The pizza I ordered was heavily oiled around the crust and was coming through the bottom of the box unfortunately. I ordered delivery and the delivery charge is $4.50. A joke I used to delivery and a $2.00 or less fee would suffice. Got to pay them stockholders. A good thing is they have two or more for $5.99 each. I ordered the pie and the sandwich( which was flat and had a lot japs). Overall, I will be ordering again but will be picking up next time and looking for less greased up options. read more

So I'm leaving this review a 4star even with the recent screw up with there labeling system apparently... Reason a 4 star is due to even through a terrible decision by corp to role out a new system on a Friday. And than managements fault for not fighting against it... The employees even with bad upp decisions did there very best to accommodate and work through it. Its easy when everything is easy... Today entry level employees responded like true professionals! I've been ordering form this location for about a year. I order on the dominos app, I'll either pick up in store or get delivery. Delivery wait time has always been good. I really had a great experience with Domino's in Bonney Lake. They had seemed to have their act together. Until a new manager took over. Now, the BL pizza is horrible! The pizza the 1st time was scorched, and the cheese was not even sticking. I gave domino's a 2nd chance, and this time the top of the pizza seemed ok. The bottom of the pizza was dilapidated!!! The under half wasn't there, gone! My husband called the manager, and he could give a hoot. He said he will credit the next order. Excuse me we aren't going to be doing that, and I am sure the manager knew that! What kind of circus show are you running? We ordered wings as well, those things were hard as rocks, and crusty. I really like this place. The pizza is almost always perfect and delivered quickly. The spinach-feta cheesy bread is amazing. I think I gave them fewer stars before when they were having troubles with their GPS taking them to the wrong address and delivering our pizza on the cool side, but ever since I put a note in my profile online about how they should disregard their GPS, we always get our pizza on time and hot. We even got an extra pizza last time. Not sure if that was a promotion or a mistake. Our delivery girl even tried to drive her Tesla up our icy hill this week (didn't make it, but at least she tried). I love their online ordering system, as it's easy and they don't really ever get the order wrong. read more

Ordered two pizzas tonight. They were supposed to be a Hawaiian and a pepperoni. The hawaiian looked like they cut up a single piece of Canadian bacon and spread it over a very thin layer of sauce - not sure if there was more than a flake of cheese. This is actually my first time writing a review, but hopefully others might be luckier than myself or Domino's makes updates to there online website server. TOP 2 ITEMS TO KNOW: 1) Never order Dominos pizza over their website for carry out. 2) Never go to the Bonney Lake Dominos (19679 State Route 410 E. Bonney Lake, Washington) My experience was that I ordered online and received my order number, a statement saying which individual started preparing my order, and an estimated pick up time between a time range. I didn't want to wait at the store so I showed up 5-10 minutes later than the latest time estimate I received online. When I arrived I was told that my order wasn't ready yet and it would be finished in a few minutes. A bit later when they saw I was still waiting inside they mentioned again "sorry, it'll only be a few more minutes". I received this same reply for the entire 30 minutes I was at the store. My last time in going to the counter I mentioned my order was small and why it was taking so long. The sweet gal went back and talked to the lead in charge. She then informed me that my order was somehow placed after a few other orders and told me she would try to get mine in since I had been waiting so long. She went back to her lead to confirm that this could happen. All in all, she came back to me and said that her lead/manager said that this wasn't an option and I'd have to wait. I then asked her how much longer it would be. Her response was that I would have to wait at least another hour and a half. Seriously!!! I was completely frustrated and disappointed in the service and in the company's system in calculating customer pick up times from the store. For one, the website and the staff at the store both lied to me. If I had known this I would not have ordered and tried to pick up my families food. What made this experience even worse was that for 30 minutes they kept telling me that my order would be done in only a "few more minutes". If they had told me at the beginning when I first walked to the counter that it'd be TWO HOURS I would have understood a little more and they wouldn't have waisted even more of my time. FYI, I ended up canceling more order and leaving. So overall, I'm definitely not going back to this domino store and I never plan on using the Domino website to order food. I personally hope that Dominos corporate customer service sees this review and my messages to them to fix their website and improve there staff in telling the truth for wait times. read more

Pizza was decent, but what really ruined this experience was the red chili flakes, or lack thereof. When placing my order, I requested a few packets of red chili flakes. I was informed that they do not offer the packets, but I could purchase an entire container for $3.99. I've never ordered pizza and been required to pay more to spice it up with chili flakes. Ordering online was super easy and they have a ton of different crusts and options to choose from. A medium pizza was plenty for my husband and I to share. Delivery was very prompt and I paid with a credit card and all I had to do was sign my receipt when he arrived. You can also add tip online if you don't have cash. The only thing I forgot to ask for was cheese and peppers but I would definitely order delivery again. read more

Very disappointed this time!! Ordered chicken pieces and bacon habenero bread sticks and the cheese on them is so burnt that the whole top of it is black!! Whoever checks this for quality control needs to be retrained! Sad to spend $40 on dinner I could have gotten elsewhere (better food too) for less than half that! I ordered a pizza from here a few weeks back. I normally go to Papa Murphy's because I believe their ingredients are better as well as overall quality. This particular night I didn't feel up to picking up a pizza and cooking it. So I ordered it online. A simple pepperoni large pizza. It was user friendly and the pizza was delivered in a timely fashion. The pizza on the other hand had hardly any pepperoni on it. The pizza tasted like low quality pizza, cheap cheese and metallic tasting sauce. I sure don't remember them tasting this way. I called to complain a few days later, and was caught before finishing my sentence with a defensive young guy saying I can't be reimbursed unless I call the same night. I didn't want another pizza from these guys, just wanted to complain about the quality. I guess it's back to Papa Murphy's. read more

This review is not based on food, but customer service. They should take a class on catering to senior citizens. My mom and dad are pushing 80 and are not really computer savvy. So when they went to go pick up their 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches they ordered over the phone, no mention by the employee about the $5.99 2+ deal. Give me a frickin break. What a bunch of greedy uncaring jerks. A good majority of seniors are on a fixed income. Salad was rotten due to not being refrigerated. I suspect this was a salad that was left un refrigerated due to the recent power outage. It was completely transparent, with the bottom of the container full of slime stink water. So that got tossed in the trash. One pizza turned out ok but the other was undercooked. Hope we don't sick. This weekend, I was visiting some friends who live several counties away and we got a pizza we didn't order and didn't get a pizza we did order. We ordered a special where we got a medium one topping pizza, a medium two topping pizza, Parmesan bites, and cinnamon twists. The cinnamon twists and frosting were PERFECT, the Parmesan bites were great, the marinara sauce was good, but very cold. The pizza was absolutely DISGUSTING. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza with red sauce and a deep dish pineapple and ham pizza with ranch sauce. We were very surprised to have two pepperoni pizzas and kept looking for the pizza we had ordered but couldn't find it. Then we had to figure out which pizza had white sauce and which one had red. Two of my friends told my other friend and I to give them our pepperoni since neither of us can stand pepperoni and they can't take pizzas back. The pizza was incredibly oily and the pepperoni oil has seeped into the cheese. That pizza was NASTY. read more

The woman who answered my call was rude, misinformed, and unable to help. She baulked at me when I told her my address in Bonney Lake and rudely told me to call a different dominoes. When I explained that I am in lake tapps, she said, "well I've never even heard of that place." And then continued to tell me that they don't deliver around the lake so I should call Frankie's. Very fast dinner. This is a go to for our lazy nights. There are usually great coupons also. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is the fact that they charge a delivery fee and then the delivery person always hovers over you when you sign for your check to pressure you into another tip.
