Pizza was AWESOME. location squared away and clean. My 5 stars if for the service I received from Braden. I I came in right at 0930 and had some issue with my online ordering. BRADEN made it happen fixed it on his end quickly and got me going. Next customer had an issue with what he had ordered previously Braden again stepped it up. He was quick on his feet and got orders out fast while still coordinating with the staff around him. Great job! read more

I don't know what I would do without Dominos because I realized McDonald's is also open late (but I never go there for food, only drinks). I love how they put together my order because the bowl was mild in terms of sodium and just right. I was worried about the alfredo sauce, but I'm glad they didn't smother too much in there. The pizza is delectable, and I am happy the honey BBQ flavor is really there. It's a bit too sweet, but it's better than it being salty. Their deals are great! I normally would get the chicken, but I opted for a pizza because it's more filling, with the toppings. Customer service on point, even at late hours. Kudos to the staff! I'm sure it's always busy over the weekends. Hopefully, they can expand their menu more. read more

I wanted to give this place another try because i thought maybe they had an off day last time we ordered from here...nope still the worst pizza i've had in my life. and the worst from dominos ever. First off we ordered hand tossed and it looked like thin crust pizza. There was a pool of grease in the middle of my pizza, Someone must've put a hit out on me because that'll definitely kill somebody, there was no sauce on half the pizza either, i mean it wasn't even a pizza there was next to no crust... either somebody there hates their job or just doesn't care. Not eating here again. our marines deserve better. come home from a long day at work and just want something to tame their hunger and get fed a scrap of a meal. disappointed in yall. read more

Their on-line ordering service made it really hard to try and figure out if they delivered to the campground on base or not. No one on the phone nor at the pickup drive up window could tell us, for sure, if they delivered there or not. I didn't like mine. Got the light buffalo wings which were the only part that was okay, sausage pasta had so little sauce on it & Hawaiian Pizza just ok and had no sauce to it and we ordered extra sauce paying for & not getting it. They also charge extra for 1 dipping sauce to each order of wings. My wife liked her honey BQ wings and her veggie alfrado pasta, but thought the same, had so little sauce on it. read more

Yo entiendo que la pizza no es la comida más saludable del mundo, pero que la traigan toda grasienta es very disappointing ya que hice la orden porque estoy enferma y quería darle a mis hijos un reward por estar ayudándome. Para mi sorpresa todo estaba con grasa al punto de que se salía por la caja. Hasta los cinnamon rolls estaban horribles. Placed an online order for pizza, wings and an oven-baked sandwich. The food was good. The only issue was a specifically requested to have the order delivered outside my room and knock when it was ready. I received a call from the front desk asking if I ordered food because it was left on the front counter by the driver and no one was around. Anything could have happened to my order during that time. Either dropped, stolen or tampered with. What is the purpose of having a section online requesting to leave specific instructions if they weren't going to be followed. read more

Good service, fast, easy ordering. Other reviews aren't the greatest but we were happy. Good amount of toppings, cooked perfect. I will say my only gripe and reason for 4 stars not 5 is all the pizzas seemed like they had no sauce. I feel like this may be a dominos company issue since last 3 dominos we have been to I have had this problem. I dont want to pay for extra sauce to get the righr amount. Otherwise we were happy and this location was right near our hotel which was extra nice. read more

I've worked at dominoes before for 2 years. Love the company. Love the food. Don't much care who says what's dominos is great. If you use coupons it is affordable. This locations overall work environment seemed negative. To the point of where a simple order to go. Became a 20 minute wait with my order complete. When asked to be helped I was ignored over and over. I've worked carry out. I've worked as a driver. Wtf man? It takes only a couple minutes to help a customer. I was then given the wrong order and made seem a fool when I presented my receipt. F u to this dominos location read more

The 33 Chow Hall services better pizza than this horrendous tomato and dough they call a pizza and It's over priced for what you get. If you buy pizza here because it's close and on base, Literally Just drive a little further down the gate to little Caesars and it will be worth it every drop of gas. Unlike dominos they have Stuffed crust and it doesn't cost you a 4 year contract plus half your BAH. read more

