Deli/ Sandwich spot located in Huntington Park. They focus on fresh ingredients in an area where delis like that have the same or similar focus are hard to find. The place feels family owned and operated with a warm welcoming sense of hospitality when you come in. When I was working in the area, I've been here a couple times. On one visit I got the 'Woody' and on another visit I got the Turkey Pretzel sandwich. Their sandwiches also come with a tasty green salad with the green dressing I really enjoy. The sandwiches were great as well. And they're reasonably priced. This place is located in strip mall where parking could be tight, but I didn't have problems the times I was there. My coworker put me on to this spot. This is 100 times better than subway. Fresh ingredients and amazing taste. I got the Italian Stallion, the sauce they use is mind blowing. This Italian sub is on another level and recommend to try. The service was great, quick, and welcoming. The deli is small but has seating if you want to eat there. Saw this place on my socials and had to try it. Made my order online and it was ready when promised. Seems like the move because there were A LOT of orders ready to be picked up. Staff was super nice. Restaurant was vey clean. It was busy in there which is a great sign. I ordered the Turkey on Pretzel bread , The Italian, The Woody, The Chavo, and a blueberry and Strawberry Lemonade. Drinks were so refreshing and tasted great. The sandwiches were all well seasoned with fresh ingredients. All were very delicious. Service was great and they also gave me an extra Jalapeño ranch and chili sauce that were amazing. Got the Club Sandwich. Very tasty. They really packed the sandwich so it was nice to have the napkin dispenser near by. The sandwich also came with a small side salad. The salad dressing was creamy with a little bit of heat. Dining is available at the counter or at the tables. Service was very friendly and prompt. Found this place on IG. Amazing food. This was my 2nd time here. First time i had the chicken pesto and this time around I had the chipotle chicken. This is like 5 min from where i work so it's perfect. All their sauce is in house. And they have shakes too! I got my coworkers hooked on it already. The location is a small spot. I was intrigued by the pretzel roll turkey sandwich: their best seller. Despite a flat tire en route (see my review of The Cure on So. Alameda) I was glad I kept forging on to Huntington Park. My friend waited for me and I'm pleased to report that the turkey, avocado, bacon, chipotle on a gorgeous pretzel roll was outstanding. Super friendly service, all sauces homemade, menu with variety and quality, and reasonable prices (the sandwich comes with a side salad for $13) all add up to a great experience. Don't forget the free parking in the shared private lot. The restaurant itself has 3 or 4 tables and a small counter area. It's very cute and clean. read more

It was a little spicy for me so next time I will get light spice but the sauce was still delicious. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is consistency. During busy times, it's not uncommon for the phone to be disconnected instead of being answered, making it difficult to place a to-go order. Wait times can also be unpredictable--sometimes you're seated within 5-10 minutes, while other times the wait stretches to 30 minutes or more. Order accuracy is another area that needs improvement. I've asked for a sandwich to be cut in half so my coworker and I could share it, only to find that request was forgotten. When I request pickles on the side, they sometimes end up on the sandwich instead. I've also received tomatoes despite specifically asking for none. To-go orders are especially hit-or-miss. About half the time, a side salad or pasta salad that I paid for is missing from the bag. It feels like special instructions and side items aren't consistently being noted or double-checked before orders go out. My recommendation is to dine in whenever possible. The food is absolutely worth trying, and eating at the restaurant seems to provide the best overall experience. If the staff improved their attention to order details and consistency, this would easily be a five-star restaurant. Establishment is in a strip mall so they do have a small parking lot. The storefront is kind of plain and interior is a simple, small place. 3 tables and a small counter with 3 chairs. Laminated menus on the counter. I opted for the Bacon Melt, my daughter has the chopped Italian. The sandwiches do come with a side salad. Canned soda and in house made lemonades are in a cold case. We sat down and the food came out in about 5 minutes. The charcoal sourdough was tasty, the charcoal didn't come off on my hands. Sliced avocado and tomato with slightly melted cheese and warm crispy bacon. A chipotle mayo gave the sandwich a nice kick. The chopped Italian had a variety of perfectly diced Italian meats along with lettuce tomato and slaw. The bread was a toasted baguette. Both sandwiches were really good.
