The pizzas I ordered were the worst! The cheese that typically holds the pizza together was non-existant, (exaggerated but not by much). So it probably was a good thing that the toppings were strategically placed (giving the illusion of any topping at all) as long as you didnt move it. Without any cheese to hold it in place, the toppings just fell off and all you were left with was a piece of cardboard tasting crust with sauce that was way too spicy! Dominos has been one of my favorite pizza places since I was a kid. I am beside myself with the way my family and I were treated this evening when received cold pizza that had been smooshed to the point that our toppings were stuck to the lid. I understand that these things happen and it's not necessarily anyone's fault. What I do not understand is how we were treated by Cheyenne when we called to discuss our unsatisfactory order and when we requested to speak with the manager we were told she was the manager and that if we wanted, after working 12 hours and commuting from Seattle in rush hour traffic, and with three crying hungry toddlers, we could get in our car and drive in more traffic to return the food which we paid to be delivered and she might replace them. Unhappy with the tone and level of disrespect we were receiving with Cheyenne, we asked for the corporate email or number so we could speak with someone who might actually show us the respect we deserve as loyal repeat customers for over 30 years, Cheyenne told us to look it up ourselves. After spending an additional 10 minutes attempting to reason with this under qualified woman in charge, I decided to find the contact info myself and emailed corporate. Please know that out of all of our many times visiting or ordering from dominos, this was the exception as all of my experiences with them have ended well, even when our order has been inaccurate or arrived late and cold until today! If we are to pay with hard earned monies for items advertised as quality products, should we not receive what we paid for? And if we do not receive the quality that Doninos advertises, should we not speak up? And if we do speak up, should we not be treated like the loyal , repeat customers we are? Such a shame and I would definitely urge others to avoid this establishment if they do not want to be miss treated or made to feel as though they and their family do not matter as that is exactly how we were made to feel this evening. read more

I tend to crave bbq pizza with garlic and onions with nothing else and you're not gonna find that anywhere without a make-your-own option. My past two orders have been 15 minutes or more late. This last order being 46 minutes late. Scheduled a pizza to be delivered at 3pm. At 320pm I called to check up as the pizza tracker showed my pizza was being checked up on at 239pm. They said they suddenly had gotten busy and that my order should arrive in 15-20 minutes. 26 minutes later, it arrived at my door. I asked the delivery guy if the pizza was still warm. (as he's handing me the receipt to sign and getting my order from the bag) "Uhh, it should be? But if not, just call the store and we'll give you a credit." No apologies for being late, didn't offer to wait to see if the pizza was actually cold. He left pretty quickly. I should have waited to sign the receipt and sent it back once I realized the pizza was cold. Opened the box and the pizza was literally cold. Not even room temperature. As if it was just left out on the counter for over an hour after it left the oven. I'm currently heating up my oven to reheat my entire pizza that I've taken one bite out of. When I called the store to get a refund, they were quick to just void the transaction. Again, no apologies that the pizza was late or that my pizza was cold. The amount that I felt like they cared was about as warm as my pizza. Really surprised since this store used to be REALLY on top of things and my order would always arrive piping hot. So much to a point where I had to wait a bit to let it cool down. Not sure if there was a management change, but this store has become increasingly disappointing. Hoping this review will be seen by someone who actually cares about reviews and that things will change. I did an online order for the store at 620 Auburn Way S Auburn WA 98002 on 3/20/17 @ 5:47pm. Everything went fine until i looked at my bank statement yesterday & seen that i was overcharged by $5 which makes no sense. This location keeps STEALING MY MONEY. I have had my money taken 2 times by this location. I have order online every time & enjoy dominos but it seems like when i pay with my debit card, the delivery driver likes to tip themselves on my account. I always tip with cash & i did give the driver a $2 CASH tip so im not understanding why they are writing in a tip on my receipt. I didnt know you are suppose to give a $7-10 tip when ordering pizza smh. I am a single mother who works hard for my money to provide for my daughter who is in remission of cancer. WHen they first opened it was good stuff. But the last couple of times, over a period of about 7 weeks, their pizzas are DRY, especially lacking sauce (the cheapest way to make it moist). THe edges are DRY as the Sahara. The cheese is skimpy (although I realize they caught easily differentiate between 'typical' and double the amount). The Philly Cheese-steak beef was 'where is the beef'!! You know: I tried to cut em slack that 2nd time I returned. Now I have NO interest in giving em a shot. Substantial enough to hold all the toppings you like. *For me it's a necessity and I appreciate having it available.