I overheard one of the young, male managers yelling at one of their employees in regards to the issue of toppings. He demanded that they (the fellow employee) not be so generous with the toppings; but to, instead, skim in order to save money. If you have ever ordered from this location, then you probably know how poor the quality of their food is. Maybe if this location actually took the time to produce quality food, they would save money by avoiding all the food that would be returned. I hope new management steps up soon. Your current management system is a joke. read more

This review is solely based on the service because Domino's has great food no matter what location you go to. This Domino's location, which is located on a military base and is un-open to the general public and not too far from the exchange, has probably been the worst location I've been to. I asked the cashier what the most popular pizza was at the time and he couldn't tell me because he didn't know. It took almost an hour for us two get two pizzas and some wings. It seemed like the Domino's team was quarreling with each other on the time of visit. If there was a different pizza place nearby, I would've definitely gone to that one instead. read more

Ordered via the app. Dominos "forgot" to make the cheesy bread within my order. I was held hostage because I prepaid. They said it would be 5-7 minutes to make things right. 17 minutes later I approached them about my cheesy bread. A few minutes later (20 in total) I get cheesy bread that is not cut. This is ridiculous and these people ask for a tip at the time we order. Tips are for good service not this complete abandonment. read more

I called back after the call failed when they called and they didn't answer. They put as delivered when it never even got delivered. I called the store and all they said was that it got delivered back to the store and that they were going to resend it. No contact number no tracking number no nothing. Very rude service. read more

One star is not even deserving. This order was a carry out and was not able to eat right away. Once we starting eating, my daughter found hair in her meal. Not a strand but a clump of hair. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. Next option, contact corporate. Absolutely horrible! My pizza looked like the toppings had been scraped to one side and it was COLD! Food: Pizzas for the most part are done well and have delicious taste. We usually order via the dominoes app and pick-up by passing through he drive through and it's very conevient. Rating for taste: 8.5/10 Service: Service can be a hit or a miss. I don't understand how I can be the only car in the drive through and I won't get assisted until 5 minutes of me being parked there. i used to work at this dominos but i recently got it and part of my order was missing and it was cold. i called them to try to get it fixed and i waited for an HOUR and no answer. so i called back the next day, no answer, im currently on hold waiting for someone to answer and still, no answer. $34 for THREE items two of which were cold, one of which wasn't even delivered and they can't even answer the phones? this is extremely, EXTREMELY unprofessional and i think at this point i'm going to reach out to corporate because this ridiculous. read more

Typically i get pretty good food from them (sometimes not great but not often), but after speaking with one of the people there this morning they told me i could get a refund or a remake of my previous order since it took 4 hours to get to me and it was cold when it got here. We got off duty last night. Hungry, hoping to get a bite to eat. We ordered a pizza. At 10pm. Around 1230am we still didn't get anything. So we called the store just to find out that they sent back the pizza and had to make a new one again. Keep in mind it had already been paid for. We didn't get the pizza until 130am. So I call the store and wait 10 minutes to talk to an actual person and as soon as I get someone, some lady says "hello we are closed" and hangs up before I can get a word out. Trash. My shrimp scampi had rubbery, overcooked shrimp with okay garlic pasta that I could have made better at home. My fiancé's replacement chicken dish was heavily oversalted, with some pasta and vegetables on the side. The only bright spot was dessert. We grabbed a couple of treats from the display on our way out, and the mini cannoli and lemon gelato cheesecake were both great. Skip the homemade lemon cheesecake, though--it tasted more like barely sweetened yogurt. Overall, between sub-par , missing menu staples, and disappointing entrées, this was not the birthday dinner we were hoping for. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

Sydney and Jaden Casey only care about getting as much money from customers as possible to take their Hawaii vacations while they leave the store in shambles. 100+ degree temps indoors. Leaking walk ins. Vermin. Disgusting Trump supporting pieces of garbage. They verbally abuse their employees. Do not tip them at all. Do not give them any of your money. I waited until they went to Hawaii and reported them to numerous health and safety boards across San Diego county and in Camp Pendleton. Pizza is ok but don't try ordering via phone. The listed phone number isn't for the store and you'll talk to someone at corporate not even in the local area. If your building isn't listed then the person is useless and expect to get hung up on. Poor customer service and they constantly cut you off while you're talking. read more

When you dont get a tip its not aways because someone is cheap maybe its because being a marine you dont have money all the time and during hard day of work you just want to chill and eat a pizza. The barack's are so close a tip is ridiculous. read more
