Stopped by Jersey Mike's recently and had a great experience! The customer service was excellent -- the employees were friendly, upbeat, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs, which made the visit even better. The store itself is on the smaller side, so seating is limited, but that wasn't a big deal since most people were grabbing their food to go. The subs were delicious -- they don't skimp on the meat, and everything tasted fresh and well-made. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. Perfect Italian sandwich i must say. Kudos to the two young ladies behind the counter, one slicing all the meats and the other putting the fresh toppings on the sandwiches. I guess when I arrived, they must've received several online orders as i was the last one in line and when the young lady slicing the meats took my order, she was also prepping 3 other sandwiches. It was a sight to see: slicing meats and cheese and stacking them on the bread she had just sliced open - it was an assembly line and she was cranking these out. The second young lady asked if I wanted it Mike's Way, and I confirmed but did ask her to go easy on the juice. She began loading the sammy with onions, lettuce and tomatoes, salt, pepper and added three dashes of vinegar and olive oil. At that point, she asked if the juice was enough. I said it was perfect then thanked her for asking as the last time I had this same sammy at another Jersey Mike's, they went overboard with the vinegar and my teeth hurt for like 3 years after that . I was in and out in probably 5-6 minutes even though they were getting busy. I know nowadays finding good people to work behind the counter can be hard especially with the threat of Karens coming to place orders. Ordered just recently for me and my girl, they put the wrong bread on both sandwiches wrong cheese on mine and no cheese on the turkey provolone. I called in to let them know and they declined partial refund and didn't try to fix anything. Worker said his manager said no.. last time they gave me soggy bread from drowning it in oil and vinegar. Terrible service and not even fixing the issue. **update manager didn't call I reached back out, did get a full refund, I offered to bring the sandwiches back and have pics of them still, he basically called me a liar, just felt bad when you spend $30 on two sandwiches you expect it to be correct. overall poor customer service and lack of communication. read more

Good subs. As a New Yorker, I am satisfied with the food here. The veggie (cheese) sub is a hit in our home. Staff is good. They are polite and hard working, but definitely overloaded at lunch time. Yummy!! I was driving back to San Antonio and had to get my favorite sandwich. I love the oil vinegar and seasoning a.k.a. jersey way. This restaurant had the nicest staff and very clean it is tucked away in a shopping strip. I wish they had a drive-through but the stop was worth it. read more

Hands down the best chicken bacon ranch sandwich I have ever had IN MY LIFE! No hype!! It was my first time to Jersey Mike's. Damien was extremely helpful with going over the menu so I could make a choice. Sofia made the sandwich exceptionally well and beyond my expectations. I was truly amazed by how attentive she was to the details. You can tell she is a perfectionist because that sandwich was perfect. Portion was perfect, temperature of the sandwich was perfect, and the overall experience was truly satisfying. Some might say "it's just a sandwich" but no it's not. Love the sandwiches but witnessed one of the most pathetic displays by a manager (? White shirt) I've ever seen. Today around 11:30 kid making sandwich made a mistake and had to start again. But I came in this afternoon 11/ 9/20 at 6:10 PM ordered an Italian club regular on white bread , 3 pieces of bread were on the counter, the young lady reached over a grabbed the bread, I warned her if the bread was old I would do write up. She laughed and used the bread anyway, old tasting bread! Came to Jersey Mike's before it was closing about 30 minutes before it was close to purchase five sandwiches for my family and they told me they didn't have any bread to be able to service our sandwiches. I've never gone to a sandwich shop where they ran out of bread. Why are they even open if they can't service customers? Very disappointed in not being able to get service. The guy told me the best way to get ahold of corporate is to leave bad reviews for the Kyle location. I told him that's dumb and asked for a call back from someone who can help because he said he couldn't refund me or make my sandwich. He said he'd have his GM call me back that day. I love Jersey Mike's, first time trying this location. There was a long wait but the staff was trying their best and hey, it was noon on a Saturday. People need to realize when evvvveryone orders a slow hot sandwich of course it's going to get backed up. Customers were being rude asking "why mine's not done yet" while staff apologized and were clearly running around trying to get it done. This store is new. I'll try it again. Janet's sub was good. Mine was terrible. I ordered a steak and cheese with veggies and mayo. LOADED WITH ONIONS AND MAYO. Not what I wanted. Was really too messy to eat. Ate some but not much. The roll seemed old as well. I travel and usually like Jersey Mike's. This one just opened around the corner from home. I hope it gets better. Horrible Service! Last night, I decided to give Jersey Mike's another chance after having a not so great experience a couple months ago. Turns out I should have passed. I arrived at 8:30 pm, and waited in line for no less than 10 minutes when only one man was in front of me ordering two subs. Three employees working that I could see and only one of them actually making sandwiches. Once I was finally asked what I wanted, I was told that they could only do minis because they were out of all other bread. I was also advised that they didn't have very many veggies left and wouldn't be able to make the tuna sandwich and buffalo chicken that I asked for. What I don't understand is why I was left to wait for so long when someone could have told me from the start what they were able to make. It seems this location only hires kids who don't really care about customer service. In addition, if you are out of almost everything, maybe it would be best to shut down early. If you're not going to close early, then you should be able to serve what's on the menu. I get that sometimes things happen, but this has happened on numerous occasions. Seems like poor management. I can say I am finally done giving this place a chance. Save your time and go elsewhere. You'll be disappointed here. read more
