Made my first visit to Robin Hood pizza and it was a very good experience. The ownership just change about a month or two ago. The owner was very friendly, and the pizza was delicious. I got the Tandoori chicken pizza and it was so flavorful! The owner plans to expand the menus to include some Indian dishes. The only negative is that the restaurant needs some visual appeal, but he's new and I'm sure that will come. read more

Our company had 9 different xl classic pizzas delivered for our lunch today. The owner was very pleasant, and he was even the delivery driver. He was on time and very courteous. Everyone is raving at how good the pizza is!!! I myself have never had the pleasure of eating Robinhood Pizza before but I definitely will order again. If you open at 11 and I put in an order and you wait till noon to call and say we don't have a delivery driver and we just opened so I didn't know about the order and instead of offering carry out option. You just offer a refund. What if this was a company who ordered pizza for their crew? One star and never ordering from here again. Don't offer delivery option especially on a Friday. read more

I had this pizza for the first time at a family friend's house. They had ordered from the Kent location and it was so delicious that I just had to go and have another one. So one day, I was in the Boney Lake area and decided to their pizza. I ordered the Tandoori chicken pizza on the phone. The service on the phone and the pick up was seamless, easy and very unassuming. You get what you order, nothing more or less. The pizza was good but not as great as the Kent one I had earlier. I don't know if it was my taste buds or just the recipe was slightly different. I was missing the garlic flavor a little but it wasn't a bad experience. I would get another pizza from here when I am in the neighborhood. They have a variety of pizzas but I like the Indian tandoori flavors sometimes too! Do try this location or Kent one, when you want a different kind of pizza. read more

Seriously...I decided I'd try a local pizza place since moving back to this area after an almost 20 year hiatus. Unfortunately I chose Robin Hood Pizza. I placed my order through the online service they use. It was easy enough, pretty straight forward, but luckily there was no option to add extra cheese, so I wrote to add extra cheese in the comments and to charge me when they delivered. So I'm waiting, a half hour rolls by, forty-five minutes, fifty minutes, fifty-five minutes, and finally after an hour I receive a call from Robin Hood Pizza who informs me it will cost extra for extra cheese. I said I knew that and to charge me for it, but then it dawns on me--they haven't even made my pizza yet. I asked if my pizzas had been made, which I was told they had not been. I asked how long until they are delivered? At least forty-five minutes. I ask for the manager who informs me they are really busy and he sounds as if he really doesn't care that I've been waiting over an hour for these pizzas and they haven't been made yet. I tell him to cancel the order and issue a refund. He then informs me I have to get my refund through the app I placed my order with. This adds another step in an already miserable experience. I will never order from here again. Had they been apologetic, or done anything to make the situation right, I would have given them another chance. Everyone has a bad day, but this was awful. I wish I could give them a zero. If you want pizza in this area order from Trackside Pizza or even Dominos, at least you'll get your dinner in a timely manner. read more

My friend and I would show up at the time posted on the door and the woman on duty that Sunday wouldn't show until around 11:30 A.M. a good half hour after they were supposed to open. Ordered the jumbo NY steak pizza, the garlic butter pizza, and bacon cheese bread. Delivery took an hour and ten minutes (!), and we are 5 or so minutes away bht had company and didn't want to leave. Bacon cheese bread is really good. NY steak pizza leaves a lot to be desired and they missed a huge opportunity to make an excellent pizza. Garlic butter pizza smelled like curry and had no flavor- especially no garlic flavor. Go with Domino's. This pizza is not good. If you're thinking about ordering here, go to the store and grab a box of DiGiorno because it's just about the same. The crust tastes like they order it frozen, which is likely... The only size options are 14" pizzas. I'm not a pizza snob by any means... I'm down for a delicious cheap pizza now and again. Dominos and Little Caesars are better options. I didn't have issues with service or delivery as I picked up my order.
