is 2.5 hours or more. 2) According to the pizza tracker the standard procedure is to go ahead and cook your pizza immediately so it's guaranteed to sit under warming lights for at least 2 hours. So if you like cold pizza that you have to order a full meal ahead of time, then this place is for you! Otherwise order elsewhere. read more

One time they called and asked if I still wanted my pizza - ? Tonight, the app says it's being fired up- for over 2 hours and says the wait time is 3-4 hours. There is no way to cancel my order. The last time we ordered, our pizza came uncooked practically, inedible. When I call the store, and the number provided to talk to the manager (?), it says verizon cannot reach the number because it's unavailable. There is no way to stop a 4 hour order or to talk to the store. They often forget stuff as well. When they mess up, they send me a coupon for 50% off in the mail.
