The first time I ordered- I placed an order by phone. One med pizza one sandwich. Took about 25 minutes and they charged me $28. Geez!! What happened to $7 each for two or more?!?? Marcos loads me up with freebies and it makes it tempting. Your marketing person is trying to save a buck by insulting big spenders like myself. This is the pizza Domino's delivered to us last night. The penny is stuck in all the way down to the cardboard to give you an idea of how the total thickness of this thing is. It was supposed to be a: Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizza, Shredded Parmesan, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Shredded Provolone Cheese, Alfredo Sauce, Cheese. While it didn't taste bad it's certainly wasn't what we were expecting as we clicked to get the last type of pizza as our last order! Now what do I do? BTW, what I clicked on to order, and was SUPPOSED to be like our last pizza from them just a week ago: HAND TOSSED PIZZA, Diced Tomatoes, Onions, Pineapple, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Beef, Black Olives, Alfredo Sauce, Shredded Provolone Cheese, Cheddar Cheese Blend, Cheese. I'd give this store no stars if possible. Placed my order, waited for delivery! What did I get? An email advising my order was cancelled. The email gave no reason for the cancellation, but gave a number to call the store to find out why! I called 3 times.... All that happened each time was "ring... ring, then a hang up signal" they refused to speak to me to let me know. My number is attached to my online order, they knew they had no excuse! Pizza was delivered 2 hours after ordering it. Ordered at 7pm arrived at 9pm. No one answered our 15+ phone calls either, their machine auto disconnects after ring 4-6. Managers excuse, "not enough delivery people." If you want warm-cold delivered pizza, this Is the place for you! Last night I ordered double cheese and they did not put enough cheese on it. There were areas of the pizza where there were not enough cheese and the delivery took 45-50 mins which isn't the end of the world but the tracker said that is was already delivered before it got delivered. Cruelty to Veterans! My family, children included had to suffer due to the incompetence. Not sure who the manager is but they need to flagged hard about proper completion of orders. Gave us the wrong order...Called back, was told the order would be corrected and sent back out in approx. 20 minutes. 40 +minutes later my Husband called and the manager acted as if they were on a "substance" we had to cancel the order and I was left hungry Veterans and children. How un-American, how disrespectful, how inefficient and unprofessional. If you donot want to work Dominos employees, stay home. Let people that have some self respect work. And stop being wasteful! This store was good. Fast delievery. Friendly driver etc. I only give it a 4 because of not their fault but corporate. I ordered a thin crust paramasan garlic sahce mushroom.pizza. man people if you want a salt bomb order that sauce. Maybe it us because i hardly ever salt my foid while cooking. Dominos corporate must say just pour the salt in the sauce by the bag. I will never order that awful sauce again. Maybe the red pizza sauce might have a less salty taste. It might have the same amout of salt,but it has a sweetness to it too. I might complain to corporate abiut the amount of sakt they use. What would chef ramsey say? Disgusting just disgusting. Great customer service. The workers are very friendly and do their job great. We order pizza a few times every month and have never had a problom. The pizza taste great and is made with quality. They seem to always deliver quicly and the delivery person is always sweet. The website is a little buggy, but that is in now way the stores fault. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service was horrible when our pizza was more than 45 mins late. When we called, the manager blamed us with excuses that were easily refuted by instructions we left on the order, phone logs that showed we received no calls, etc. She said the only thing she could do was to give us a free cookie "next time" - too bad there won't be a next time! This is definitely my go to pizza maker. I think their delivery service is exceptional. I seem to always have my pizza ordered online and the delivery is on time! Not only than but the pizza is great. Probably in the many, many years I have used this Dominos, I might have made one complaint because the crust was burnt on a part of the pizza. This place doesn't deliver to the room and disappeared. I ordered my pizza and waited. I then received a call about the time it was to be delivered and was advised they could not deliver it to the hotel room. I went to the lobby and the driver was not there. The hotel clerk advised the pizza driver was there. It did not take m more than about five minutes to get to the lobby. Really, Sold my pizza to someone else. Never order from them again. read more
