Good basic delish takeout/delivery pizza when that's what you're after. Sometimes that is exactly what you want on a weeknight when you've had a long day. They always get the order right! All in all, Jet's does not disappoint! When we want our pizza to be more of an event or next level gourmet flavor, our favorite dine-in pizza is Desano's on Slaughter (also on Burnet and Lavaca) or Baldinucci's Pizza Romana on Bee Caves Road in Westlake. But we are still very happy with Jet's for that quick, low-key option. read more

The pizza is really good. They have a lot of options for toppings and they don't skimp on the ingredients. The crust of their pizza is amazing. But with that being said, I think they are way overpriced. The service was okay, not bad, not great...just OK. nothing to complain about. The restaurant was alright. It was small but clean. The tables and chairs were alright. The atmosphere was more like a take out place rather than a set down restaurant. I think this because they probably have more takeout orders than set down customers. I like their pizza but not enough to be a frequent customer and justify the higher prices. read more

Came into town and wanted some pizza and had heard about this place down the street. We ordered online for pickup. The pizza was ready by the estimated time and I was in and out of there. We ordered some wings and a 4 corner pizza. This is a Detroit style pizza with a crispy cheese edged crust the pizza was just the right size for 2 of us it was still hot and tasted great not over sauced like some other places and had just the right amount of toppings. The wings were also delicious we ordered the hot ones they were not over sauced and the wings were cooked perfectly I would order from here again. Great pizza. The Detroit Style pizza is cheaper than the other big name local company and a couple of my family members think it is better! Don't sleep on the NY Style pizza either! It wasn't that great can get a better pizza at Domino's for less money. And they use real mushrooms at Domino's. Jets use canned mushrooms. The sauce had no flavor and I didn't think the crust was that great either. This is our neighborhood Jets Pizza. The location is clean and we always have a friendly experience when picking up. Deliver service, however, another matter. Despite instructions to ring doorbell, this location sends a text message and leaves food on the ground. This afternoon I replied to delivery driver text. I asked that they tell delivery drivers not to leave food on the ground as I am not an animal. Also stated that the delivery driver instructions clearly stated to ring doorbell however that was not done. That should have been the end of the interaction right? No! Someone from Jets called me and proceeded to attempt to shame me for sending the text. He also told me there was nowhere to put the pizza but on the ground. I replied there are two chairs on the front porch. He sided with his delivery drivers who told him there were no chairs. This person also repeatedly said he was trying to find a solution and proposed to black list us from ordering there again. I asked this person how is that a solution? I also asked what the purpose of his call was as I was thoroughly confused as to why someone from Jets would call me with that message. Bizzare! In summary, good pizza and great for pickup. But beware the delivery service and their attempts at dealing with customer service issues. Very poor. read more

Ordered a gluten free pizza through Uber, they gave the wrong order to my driver. I'm 12 minutes away from their restaurant in a neighboring city line. Called them and spoke to Roy, he said there's no way they could deliver the corrected pizza to me because it's "out of town" - again, 12 minutes away. I said, so "you're basically telling me I'm out of luck"? He said he admitted it was their fault but wouldn't get my dinner to me that I ordered an hour prior, and said yeah pretty much he can't help me, and that I'd have to take it up with Uber and there's nothing he could do. I arrived in 15 minutes thinking I could pay and then dash out when my pizza was ready. ( I think the pizza is better the sooner you eat it after coming out of the oven.) But Jet's happened to come up on Yelp and after perusing their website the menu looked delicious PLUS they deliver (with no additional fees!!). I used the text to order option to get 15% off and it was super easy to place/pay for the order. Our food arrived within the estimated time and the pizza was piping hot! We did half Chicken Bacon Ranch and half Cheese with the cinnamon sticks. The crust was delicious and perfectly crispy. My husband said both the pizza and dessert was the best he's had! Jett's Text service isn't working. So as any reasonable person would do, I called into Brodie Lane store to order the pizzas over the phone instead...,but they REFUSED to offer the 15%. I tried asking if they could fix the text issue on their end, so I could utilize the discount... but they said not interested in helping! Very commercial and similar to papa John's interior. However, this was some of the most indulgent pizza I've ever had. So thick and cheesy. The sauce is amazing for dipping as well. What can I say. We normally go to the other jets off of congress but we were on Brodie the other day aka Valentine's Day. I had a coupon for heart shaped pizza and assumed it would be empty or slow but apparently everyone had the same idea to get some heart shaped pizza & breadsticks. It was packed with walk in orders, online orders, Uber and etc orders. My daughter enjoyed watching The Office (they were playing it on Comedy Central) and also standing on the bench watching them make the pizzas and cut and etc. we were there a while but I knew it was going to be some time and can't complain. They noticed we were there for a while and checked on our order did us. I can say that the parking lot was packed but it was also Valentines Day so everyone was out. I'm a fan of VIA 313 but heard good things about Jet's and gave them a try today. Ordered online and clicked the attached photo for "8 corner Anniversary special" - looking at the picture I assumed it was pepperoni standard so I clicked "Add to Order". When you click "Add to Order" there isn't a popup that asks you to add the 1 topping described so you actually have to press "Customize" in order to choose the topping - Pepperoni is NOT defaulted as it looks in the picture. To fix this UX (User Experience) issue I would recommend either: 1. When you click "add to order" it takes you to the customize screen anyways with options for the 1 topping or 2. Default to pepperoni as the 1 topping to match the picture the user just clicked on. Pizza was great but was missing the pepperoni I expected. I called twice and someone said who said "Jets Pizza Brodie" picked up but couldn't hear me both times for some reason. I gave up calling and ate my cheese pizza. Good enough to order again and next time I will make sure to click customize and not just order by looking at the picture! I think the next pizza will be a 5 star review! read more

