This is by far my teenage son's favorite pizza. We order it for him when we have a work event or will be out for the evening. I was late coming home from work and my husband was at a retirement party for a colleague. I decided to order pizza, wings, and cheesy bread. I personally had the Ceasar salad with chicken, except they didn't send any dressing with the salad. I forgot to grab a pic of that. The cost is very reasonable. I couldn't even get good pics as my son grabbed his plate of food so quickly once it arrived. Delivery is fast. read more

Usually get pizza, decided to try Philly sub and loaded tater tots. Bread was burnt around edges, very little beef, with onions I didn't order. Loaded tots were slightly burnt on bottom. Ordered 2 liters Coke, got 20 Oz bottle. Not impressed read more

I usually make it a point to stick to locally owned pizzerias, but a few days ago I caught wind of some great sounding deals at Domino's, so I figured I'd give it a shot! I mean, it's REALLY hard to go wrong with a $5.99 pizza. Right? I've got to say, I was actually kind of impressed! I downloaded and ordered through the app. It had all of the deals and stipulations laid out for me. It gave me the total, let me pay in advance, told me that "Brandon" was making my pizza, and kept me updated the whole time on the progress. Right now they have a $3 credit on a future order if you pick up, and I had planned to do that anyway. So bonus! The pizza was ready in no time. It looked great, smelled great, and was definitely better than I remember. It's no niche locally owned pizzeria of course, but I would definitely go back again if I wanted something quick, easy, and ridiculously cheap. They also have lava cakes now, which I am dying to try. I have never been a big fan of Domino's . That said, they have definitely upped their pizza game and I really enjoy their Brooklyn Style. This particular Domino's is the best one and I have tried many in different states. The guys that work here are all very friendly. I use their curbside option and the pizzas I've ordered have always been cooked perfectly and delivered with a smile. For me, Brandon makes the best pizza at this location. He always makes the Brooklyn Style a little thinner than the others and his placement of the toppings is always perfect. This review is for a Brooklyn Style with Light Sauce, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Roasted Red Peppers and Onions cooked well done with a pie cut. Four stars because the Italian sausage the company uses could be better quality. read more

I worked at a competing pizza shop during my college years and Dominos was always kind of a joke. The whole cardboard pizza thing. Everything was frozen and they just put it in the microwave when you ordered etc. etc. But I have to say lately Dominos has stepped up their game. I never disliked or thought their food was bad to begin with, but everything was so uniform and (for lack of a larger vocabulary) un-artisan that I always found myself thinking about all the other delivery choices before Dominos. This may seem like an odd critique, but I like that it's messy and a bit uneven because that shows their product is being hand made. I don't know exactly what Dominos has changed recently but the food there just tastes downright better. tl/dr - Dominos is now ANOTHER choice for ordering out. Not the last choice. Domino's has had so many updates and changes. The pizza is delicious and the pasta...I can never eat it all. They really give you alot for the price. The app makes it so easy to order and real time track the process. Delivery is so fast.. delivery personnel are polite and have pen in hand for cc signature. We love Domino's. read more

Always receive fresh and yummy pizza. This week there was a glitch with the baking process and our pizzas didn't turn out well. When we arrived to pick them up, the manager explained the situation and said she didn't find them acceptable and wanted to make new ones (which were perfect). She went above and beyond to compensate us for the inconvenience and we are very appreciative. Will continue to patronize this store. read more

The manager answered the phone & after 10 seconds it was clear that she had no intention of being polite to anyone who might have called. I asked for a 'make my own' (in terms of toppings) & the answer was 'what'. So I explained twice what I meant. Later, I have my number & have a foreign number, to which she answered 'I know how many numbers there are supposed to be', and the same with the zip code I gave her- whilst I appreciate the system may not accept it, at least explain that in a civil way rather than me feeling I had just told her something terrible. When I pointed out that she was being rude, the answer was 'I'm sorry that you think that way, but I'm not'. The whole experience was horrendous and it's embarrassing that she's in a management position. I really don't think customer service is her calling in life- this was all made up for by Tyler who delivered and was wonderful. read more

Honestly the best pizza I've had in a while. I ordered the deep dish pizza with hot wings and a chocolate lava cake. I always heard Domino's was bad and someone gave me a gift card which is why I went and tried it. I can't speak for Domino's in the past but new Domino's is amazing. The pizza had lots of sauce, tons of cheese and the crust was literally perfect. The wings were very breaded and tasted very good too. Lava cake was kind of small but it also was also cheap so the size of the lava cake made sense for the price. I boyfriend's favorite food is pizza and eats it at least once a week and he was very impressed also. Domino's is our new favorite pizza spot. Defiantly give it a try if you've never had Domino's or it's been a while since you've ordered from here. read more

I can't say enough about the Canandaigua Domino's; great delivery guys, always hot and yummy! The buffalo Chicken pizza is the BEST in town, the deep dish and Brooklyn pizzas are just fantastic! Ordered pizza on my smart phone and they delivered the wrong pizza.When I called store manager was really rude and wouldn't correct order. I worked in foodservice industry for 20 years and the first thing I learned was the customer is always right. they just lost my business forever at this location. Also use them to deliver to my place of work at times and they are always there when they say and are cordial.
