I will never place a large order at this location again. I placed an online order for 7 pizzas with a scheduled pickup time of 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5:30 PM, only to find that just 5 pizzas were ready. The cashier attempted to cash out the order without acknowledging the missing items. After I pointed out that the order was for 7 pizzas, the cook told me the remaining two would be ready in 5-7 minutes. To pass the time, I walked over to H-E-B. When I returned around 6:15 PM, I was told the two pizzas had been taken by someone else, and I'd have to wait another 5-7 minutes for them to be remade. The cook eventually offered a small drink, but the delay was already frustrating. I didn't receive my full order until 6:35 PM--over an hour after my scheduled pickup time. I do not recommend this location for big orders. read more

I patiently contacted them 4 TIMES about a pizza order that took over an hour and half to deliver with no excuse, apology or any attempt to make it right. We placed a delivery order and when it arrived we were missing a chicken alfredo. The website was no help in resolving the issue so I decided to order 2 chicken alfredos and added some drinks to the order as well. In the notes I explained that we were missing the chicken alfredo from the previous order. When the second order came it was missing the drinks, I let the driver know and he said that he only brought the pastas because of the note I left. I am very frustrated and paid for drinks and a pasta that I never got. We ordered two pizzas, Parmesan bites, and cinnamon twists at 5:07 and it was hot and fresh at my door at 5:26. We did contactless delivery so the boxes were left at our door, but they were all perched on this smaller cardboard box to keep them sitting directly on the porch. Everything tasted great. This Domino's fails with special requests. I don't normally leave reviews (positive or negative) and am generally very easy-going with small mistakes, but this error ruined what I thought would be a simple surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. Major bummer. I submitted an online order at 11:10am, selecting the "deliver later" option with a request for a 12:45pm delivery. This order was to be delivered to a school where my boyfriend teaches. The delivery needed to be punctual because his lunch break begins at 12:55pm sharp. I thought a ten-minute window would be enough of a buffer for the delivery driver in case of traffic or a slightly-late departure from the store. After submitting the order online, I called the store immediately from my cell and asked the employee who answered (I believe his name was Ricky) that the message "happy birthday, NAME" be written on the box. The employee confirmed that would be done and even asked that I confirm the spelling of the name. The online tracker feature reported that the delivery driver left the store at 12:48pm, three minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Multiple times they have forgotten a pizza in my families order. We will order 2 pizzas and bread sticks, not too hard. Do they mess up the toppings? No. Do they mess up the Nam? No. They forget an ENTIRE PIZZA! 3/4 Times! You may think, well they will make you one right away. Well of course they will. But now the other pizza and bread sticks are either cold or dryed out from being under a heat lamp for an extra 15 mins. Come on y'all, you keep forgetting an entire pizza. That's what you do!. So this is a first for me. After a long day with the family and kids decided to order some pizza to avoid anyone having to get in the kitchen for the evening. I ordered #DominosBudaTexas since it's next to the local grocery store #HEB which, I had to make a pit stop at. I usually order #papajohns. When I showed up to pick up my pizza, I noticed two staff members messing the with heat lamp areas where the pizzas are put out to keep warm. When the manager brought my pizza from the non lit up warmer area, I touched the box and was not warm. I usually never open the box to check it but when I did, my pizza was partially eaten. I asked him if he was kidding. He said, "sorry about that sir one of my guys must of done that." Really? WTH?!? Your employees ate my pizza! Is this why they now offer the insurance on their commercials now? I thought that was for delivery not when you show up to the actual store. This was a first for me. I understand it's a tough job and many young employees are hired but maybe they should do a better job vetting their employees. Hands-down this is absolutely the best and most consistent, friendly Domino's Pizza I have ever been to. Every time I order pizza it's consistent I usually order double toppings or extra and it is noticed on my pizza. Every time I enter the building everyone says hi. If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered online for delivery, and was told by the tracker that the driver was delivering my pizza at 8:19pm. Well RAYMOND, did not show up to my residence until 9:01pm (keep in mind our apartment is less than a mile away); shoved the pizza my way saying "Take this so I can get the receipt from car." When I slammed the door in his face, he proceeded to shouting outside my door. What kind of establishment is Dominos running? Where is the customer service? My boyfriend took it upon himself to call the store manager who did absolutely NOTHING other than tell us "The tracker is wrong."