It's true. Their deep dish is delicious. The only other deep dish I've had in Austin was at VIA 313. They're both super yummy, but Jet's is great for those who are looking for takeout and an unassuming atmosphere. They also do specials and have coupons in their paper menu (in store, if you walk in it's by the cashier)! I called ahead and placed an order for the deep dish, which was ready for pickup within 15 minutes! SCORE. They have a ton of meat options, which I think is something they might be able to improve? The only veggie-friendly option was their veggie pizza. They allowed me to take out toppings to put extras on which was nice. I'm not a fan of black olives, so I was able to sub that for extra mushrooms. I love pizza places that allow that. But wait, here's the best part. They have special topping pizza crust! THAT'S RIGHT. I followed a previous Yelper's advice and got the parmesan crust...it was SO good. The deep dish crust is already crispy and delicious, but the parmesan really topped it off for that delicious crunch. Everything was on point and texture was fab. Via 313 took way longer, but it is more of a sit-down vibe with great service. So it really depends on the vibe you're feeling. Jet's also has other pizzas and items like breads and mozzarella sticks. So they don't just do pizza. They have great specials like a one-topping large pizza for basically $13. That's a steal! There is plenty of parking in the plaza they're located in--shared with other shops and markets. The service was very smiley and friendly--shoutout to the gal working this Thursday evening. I have been a customer of this location for years, with few problems. However, when I did my last order, they were more than half an hour late on my delivery. I called to get an update on the delivery- once when they were 10 minutes late, and once at 30 minutes late. The second time, I told the person on the phone my issue and was immediately given to the manager. The manager said they'd made a mistake with their delivery process, and they'd remake my order and send it ASAP. He also said he'd put a $25 credit on my account. HE OFFERED THE CREDIT- I did not ask for it. I was not rude, cursing, or yelling, but I will fully admit I may have had an annoyed tone of voice. I've worked customer service and I know it sucks to have people yell at you, so I try very hard to stay polite. I called on Friday to use it, was on hold for more than 10 minutes (I checked the timer on my phone). I gave up. Called today to use the credit, and the manager on duty said I had been blacklisted and they won't serve me anymore. I asked why, and he said the owner had done it, and he didn't know why. I asked if I still had the $25 in credit, and he said no...even though they could see the note about giving me credit on the account. I tried asking for an explanation, or if there was anyone else I could ask about it, and was told "yeah, I've gotta go and help customers. You can order from another location, but you're blacklisted here." What the hell, Jets?!? You guys made the mistake, YOU offered the credit, and then you blacklist me so I can't use it? Way to treat your customers. You lost my business, for good. I won't be going to any Jet's again. read more

This location used to be great but very recently went downhill. We've been ordering from here since 2019, probably 1-2 times a month. The last two times we ordered a salad (the salads used to be really good), the lettuce was brown and slimy, and the vegetables were brown as well. Also the chicken was cold and soggy. It wouldn't be a big deal except last night's order came to $88 with tip for 2 small pizzas, a salad that went straight into the trash, and chicken that I'm shocked didn't give anyone food poisoning. Use the promotion code on check out and get "wrong order type:pick up and go". Tried three times with the same message. Was searching for a pizza place that delivers and opens earlier in the day. Found Jet's that opens at 10:00 am which is awesome! This was my first time trying Jet's and it did not disappoint!! Also you can't beat the price, $9.99 with a $4.00 delivery fee, totally worth it for the amount of pizza you get, quality of ingredients, and flavor.
