I came here to kill sometime and grab a bite to eat. I ordered the small calzone which was a solid choice. They recommend the small for 1-2 people and the large for up to 4. I tackled the small alone but I hadn't had breakfast so it could easily feed 2. The calzone was great, the dough was perfect, ingredients seemed like good quality and the cheese was very stringy. It's a pretty small place but they do have enough seating inside and 1 table out front. Parking is plentiful. I'm not familiar so I can't Say it's the best pizza place around but it was pretty good. Solid place to stop by if you're craving a pizza that's not from a big box chain. read more

Ugh. I forgot that I had been here three years ago and hated my first experience. Dang it. I just bought another crappy, overpriced pizza from these guys. In addition to the poor quality dough, they unevenly distribute huge chucks of toppings. Sometimes when you take a bite, you'll just get a huge onion or green pepper and nothing else. It's gross and it put me in a bad mood. I ordered The Works, but it was mostly just green peppers and onions. It had very little meat and olives or something else to balance out the tons of onions and green peppers. I just hope I remember not to come back here... read more

We love their pizza. We have been in many times and have done home delivery multiple times. The robot waiter is so cool. You order and and when your food is ready it is delivered by a robot that looks like R2D2. This is a busy happening place and when we are back in the area this is one place we will be be sure to visit. read more

Ordered last night and i was so sad to see they made some recent changes that brought down the overall quality of the food. The big one being they changed their forget me knots recipe - there was almost no cinnamon sugar on the knots and they changed the buttercream recipe that used to be so delicious. They replaced it with a way more processed/fake tasting version that is reminiscent of the icing you get with cinnamon twists from Dominos. Overall pretty on par with Dominos at this point just more expensive :( read more

First time coming here and was looking forward to it. To be fair to them I'll preface this by saying I ordered at a busy time probably, 5pm. Ordered online. Went to pick up 45 minutes minutes. Not only hadn't they started my order they couldn't find so they couldn't even cancel it even when I showed them the order ID. Every table at the place was filled with just people waiting for their orders and the person at the counter couldn't find someone else's order either. Haven't seen a place that looked so lost in a while. read more

Exceeded expectations! Had the pizza special which offered 2 slices and drink for $10. All slices are made to order and offers up to 3 toppings on each slice. Pizza came out perfectly and quickly. Toppings and sauce were plentiful, just the way I like it. read more

This pizza was legit some of the best pizza I've had in north county. I was not expecting it to be this good. A coworker recommended it and my wife and I gave it a try and ordered through DoorDash. The order was correct The crust was fluffy with the perfect crisp to it. If you are a NY thin crust, barely any cheese pizza lover this is not your place. If you want a pizza piled high with topping then Big Bob's is a must try. Do not eat here!!!! This is the most disgusting place I have ever eaten. The customer service was horrible. They have young kids in the back of the kitchen not knowing how to cook a pizza. I waited for almost an hour before I got mine and it wasn't even cooked fully the wings were disgusting and burnt and hard. The saled looked like it came from saled bag with cold gross fake chicken which I had paid extra for ....I am disappointed this place is the worst in Oceanside area on top that it was expensive when I could have gone to another place with better quality. Do not bother...I expect the owners to take accountability and give me a call.. read more

Always one the hunt for good pizza. Ordered two pizzas, a small olive and sausage and and xl light sauce, bacon, sausage and well done. Well DAMN!!! Can't say I heard any complaints about the small one but the xl, that was a different story. I'm not very happy about it. Let me tell you why.My husband and I ate it all. We ate it for dinner and breakfast. And breakfast was even better. Yep, cold. The bacon seemed to have a little more flavor. And come on, who doesn't love a good slice of cold pizza. The crust was good. The right amount of sauce. And the toppings were perfect. I was really looking forward to pizza for the next couple of days. I actually really like Big Bob's Pizza. It's not fancy. But, it's definitely better than chain pizza delivery places and they serve Coke products (bonus). That said, I take issue with the fact there is no way to tip your delivery driver without having cash on hand. This practice isn't pro driver at all given most people don't always have cash on them. This doesn't sit well with me. read more

Easy ordering over the phone - ordered XL pizza sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms, a meatball sandwich and the cinnamon roll knots. Everything was ready when I arrived and the staff was great. As a Oceanside local I know many pizza places , Big Bob's is my favorite so far. The pizza taste greats , they no cheap and dime when come to the toppings, you can taste the sauce and the crust is right, I never use delivery from them because can take some time , I always go an pick it up. And as soon as people started finishing, they were boxing up leftovers and even placed them off to the side for us to pick up later. That made a big difference. It's the little things. Cool attitude from the waitress so I said u know what the rest looks good, I'll return with the wife. We called in our next order at 115pm and by 150pm our pizza slices (which are already made) were being held back waiting for our fish and chips that looked really good, it's why I came back.
