You order food before they close then they cancel your order because they don't want to make it during open hours. Granted it was 15 min before they close, but I work on call, get off at late times,and wanted a pizza. Their hours stated they were open. But then after their app allows me to place my order (since they're still open), they cancel my order without an explanation. Bad business. Tried to place Order for pick-up, but they only take Orders On-line. When I placed my Order On-line, they added $6.49 Delivery Charge, even though I said I would pick it up at their Store. They Close at 10pm, and they don't allow Pick-up due to Minors working inside. But... $6.49 to walk the Pizza out to my Car is RIDICULOUS! I was going to Order an Extra Large Extravaganza Pizza. This is the best review that I can provide do for this Dominos Pizza location. I have been coming to this location for a while now each time to use a prepaid certificate for a large 3 topping pizza. The first time I presented the prepaid certificate I was asked if it was for 50% off. I said no and proceeded to read the certificate to the employee. It finally registered and I was able to pick up my pizza. Quite simply the certificates are prepaid. There's nothing more to pay upon pick up of the pizza unless you are buying add ons like drinks or dipping sauces. The pizza itself was great! There really should be no hassle using a prepaid certificate that is clearly marked. No questions, simply accept the certificate and present me with my pizza so I can be on my way. read more

Again with Dominos! After a failed attempt at finding Chinese food in Canby, the resultant source for satiation is good ole Dominos. This place had a surprisingly upbeat atmosphere for a chain franchise. Most Dominos are pretty turn and burn- lacking the simple things like chalkboards on the wall with cutesy hand-scribed phrases that make it feel more like a Mom and Pop shop. After all, the Dominos system is pretty much idiot-proof so why go through the trouble? Well this place does and it's noticeable. It has a *vibe. Per usual, the za was on point: hot, fresh, quick and tasty. I had a two for one coupon so all the more sweeter. They were noticeably busy and he crew members were all visibly in high spirits. Lately their ability to deliver quality food has decreased significantly. Without requesting anything but regular sauce we were presented with a lake of sauce, a pizza litterally dripping sauce. Our food tasted and looked like some employee was trying to get fired by sending out horrible food until someone notices. Their Supreme pizza is pretty good. It was a replacement pizza that their manager "Jessie" provided for a botched attempt @ 2 medium thin-crust pizzas purchased the night before. Ok - so it's dominoes - but it's at the top of the class for take out chain pizza - 1) the pizza is always good, freshly made and they've never screwed up an order 2) the people are attentive and cheerful 3) the prices are amazing 4) the options are varied 5) the parmesan breadsticks are out of this world amazingly good. So yes, I might prefer some other, more expensive pizza in terms of creative options and taste. I do generally prefer to sit and eat at the place I order my food - this isn't going to happen at Dominoes. Having said that, for take out pizza, at a great price, I just don't think you can beat these guys. This evening I ordered online, as I usually do, ran some errands that were completed sooner than I expected and so I showed up 25 minutes early to pick up the pizza. They had my order, I paid for it and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes with three large pizza's(3 toppings each), a large order of parmesan bites and it cost less than $30 for everything using there monday-thurs pickup specials. That by itself rates 5 stars in my book. These guys had their plan disrupted by me showing up early but they didn't grumble - they got right on it. They were laughing and encouraging each other behind the counter while I was waiting to pick it up. When it was done, I was on my way and there are 7 very happy pizza consumers that were very satisfied with their food. (well, to be honest, there are only 5 people here, but the way two of them eat, you'd have to count it as seven "normal" pizza eaters.) Well done Dominoes. Keep up the good work. Been ordering from this Domino's for a little over 3 years. They have always been fairly quick and somehow tastier than other Domino's I ordered from before moving to Canby. Occasionally they've forgotten dipping sauce, but have offered to drive one out (I declined), although it's been about a year since I last had that issue. Recently we received a fairly undercooked order of breadsticks, pizza, and brownies. I called in shortly after receiving it and they appreciated the heads up and offered a free next order since we have been long time customers who don't complain unjustly We just ordered the "make-up" pizza and it came out perfect!
