There was no apology or accountability for the mistake. For a New York bagel shop, the food is shockingly bland, basic, underwhelming breakfast sandwiches that don't match what you'd expect at all. Overall, a very disappointing and disorganized experience. They need to get it together.

I didn't pay much attention to the atmosphere, I did see they had bread displayed and had a glass case with other items but I didn't pay attention enough to comment on what was actually in the case. Everyone in my party seemed happy with their meals; 3 got the fish sandwich with French fries and all were happy with that! One got a steak salad and they were very generous with the steak! Lots of parking but it gets pretty busy. The restaurant is fairly small so seating can be limited. There is additional outside seating. They also have a general grocery store with some unique items. Coffee was good, my breakfast sandwich was awesome with bacon & ham and I should have bought more fry pies from the grocery store. I had a great visit! Looks like typical breakfast is in the $5-$10 range.

I had the Rustic Sandwich, was absolutely delicious. My mom and husband had Erica's omelette, with my mom customizing hers with bacon. They both enjoyed homemade jam on their toast. The food was absolutely outstanding and we all left with full, happy bellies. (And we all ate our food before getting pictures--that's how good it was.)
