#05-2021 interstate 95 outside the Dunn North Carolina pulled in to the pilot truck stop. tired of Subway not tonite. nothing else to eat around that area I had already cruised by all the truck stops with different food offerings oh well. so called up Domino's said hey do youse deliver out here to the truck stop? they said we sure do.v I said all right. Asked where I was from by my accent I said Chicago area. so I got one of my normals original hand tossed medium cheese and sausage they tells me be about 45 minutes or so. just a little over a half hour came delivery guy called said I'm pulin truck stop told him where I was parked. greeted him, paid, gavevhim a tip climb back up in the truck and opened up the pizza and it was really good looking nice job done. it came nice and hot too which was great sometimes you come to the sending how many they have going out with an order but this was a Saturday night surprisingly and was all good pippin hot got walked in got a cold one from inside the pilot enjoyed it and had a good sleep. would definitely order from here again this is a very good quality Domino's in my opinion maybe some other people haven't gotten good service in the past but it was good to me and they come out to the truck which is great. read more

This dominos is absolutely ridiculous!!! Tried to order a pizza about a month ago waited over an hour still had not even started to make my order. Gave it a while ordered again tonight 5/2/2025 a 2 pizza order nothing complicated, order was received and started "prep" at 8:11 it's now 9:45 and it still no pizza and says still in prep! Tried to call the store to cancel my order and cannot even get a real person on the other end of the phone ! Nearly 2 hours now and still no dinner for my family. Will not attempt again ! read more

Domino's is just a chain pizza, all the same. 1 star if for not for customer service but rather the network and system. Half the time we order the ordering system is malfunctioning, and nobody knows a backup process. read more

Check your order. I've ordered from this store 3 time now and every time it's wrong. This last time I order a large and got a middle pizza.

Awful location. They false advertise that they are "open" 10:30am-12am, yet they make it so that you can't call them for delivery or make an online order for takeout after 10pm. The one time I did stop by to get a pizza from the store after 10pm, they looked offended that I even bothered and one of the workers was sitting with their phone out while telling me to wait for them to finish their call with their friend. I guess they think the last few hours they are there, they are just getting paid to sit/stand in the building while doing nothing and refusing service. I reported this to corporate as well, maybe they can investigate this store and see what's going on or why they are purposefully refusing carryout & delivery service past 10pm to avoid working their closing shift. read more

When it comes to fast food pizza, I gotta say, I have always been a Papa John's gal, however, when in a pinch last week, Domino's got me out of a jam... and how! I had a lunch at a Benson office at 11am for 55 staff members. I called EVERYONE, including my usual, Papa John's to help take care of my situation of having at least 17 pizzas made by 10:45am for an 11am lunch. They would not do it. I called Pizza Hut, not knowing there was a Domino's in benson since I am unfamiliar with the area, and they would not do it. Let me preface this with the fact that I told all of them that it would mean they would get the sale of 17 pizzas.... no one would bite. Lastly, I called Domino's in Benson and not only did the manager agree to do it, but he asked Jared (super fab pizza maker) to come in early the next day, before opening, to make my 17 pizzas and have them ready by 10:45am. I offered to pick them up since they did not have a delivery person that early so it worked out beautifully. They were 2 miles from the office I needed to go to and so I got the pizzas in my car, driven to their office, and delivered still hot, by 10:50am. I don't know anyone else in the Benson area who would have done this for me, since I asked everyone and no one did. The staff loved the pizza and Jared/Domino's saved the day!! :) read more

ONE STAR IS GRACIOUS! This by far is the absolute worst experience I've ever had ordering something. I ordered it at 5:57 PM, did not get a phone call about anything till after 615 to around 630 that they were out of bacon, which is no biggie. Then I was told after almost another hour waiting that the lady would arrive in my driveway within the next few seconds of me being on the phone with them. Well that's not how it went. 10 minutes later, I got my car started to go towards dominoes and right before I pulled in I saw her leave as she was going towards my house, I only live a few minutes away from here, so I do not know why people feel the need to lie about where someone is or why they need to lie. About what time they are going to arrive. I'm not upset that the food took a while to get here, I'm upset the fact that I was like to, not to mention I was called from a Raleigh number which appear to be a cell phone number, when they got close to approaching the second hour of me not receiving my food that I ordered, I called the number back only to be hung up on. Then call the store five or six times with no answer just constant ringing. Then My food arrives and it's almost cold. BEWARE ORDERING HERE!!! read more

I like domino's pizza and this one in Benson was no exception. It was prompt and tasted amazing. It was around 8:30 pm and they looked like they had a few take out orders they were working on but we got our food just fine. Can't complain about how it went. I'd recommend ordering of you want some late night pizza. read more

After originally calling and abruptly being put on hold I placed my order online. 25 minutes later I just went in and they said it would be an additional 8 minutes. In other words they hadn't even started on it. read more
