It so annoying ordering a hand-tossed pizza without garlic crust. It is an option and shows up on the order printout that gets sent with the pizza. I almost always cheeck before I leave (I don't get delivery because it is too much hassle to have them deliver a correct pizza when they mess up) but I sometimes forget. This past Sunday I pointed out the tell-tale seasoning and was told there wasn't garlic "butter" because it would be all over the crust instead of just on the inch (my measurement) of pizza by crust. I often hesitate to have them correct because I fear retaliation for the trouble to make it correctly. I recently had pizza from a bar in town and suppose I will be ordering from there. Over the past several years we have ordered from first the Jordan, then the Belle Plaine Dominos, after the store moved to Belle Plaine, on a very regular basis. Have there been issues on occasion I will have to say yes. Almost every one of those issues though had to do with staff shortages that every business has been dealing with since March of 2020. When I saw the order would take more than an hour to be delivered, I changed the order to pick-up and picked it up within 15 to 30 minutes without fail. During the few times we have had an order error, all it took was one call and everything was resolved very satisfactorily. Dominos Pizza in Belle Plaine, MN has been consistently disappointing. Pizzas are not made the way that they are requested. Driver's are friendly, but who ever makes the pizzas need to learn how to read directions. Unfortunately we will probably no longer be ordering from them. read more

We always get what we order. Pizza is right. Dessert is right. Soda is right. They've never even forgotten a sauce I've ordered. None of the drivers are off put with my obnoxious barking dog. Worst pizza we have ever had. It had zero sauce. They forgot the sauce completely. $50 with delivery & tip for boneless wings & a medium pizza that my kids would not even eat. Order any where else but the Belle Plaine Dominos. Hard to make Dominoes worse but they succeeded at it. read more

Ordered a pizza. Was told would arrive in 30 minutes on delivery. Waited an hour and 15 mins. Called and canceled the order and asked to be refunded. Pizza showed up 5 mins later (hour and 20mins after ordered) I told him I already called and canceled. Keep the pizza and refund me. The positive... they did refund me. read more

Twice in the last 2 weeks I've placed an order on the app. Both times I waited till the app said it was in the oven, to drive over to pick it up. Both times when i arrived at the store, they hadn't even started preparing it. If they're going to have that stupid gimmick on the app that shows prep, cooking, etc at least make it accurate. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in Jordan and unfortunately this is the only pizza place that delivers. This place is a joke. 9/10 times the pizza is wrong. Last night I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza at 10:15. It arrived an hour later with NO buffalo sauce. Come on, how hard is it to read a ticket! When I called and complained, I expected them to send a remake out as soon as possible. My door bell rang at 1:30 in the morning trying to deliver a pizza I ordered at 10:15!!!! They woke up my baby, my older kids and me! I have no words except that I am living in a parallel universe where this is somehow exceptable. What a joke. Three words, credit card fraud... About 2 weeks ago I was looking at my bank statement and noticed a charge on my account for the belle plaine dominos. I hadn't ordered from there in about 2 weeks, thinking this is odd I call the store and speak with the assistant manager. He tells me that my card has some how been attached to someone else's online ordering. Unfortunately he doesn't have the capability to do anything for me so he says he will pass it along to his manager and he'd call me later that afternoon. I hear nothing, so I call back. Of course the manager has no idea what I'm talking about. I explain the whole situation and he says he'll speak to the owner and write me a check (since I had to cancel my debit card)... I wait just under a week and hear nothing. I call back and ask to speak to the manager, again this person has no idea what I'm talking about. He says he will speak to the owner and get back to me. This manager calls me back today and says they will not refund me the money because their records "don't show me getting charged", umm hello my bank statement literally says belle plaine dominos. The manager claims it must be from another dominos. Really???? He then said maybe my credit card got stolen, umm nope this was the only faulty charge. So now I will be making sure everyone knows that they are crooks. Better business Bureau has been informed and I'm now having to file fraudulent charges. You bet your ass I'm blowing up all social media outlets with this outrageous encounter. read more
