Great pizza took our three grandchildren with us and they all got their pizzas the way they wanted them. One of grandson's even got a salad just the right size for him. Love that they had black cherry soda for my wife. Place was very clean and kept up well. I went to Mods Pizza last night. I wanted a salad. Mods have a dressing I can't get enough of called Sherry Dijon. I also enjoy the option to add a little feta cheese on it. I walked in 5 minutes before closing. The staff was kind and attentive. I was helped by a tall gentleman. He gave me plenty of dressing once he found out that's why I like to come. I asked him about a new strawberry dessert they have and upon checking out he gave it to me and said thanks for always coming. It dawned on me that I go there often but had never written a review. I mainly order on Uber Eats. I have never been disappointed with my pizza or salad. I like going here because the pizza is made in a fire stove and never disappoints. My Mom wanted to treat my cousins and her children as a Christmas presents. Fed 10 people with personal pizzas and drinks. Pretty good. My mom not the type that likes to buy gifts so she will take you out to lunch or dinner. She thinks people are picky anyway with gifts. My cousins were grateful and thanked her. I despise what I like to call "fake pizza" aka fast food and this is the perfect quick and affordable for quality a little closer to a sit down restaurant without the cakey dough of chain restaurants. It's also one of the few places in town to find pizza that is inclusive to dietary restrictions! Mom was excited about the concept and was looking forward to trying it out. We came in the back entrance. Here's what we walked into: No greetings, NO smiles, No eye contact. 1.) one slow cashier checking out another customer, who eventually sauntered over too us, and talked too us like she was the most bored broken down automaton ever constructed to deliver crappy, subpar service. 2.) a pizza oven operator who couldn't even be bothered to look our direction, let alone confirm we we're in the right spot. (by the way - where are the signs for where we are supposed to go? -- lack of signage is an issue.) 3.) guy number three, in and out on his phone. He asked if we were here for an online order. When we said no - he pointed in the general direction of where we expected to go. Again no greetings, no smiles, no eye contact AND when we tried to lighten the mood with "Hi! this is our first time." The slow cashier speaking in her best robot tone responded with "you're fine," like it was our fault that we were disrupting her flow. (Her flow of what exactly, I don't know.) And we're the angry entitled Karen's?? No, I don't think. What I saw was a slob of a human being who couldn't be bothered to be respectful human to human. Here's the deal. I'm not having people like that touch my life and touch my food. We didn't say anything other than a quick check in with each other. "Let's Bounce. Have a nice day, lady." That's it. We went down the road to the very busy Jason's Deli and received excellent customer service and excellent food. So, in the end it worked out. Clearly, this is a management issue. You need someone on that shift who is lifting up the energy of the space. Even if it's a Monday at 1:30pm. I took into consideration the current climate and the fact that it was a Saturday night by ordering my food 35 minutes ahead of the time I requested to pick it up. THE FOOD WAS STILL 30 MINUTES LATE AND IT LOOKED LIKE PAVEMENT TOPPED OFF WITH ROCKS when they finally brought it out one hour after I ordered it. Upon arrival (6:22pm) be it I ordered at 5:45 and purposefully selected to pickup curbside at 6:15 to give them enough time on a saturday--so I thought. I called to let them know I was there according to their instructions. The person who answered the phone, who would up being the manager, said they were behind. I looked inside and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. In an attempt to be understanding I waited another 25 minutes, called back, the manager answered again but this time told me that they were TOO BUSY BRING A CURBSIDE ORDER TO ME. Needless to the order was placed an hour ago and was 30 minutes as it already were. The manager then told me she would send an employee out "who was too busy" to bring me a curbside order...the manager's words, not mine. So, suffice to say that MOD Pizza is too busy to deliver their product to paying customers. They just want your money and for you to go away and leave them alone even when they are extremely wrong, rude and discourteous to paying customers who work hard and decide to spend their money in this place. This is sad and disappointing. I advise that anyone who wants to eat at MOD Pizza to drive past every single one of them until you can find somewhere else to eat, even if it means driving an extra 20 miles. read more

Took my oldest here for her birthday for the first time. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the idea of BYO pizza. The staff were not to chatty or friendly but they did their job and well. We did have a good time trying different pizzas and will recommend this place to anyone who likes to be in control of their pizza. Came in here on 3/1/21 (40 minutes before they closed) and the young lady up front was cleaning up the bar up, when asked if they were still open she was very hesitant, I ended up saying "it says 10pm." We waited while she continued cleaning up the bar and slamming things around, clearly having a problem that we were there. Poor attitude aside, she was not wearing anything to restrain her hair back and once pizzas were in oven she took her gloves off to play on her phone, boxing up the pizzas and sauces without gloves.
