I like Dominos. This Augusta branch seems to have issues with staff as sometimes they stop taking orders or no longer deliver so unless I'm going out that way I don't order as much as I used too. That being said I love the spinach and cheese pull apart bread, bbq chicken and thin crust pizza. Despite the staff issues it's always good. The staff is always quick and the wait is usually less than 20 minutes. The bread is my go to but they run specials so it's more affordable for families with picky eaters. I continually hate this store. They won't hire me. They're rude on the phone. They literally hung up on me. They refuse to deliver in the snow. It's MAINE we get LOTS of snow. Obviously if its to the point you can't deliver within the city limits you should probably close for the night. Tried ordering delivery in the middle of the night to be delivered to Bog Rd in Augusta which is literally a 10 min drive. However the manager claimed its out of reach within there area. I am Pleased to take down my last less than favorable review and trade it in for a much more positive review. Their service and quality got a heck of a lot better and the introduction of salads to the menu was a brilliant choice from the company as a whole. We look forward to having the extra money to order from dominos now and i can choose a salad for myself if i really want salad. Stayed in the area tonight ordered food the man answering phone was ignorant and quite frankly should never answer a phone from any company.

Usually I have a good experience here but not recently.. The guy that I use to always see here with the big hair and was always nice to the customers, I haven't seen in a while. I assume he must have left this Domino's. Now whenever I go in, I'm never greeted, and my food is always sloppy. Way to go down hill Domino's. Be better to your employees read more

I recently ordered a pizza delivered and was given a total of $20.15...after a few minutes I got called saying I am outside their delivery radius, odd since they have delivered to me before...anyway I'll make a long and extremely aggravating story short.......when I went to pick up my pizza, the price suddenly became $8.99......$8.99.....THAT'S OVER $11.00 TO DELIVER.....MORE THAN THE COST OF THE PIZZA!! The girl that makes the food is just horrible... Every time I go into this store she is always talking about nasty things that shouldn't be talked about at a work place! And she is just straight out rude! I would rather like to go when she is not working! The owner or manager really needs to re think the employees at this location. Tried the new Artisan pizzas yesterday. We thought it would be the perfect thing to munch on during football. Have never been the biggest fan of Domino's pizza, but loved the idea of these new ones, and on special for 7.99 each. We tried the Spinach and Feta, and the Sausage and Pepper Trio. You couldn't even find any Feta on the pizza, let alone taste it. The toppings were so stingy! The pizza crust was super thin, like paper. There was hardly anything to these pizzas. The two of us actually finished them, and were both still hungry, and we are far from pigs! It's a good thing they were only 7.99, I would have been upset if we had actually paid MORE for them. The ironic thing was that the commercials for these pizzas kept coming on while we were dining. We kept looking at the delicious looking pizza in the commercial, and the sorry looking ones that were actually in front of us, and laughing. read more

I'm usually the last person to complain but last nights experience was one of the WORST! They were over an hour late from when they said they would arrive. The pizza was cold, the specially chicken was burnt and rock hard from the cheese. I ordered the halababro chicken sandwich and when I opened the box the sandwich was completely taken apart. There was NO sauce on the sandwich... so I got plain chicken on hard bread with Jalapeños... That's it. I tipped very well to the driver not knowing what disaster I ordered.. I ordered from the Augusta, Me Dominos and have always ordered from them. Well after this happened I will never order from them again. I ordered my food around 5:30pm and at 6:04 pm according the tracker they left the store. 6:30 rolled around and no food so I CALLED the store and spoke to someone and told the guy that I think the driver was in wrong driveway and drove off. He said he has a lot of orders and don't know which order they went in. I said well some people pull into the restaurant side of building and I am after the restaurant. 7:04pm rolled around and stil NO food so I called back and was told they couldn't deliver to me tonight because I didn't answer my phone. So here is the break down. 1) Didn't realize the wrong number was on profile. 2) I called the store and told them they were in wrong driveway. 3) Again I called the store so you had number on caller id. So I ordered from Pizza Hut who parked in the restaurant side and could figure out I was on other side of building so why couldn't you. When I asked who the manager was he said he was. Very rude....
