I ordered the Weekday Special, which had so many options it was hard to decide, but I ended up choosing the Meatball Grinder. The Weekday Special comes with a side salad and a choice of dressings. The Meatball Grinder is savory, filling & delicious! Really loved the soft bread and the red sauce. It's a two meal kind of sandwich (for me). The salad was so light and refreshing and we loved the dressing. The pizza was the perfect counterpart with the spicy/tangy balance from the buffalo chicken, and was loaded with tons of cheese. Bless our waitress, she was so sweet. We had all three kids with us who were, for lack of a better word, terrors. We cleaned up our best after them and she was so patient with us and assured us we didn't need to do any cleanup (though we did!!) Can't recommend Trackside enough for a casual family night out if you're nearby. Definitely worth it!

I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman who answered. He was incredibly accommodating, kind, and pleasant. Without hesitation, he told me, "Don't worry, I'll take your order now," and assured me it would be ready before closing. He was absolutely right.
